Amazing Staff!

I went in with my sister to look for a car, we were just browsing when Essa approached us and started small talking. It was nice to not be approached in a sales-y way, but in a genuine way. Another man, Lou also came over to us and they showed us around the different models and told us about the cars. When I come back to purchase, I will definitely be looking for them both!

We recently bought the q50 infinity, 2016, demo. Fully loaded. I am very happy with this car. Smooth drive, 0ur experience was a good one. After much bargaining , this dealership actually let us walk away for $500' which surprised me. We thought they might call us back the next day but the did not. However , after much thought and research we realized we had a good price for the car, so we and bought the car. Our rep was Silvia golec' despite her young ages she seemed very knowledgable and explained everything to us. Overall a satisfied customer.😊👍

Overall the worse dealership I have had to deal with.

I bought a QX60 about a year back and the service right from the Manager of Customer Service Martin Singer to finance was the worst in my 15 years of car ownership in Canada. Martin took 3 days to return an email or call. Financing was a real bad experience as well. 15 months later they call me back with a SCAM. MAthew Dorosti calls to say he has a customer who wants a similar car to mine and would buy it in a day. Mathew in turn would be replacing it with a 2016 QX60. First of all he lied and second of all the dealership breached my privacy by sharing my personal info who called me from his cell phone. GUYS BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I left a message for their GM Ali Reza and been three days no call back. I have filed a complaint with Infinity Canada. Folks if you call them insist for them to have a supervisor call you.

Cruz the financial officer: conducted his interview with us in a pleasant and professional manner. The manager was very welcoming person. Bad Customer Service

This dealership (with the exception of the sales team) has the worst customer service I've ever seen, they don't really care about the customer's except for charging them ridiculous amounts of money. Their solution is to change the whole braking system instead of getting to the root of the problem which they don't even know what it is. Yes, I had a brake issue. The professionalism is lacking, I've had a family friend who is our mechanic for over 15 years to try to explain to them an issue that I was having and some recommendations. They were rude and brushed him off, he was really offended by how they acted as they are supposed to be "professional". Let me tell you, that lacks at this dealership in the service team. The sales team amazing, Matt D, go see him if you want to purchase a vehicle, but if you have anything wrong with your vehicle, don't go there, go to Woodchester or Alta

Nice Cars but Poor Service

Very poor customer service. Don't seem to grasp what the issues are and leave you waiting for long periods of time. Was there at a non-peak times and the ladies seem more interested in chatting with each other than looking after their customers. Not what you expect form a luxury dealership.

FIRST TIME HERE AND NOT PLEASED.

FIRST TIME HERE AND NOT PLEASED. Very nice and friendly staff but... I went there reported two issues. Both were addressed by scanning the vehicle (so much fore real mechanics these days). Of course nothing comes back. Recommended services performed also didn't address the reported issues. Instead I get a pre ordained service package pushed on me that "will take care of everything I need now". Only to realize the two services I really needed are not provided in this package. So I'm stuck paying for two other services I did not need. What it really comes down to is the lack of a customized experience, which is the main reason I will never bring my car back to this dealership. If they really want more of my money they should have said, "lets do a road test" "Lets test it in real time and not just scan it"."we should do the transmission and throttle body service instead of a rad flush just to rule out that being the problem" I would gladly pay for that. I have dealt with Nissan dealerships that provided a way better experience. You report problems, they address it by inspecting first and recommending solutions/fixes/services directly related to it. Never happened here. I report transmission and idle issues, they perform a Rad Flush, oh and I must get my Cabin air filter replaced to...$650 later I'm driving away with the same issues unresolved, being told it's OK you can do it next time. Which just isn't going to happen here. Very disappointed with these guys. If you have no choice but to go here, demand the services you want, don't waste your money on their Maintenance 1,2,3 or other cash grab they got. They caught me on a bad day, normally I would not let this happen. But then again, its their job as a Service Provider to listen to their customers and recommend relevant and correct solutions... after all they are supposed to be the experts. For the lack of a personalized relevant service, they cannot be trusted. I'll never be back here. Find a good private mechanic that specializes in Infiniti Cars or make the drive to Oakville Infiniti. Even if it costs you a little extra, at least you have peace of mind that your issues were addressed. Thanks 401 Infiniti. My car may stall and the transmission may fail but at least it won't overheat.

Peter Lu, sales manager, has the worst customer service. He needs to go back to school to learn some proper etiquette when dealing with customers. Highly recommended to look elsewhere for an infinity dealer. 1 less sale for you Mr.Lu.
