WORST DEALERSHIP I've ever experienced!

This dealership was awful from the moment we arrived until we left. I went in prepared to make a deal and if they had their act together, they would've made a sale today. - I called ahead and spoke to Michela on the phone and she said she'd have the car ready for us to test drive when I arrived. It wasn't ready when I arrived. - Eddie was the car salesman that greeted us. He said he'd be our car salesman and sat us down to discuss what we were looking for. WITHIN TWO MINUTES, a customer came in to ask for Eddie. He left us at the desk and told us to hold on. It took so long I had to start walking out before he came back to help us. - During this time I went to talk to the manager to find somebody to help us, since Eddie was with the customers that interrupted our visit. The manager seemed more concerned with his cell phone game than helping us. - After all of this, we went on our test drive. Within four minutes, THE CAR RAN OUT OF GAS!!!! Who keeps a car that's in stock on empty? A DEALER THAT WANTS THE LOW GAS WARNING TO SHOW UP INSTEAD OF THE MILEAGE. THAT'S BECAUSE THEY LIED ABOUT THE MILEAGE ON THEIR CARS.COM AD. After about 25 minutes, their porter came to pick us up and took us back to the dealer. We left immediately. My five year old nephew Quincy could run a car dealer better than it's currently being operated. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! Beware.

I'm glad I bought my vehicle from there

Ray Silvie was a very friendly guy. Made me feel comfortable and made the experience easier and fun. He showed interest even after I left the dealer, and was very interested in teaching me the features my vehicle came with. I'd go back with him once I trade in my current vehicle in the future.

Poor workmanship

Service department lacks knowledge and integrity. Had pistons and rings replaced last week. Engine light came on 2 miles after I picked up the car, I called GM because of the issues they sent me to another dealer in the area that had to replace the valve cover gasket that was leaking oil due to poor workmanship.

I would not recommend this dealer.

We recently purchased an SUV and the service was top notch. Our sales rep Ray Silvey was so awesome and worked to make sure we were getting something that met our needs. A special thanks to Dan Allaire and Asim who went above and beyond to make sure we got a more than a fair deal. Definitely would recommend this dealership to others.

Awesome Experience, Honest staff, No pressure

I went to the Chevy dealership to purchase an SUV was greeted by Ray he was nice and did not pressure me or my wife at all. He let me walk around, offered me coffee and was there to answer any questions i may have had. I finally picked out a Tahoe, the dealership let me and my wife take it for a test drive and let us take our time with it. The price was the best price that i found after shopping several dealerships. After being approved for the loan the GM Rich came out and talked to us ( he actually talked to us throughout the process) he asked if we loved the car and we did and then had a real conversation with us about payments and such, after talking to him i realized that the Tahoe was much more than i wanted to spend. He let me drive several other SUV's so i would have options,after driving several other SUV's my wife and I found a smaller SUV that fit all our needs and was $20k less ! At no point did anyone try to make us buy the Tahoe or up-sell us on unnecessary options. While the dealership would have made more money off the more expensive SUV they still did what was in the best interest of the customer. I truly appreciate their honesty and for looking out for their customers, they really did put us first. Thank you Ray , Rich, and the rest of the staff for making our car buying experience a pleasant one ! You have gained a customer for life !! *** Also Rich gave me a free 32 in flat screen TV for no reason !!!

80% unprofessional

My initial opinion Of this dealership was relatively decent, this was only my first contact with the Internet rep. They really wanted to sell a car. They did just about everything to sell a car. While waiting what seemed to be forever just to test drive the car. I had PLENTY of opportunity to observe the "sale people" needless to say, I felt like I was watching a cheap movie trying to portray a cheap dealership. These guys joked around very inappropriately, especially while a customerror was right in front of them. If you want to get treated more like. "Friend" (that is a friend truing to hey your money) rather than a customer (which should be treated respectfully, and. Then go here. Dont gey me wrong the i got a decent deal I'm my opinion. I bought an Impala LTZ at a steal, and got more than I thought I would for my trade an 07 Charger 200K miles, front end problems, and needed a serious detail .they gave us $4500. My salesmen and the service dept. Were decent. They do what they can to fix it, and Really from more professional than midday of the sales staff. By the way this unprofessional behavior extended to the finance manager. This was was first hand, sale made a mistake which required us to pay an extra $100+ for tax. He joked to us over the phone that he was going to buy his entire workstaff pizza with our credit card #. REALY!?!?!?!? OK. Update to this review, recently (spring 2015) o read waiting for my car in service. Anew unforgettable unprofessional salesman approached me. He started the conversation by asking what I had in for service following that question with another, so are you looking for a new car? Keep in mind I was no where near the salesfloor. After this he told me about How he lost his demo perks bc he got too many tickets, and about his watch collection. Also mentioning that the following business day was his day off. But his boss wanted his to come in,.even though he had already sold so much he got 2 bonuses.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great!!!

I was getting out of my car and Daniel Conley was there to greet my husband and I. He introduced himself and asked what we wanted to see. I wanted a vehicle in a certain price range with a certain mileage on it. He showed me three cars and found the keys to all three. He told me to go and test drive the first one. I got into the driver's seat and he got in the backseat and explained the car in full detail to my husband and I. I started my test drive and fell in love with the car but wasn't that sure yet so I ended that test drive and did the same with the other two but did not want them. He asked what I liked about the first one and I told him. He assured me it was a really great car. I was not sure about the high price yet and they worked to get the price down so I could afford my monthly payments. We were treated with respect and that's something that I love. We were offered coffee all thru out the deal . He made me feel comfortable about the deal too. I had a problem after driving the car home with my door and I took it back to them and the fixed it right away for free. I am a very satisfied customer with them. Great customer service all the way around I thought.

Bought a new Impala

All the sales people were very friendly and helpful in making a decision on what car to buy. They worked with me on price and monthly payment. I had a service problem and was taken in right away as well and repair was made with ease and all the service people were very kind and helpful too. My total experience with Piemonte Dundee Chevrolet was very enjoyable and I felt they all worked together.

Sales men super NICE always have SMILES on there face and they are VERY HELPFUL and took care of all my needs in a timely matter very friendly too. Service men took very good care of me and my truck also Very friendly.Customer service very friendly.I visited the washroom and it was the cleanless ever I told customer service Thank You for having a clean Washroom. Thank You so much for being there for me for all my needs.

Good service from new tech

I purchased my 2014 Chevy Traverse from this dealership and needed service as I was having a brake issue. Took my car to Biggers Chevy due to the mechanics being on strike and they advised me that I needed a new brake booster and it would take over a week to get the part. I called Piemonte's parts department and was advised that they have the part in stock and to come in. I then spoke with Justin who is the service director and told him my concerns with the strikers harassing and being downright threatening to customers. Justin assured me that he has fully trained factory technicians and to ignore the strikers and bring my vehicle in. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the service advisor Carlos. carlos was very polite and apologetic for the strikers actions and assured me he would get my vehicle repaired. My vehicle was then repaired by a factor tech named Mike. I am very grateful to Mike as after the replacement part was put on my car it was defective right out of the box and made my car do some really strange things. The part that was replaced being defective was no longer in stock and the parts department went to Crystal lake for a new part so I could get my car back. After the second part was put on all was perfect. I cannot thank Mike enough for having to go thru the same repair twice. What a great guy as he went for a test drive with me to make sure I was 100 % satisfied and his priority was my satisfaction and safety. You simply don't find these kinds of people who care folks. Usually it's all about getting the cars out of there as fast as possible. I also spoke with the general manager Rich while I was there as I have known him for years. Rich also assisted on getting my car right and has been there for me since day 1. Thank you for everything Rich I truly appreciate it. As for the strikers. What a bunch of immature children. I understand you want to better your benefits and pay or whatever the reason may be while you are striking. This is between the owner and you...not the customer!!!!! This is not a customers fault that an agreement cannot be addressed. Customers have to come here and be verbally assaulted and get the finger or hear vulgar language? What kind of a person does that truly make a man?
