Another Day, Another Lie By Kia

Went in to get a part under warranty replaced, which was done adequately. I got the yearly safety check review. My tires are very low mileage but was told I had to replace all 4 when there was only a little wear on the very outside perpendicular tread, the parallel treads all good. I knew that was ridiculous so I went to another garage and got the safety check there; no problem with the tires they told me and passed the vehicle with no problems. It was very clear they were trying to screw me.by insisting I needed the tires replaced when I didn't.

I would not recommend this dealer.

They Lie And Keep Lying

I leased and then bought a new Kia from them. They lied from the start about giving me 2yrs free service checks (The Manager Andrew did this.) Then when I brought it in to get service he denied the 2yrs free service to my face and when I complained to Kia Management above him he called to tell me more of the same lie. Then they wouldn't repair the cruise control when it stopped working and I finally gave up on dealing with them. Never again. They also stiffed me again when I bought the car by adding on extra charges that were never part of the original purcxhase price. I ended up paying 21k for a 14k car. Beware!

I would not recommend this dealer.

They lie to you

Even if you know exactly what the car needs and make an appointment for the problem, they will lie to you and tell you it's a much more expensive part and absolutely refuse to do the repair you made an appointment for. The service manager will bluff and say they can provide you proof, but if you ask for said proof he will change his tune and tell you he can't give you proof because of reasons.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great!!!! The service was great, had a little misunderstanding but Andrew was very helpful in fixing the issue.He was really assuring of the service he gave and at the end was satisfied of the descision he came up with.

I would recommend this dealer.
