Took Advantage of my Senior Citizen Mother

Avoid this dealership. My senior citizen mother was visiting me in Memphis. She decided to buy a car and found one she liked here. They totally took advantage of her. She paid cash...they charged her $599 for paper processing. They were supposed to mail her a second key...a month later she was still waiting. Now they told her she has to drive 4.5 hours to pick it up. They did put new tires on the car, but they did not put the run flat tires and sent her off without a spare, jack, compressor...If she has a flat, she is stranded. She also asked if the recalls had been taken care of and the salesman told her they couldn’t sell the car if there was an open safety recall. However, when she put the vin # in the Mercedes website, it showed an open safety recall for airbags. She called several times with no response to address these issues with the dealer and they are only addressing the issue with the key because it was the only thing in writing. We both heard the sales person say they would mail her the key when they mailed her the paperwork. So now I have to worry about mybsenior mother having a flat... I am in the market for a new car but I will not step foot in that dealer ever again.

Absolute chaos ! sales person does know many things and he almost always says “I don’t know and I will check and get back “ ! Person from finance gave wrong numbers rather way off numbers and based on that when negotiation started we got new numbers and the reasons were given were - wrong car chosen for running high level numbers and most frustratingly “the price is incorrect in our system” ! Unbelievable !!! Will never recommend this dealership ! Seems like a total fraud !!

Great dealership. Have taken my TL there since I bought it new and they have always taken care of me. Just got plugs and fuel system and oil change done, full report on rest of the car and a complimentary detail. These folks are the best.

A Pleasant, Stress-Free Experience

The GM Hayden was very welcoming and professional. Our Serviceman Marcus guided us through our entire experience and we were in and out in about 3.5 hours. Our finance guy Steve was very direct, informative, and straight to the point. The Facility is awesome and the bistro area is nice for customers to utilize during their wait. I definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking a pleasant, car-buying experience.

Great Service...Doris is the best!

Computer chip for heat/Air conditioner

Very nice and accommodating. Warranty repair, so it cost me nothing. However, the problem is not fixed, which was evident on my 6-minute drive home. Service manager told me when I picked up the vehicle that they performed the stage 1 repair required by manufacturer and if it doesn’t work, I’ll need to come back. So... I’m coming back tomorrow. (Looks to me that they could have figured out that it’s not working and saved me the effort of returning.)

Excellent and prompt service. There was no harassment to buy a new car despite having an older car. I had things repaired and a very nice loaner car. Always want this type of service. Will definitely return.

Very nice car, without lots of mantaince, ( BUT WHEN YOU DO TAKE IN FOR REGULAR MANTAINCE YOU PAY A ARM AND LEG.)Never had to pay labor charge for oil change.

Making things right

It has become evident to me that Acura of Memphis' goal is excellent service. If you visit Acura ask for Aaron by name. He's awesome and will definitely help you in any way possible. He's good with electronics too just in case you're not, but most importantly he will work with you based on your budget. Also the general sales manager Mr. Houston is awesome, his mentality and kind spirit was very inviting and reassuring. I have purchased two cars there and although I had an issue, Mr. Houston reassured me that it was his goal to make sure I was happy and taken care of. One huge thing that determines my patronage is how I'm treated. Both Mr. Houston and Aaron left me feeling like I really mattered and for that I would recommend them. I do plan on returning when I'm ready to trade in my car.
