I could not have had a better experience. Connie Farnam did an excellent job of explaining the Acura and all the advantages the MDX. She was pleasant and informative but never pushy which I really appreciated. She was also very friendly and interesting. She knew the product extremely well and was very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone to use as their sales person.

Great end to a long day...

Totaling our car resulted in a "have to" trip to find a replacement. We decided to travel to Little Rock (a new location) and spent the entire day test driving vehicles from multiple dealerships with no luck. We drove through the Acura dealership at closing time just to look and return home. We were greeted by Connie Farnam who listened to our story, introduced us to General Manager, Adam Culpepper, and together they not only impressed us with their knowledge of Acura cars, but went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for our needs at a price we could afford. Every other dealership had heard our story too, it was this one that truly put the personal touch into making us happy. Professional, knowledgeable, and caring. A perfect combination for a dealership. Great people!

Purchased new car by long distance

Our local Acura dealer did not have the RDX that we wanted and was unable to locate one. I found the car we wanted online using the Acura of Little Rock website. I spoke with RJ and describe what we wanted in terms of vehicle, price and trade-in value. He identified the specific RDX I had seen and spoke with Adam about the terms of the deal. We quickly all came to an agreement where everyone was happy. We drove to Little Rock the next day. We inspected the new car and Adam checked our trade-in to verify it was what we represented. Chris filled-in on the finance side and we closed the deal quickly and with no hassle. After the sale RJ patiently walked us through all the features of the Advanced package on our ne RDX.

I purchased a new TLX A-Spec from Connie Farnam at this dealership. I've been in the customer service business myself for the past forty five years and can honestly say these folks have it down, perfectly. Connie greeted me immediately, even though at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday evening and walked me through the models they had available. She never gave me the feeling she was rushed or less than one hundred per cent committed to ensuring that I had a good experience there. The following week, she and I negotiated a fair sale, and I traded. Adam Culpepper, the GM, and Connie were nothing but professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their products and their dealership's ability to meet all my needs. Shawn House handled the financial portion of the sale and was excellent to deal with. He ensured that I knew and understood all of the paperwork and the products and services I could purchase to enhance the sale. David Barkley handled the accessories I added after the sale, and also did an excellent job.I will always be a fan of Acura of Little Rock. Connie Farnam, Shawn House and Adam Culpepper. All these employees were committed to my satisfaction as a customer, more than any dealership I've ever done business with.

William was very professional and didn't try to waste a lot of time. The auto detailing department could use some training but other than that all staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend William to be the next GM due to being he would be what all sales people should be modeled after. Felt like I've known him for years even though it was the first time meeting him. John was also very friendly.

Simply the Best!

I recently purchased a slightly-used car from Acura of Little Rock, and I hope I never have to buy a car anywhere else. The sales personnel are top notch. I worked with Connie Farnam and she was friendly, warm, accommodating, and advocated for my needs when it was time to negotiate. I left with the car I felt best about, and at a price that met my budgetary restrictions. There was not a single moment where I felt uncomfortable or stressed during the entire process, and I owe that to the amazing abilities of Connie Farnam as well as Shawn House, who walked me through financing--he was especially patient and willing to answer my myriad questions. I truly appreciate the way everyone in the dealership treated me and showed an interest in me and my needs rather than viewing me as merely a potential commission. In short, Connie, Shawn, and everyone at Acura of Little Rock have restored my faith in car dealerships and car salespeople. I cannot give a higher recommendation because they are simply the best.

Dealership was great I liked the location, the size, and the test drive route. Connie Farnam is what made it special. I am a college student, and this was the first time I would buy a car from an actual dealership. Connie was great with me, she walked me through the process, and explained to me how everything would work. Though I didn't purchase the car I had intended to buy, she showed me a car that not only delivered on my expectations, but exceeded them. If customer service, honesty, and faith is what you want when buying a car, I would DEFENITLY suggest you request Connie to help you out with your next car purchase. Had a very nice experience with my recent lease. Connie was knowledge and new what I wanted and made it happen. Finance was well explained and did a great job. This is my 5th Acura and I absolutely love them all. Recently had my windows tinted and the Service Department is excellent.

Connie Farnam took excellent care of me from start to finish. From the first Hello to making sure a battery was replaced in one of the keys to my newly purchased Used Car to wrap up the transaction, Connie was friendly, warm and caring through the entire process. She was detailed in her knowledge of the car I was interested in, from the former owner and what new car that owner traded in for, to walking me back to the service department to check on all the work that was done before my purchased car was placed on the lot for sale. Connie Farnam is the cat's meow of car sales. After five months of shopping for an RDX on the internet, and after six or seven visits with Connie, I bought a 2017 RDX today from Acura of Little Rock. I suspect Connie doubted I was really in the market for a new car, yet she was and is always polite, professional, and knowledgeable . I have been amazed at how many salesmen didn't know the basic specs of the car they were selling, so I was grateful for Connie's knowledge. Connie NEVER showed any sign of impatience with me and never attempted to pressure me in any way. Connie merely touted her dealership and product and answered my numerous, if not endless, questions. If you do your homework, this dealership will make you an irresistible offer. I am a tightwad, but Connie made the shopping and purchase not only painless but pleasant..Whether or not you buy from Connie or not, you will not regret visiting with her about your next vehicle purchase.

Our first contact was with RJ, who patiently answered all of our questions and explained all of the differences in features between the vehicles and packages we were considering. He was a delight to work with. After an online inquiry to verify price on a particular vehicle, we were connected with Connie, who made sure the purchasing process went smoothly and that we were completely satisfied. She set up our new vehicle with our personal preferences and showed us how to operate the features. Both RJ and Connie were first-rate and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
