worse customer service

I went to FIAT of Larchmont to get a quote on a few things to fix on my Fiat 500 that I bought there a few years ago. Then I went to see my local garage for another quote. The result was that Fiat was trying to make me replace whole parts that didn't have to be changed and the bill ended up being 4 times cheaper with my local repair guy. Also Fiat of Larchmont installed a rear view camera for me back when I first bought my car. The mirror was very poorly installed and never stayed steady. It kept moving while I was driving and after many attempts to have it fixed by Fiat, I kind of gave up as I was busy and it was never done properly anyway. Today it finally fell off and I brought it back for a last attempt to have it fixed. Steve Manessis from FIAT was telling me there was nothing he could do because he had no record of my past visits on his computer, that my car was no longer under warranty and the people who installed the mirror were no longer in business. But he advised me that I should go see a glass repair shop myself and have them glue it for me as there was nothing he could do! I am appalled by customer service in that shop, don't go there or you will be scammed!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had

Everyone was incredible. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I know we’ll use them again when we’re in the market for a luxury car.

Worse customer experience

Worse customer service and repair shop. Part are never delivered on time, they charge you for parts they lose during the previous service, it takes a couple of weeks for simple repairs and never give you a follow up call to tell you where they are in the process. Ah: please do not try to call them... they really make you feel unwelcome when you ask for “Service”...

Great, friendly staff. They give you the BEST deals ever! You won't regret coming to these folks. Love them! Came up for a used car and left with a new one with such a GREAT, SPECTACULAR deal.

A great experience

I first met Alfredo and his staff when I purchased my Prima edizione Fiat 500 back in april 2011, I ordered the car online and Larchmont became my delivery dealer. I had such a good experience that I returned this december and bought a new Fiat 500L, the staff is knowledgable and friendly, there is no pressure , they want you to be happy with your purchase. Did I mention I li e over 60 miles from the dealership , there are closer stores but not with the service like Fiat of Larchmont

EXCELLENT worth a drive from the city

I leased my 2011 Fiat 500S from Fiat of Manhattan. Right before my lease was up, november 2014, i went back to them to buy a new fiat. The manager who had handled my lease was there. He seemed friendly and assigned a sales person to me. The sales person was new. It took over one hour and several trips to the "manager's office" to finally give me an $800 off the sticker price. They showed me the invoice price and said that they really didn't make any money selling cars. I told him if that was the case how could they afford to stay in business and pay employees. Bottom line, i felt uncomfortable, made an excuse to leave and gave them $500 deposit. I asked the sales person David what the NYS tire fee was. I showed him a copy of my lease and his mouth just dropped. He didn't answer. That same night i found FIAT of LARCHMONT. We called them the next morning and over the phone they told me that Fiat was offering $3000 rebate and also $500 loyalty fee if i was going to buy after having a lease. In 5 minutes they had saved me $3,500. I went to Larchmont, and was blown away but the dealership and employees. Everyone was friendly and there were NO GAMES. I showed them a copy of my lease and asked what the NYS tire fee was. The finance manager looked at it and told me "I am not going to speak bad about another dealer ship but they did wrong by you" he said i should google what the NYS tire fee is. They charged me $2.50 per tire a total of $10 in my new car. FIAT of MANHATTAN charged me $1,537.50 Needles to say I could not be more thankful for trusting my instincts and going to Fiat of Larchmont. I was able to purchase a better car for a lot less than the city dealership was going to charge me. A week later my boyfriend and I wend back to Larchmont and he bought a Fiat 4 door. No games, all done in one hour. The owner, his daughter, the finance manager and our sales agent were all helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to work with. I LOVETHEM. They have been in business for over 50 yrs and will last another 50 years. I will buy all my cars from them.

Easiest car buying experience ever.

When I bought my original Fiat in 2011 I was introduced this family owned dealership. I was surprised how much FAMILY meant. They took car of me like I was part of the family, So it was no surprise that I came back when my wife's lease was up. We purchased a 1957 Fiat 500 throw back. The experience was equally as great as when I walked through the door in 2011. My wife and I were treated like we were buying a two hundred thousand dollar Ferrari. The level of customer service was off the charts from our sale person Luigi right down to when the owner Alfredo and Silvana Gulla personally came out and not only welcomed us to the dealership but had a hand in every step of our process, which by the way was the fastest I ever purchased or leased a car. I had such a wonderful experience with the not only the sales part of the car buying process but the service as well. Thank you thank you for treating us like royalty.

I'm from the city area, but I really appreciated Greg's honesty and directness. He wasn't pushy and was comfortable communicating via e-mail, saving us both time. He also was readily available on the phone. He personally took photos of a car I was considering, inside and out, and sent them to me, which I really appreciated. Especially because the dealer's website often have stock photos of the cars and not the actual car.

Fiat of Larchmont. Alfredo Gulla has been selling Fiat for over 50 years! He is a real gentleman and a terrific salesman. He is also the owner. He earned my business and successfully sold me. Good price on the new car and fair price on trade-in. His daughter Silvana works at the dealership too. Followed through on all that was promised and delivered the car at the price. Best: Highly recommended.
