Purchase of Vehicle

We truly enjoyed the experience with Bob and the purchase of our 2017 Ford Explorer. I contacted the dealer by email and then received an answer back to the questions I had asked. Bob and I spoke numerous times and then he delivered the vehicle to our house. After arriving, he wen through all of the questions we had, as well as showing us how to change features and make the various settings. Thanks to American Ford and we want to wish a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all the staff that helped us make the purchase.

I would recommend this dealer.

American Ford was very easy to work with, made my purchased very easy no hassle and no pressure will highly recommend them to everyone. I love my new Jeep Rubicon, I worked with Bob very friendly very knowledgeable and also called me the next day to make sure I made it home okay

Poor Service

Went in for an oil change and check engine light. They said I needed a new engine, new tires, and about three thousand more in repairs. The tires have less then 10K Miles on them. Took it to another dealership in Miles City that said all it needed was a new casket and the other repairs were not needed. I was warned about this dealership before hand and learned my lesson.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I took my F250 in for an oil change and fuel filter...

I took my F250 in for an oil change and fuel filter change. I waited 5 mintues to even have someone acknowledge I was there, told them again what I wanted, and what kind of oil to use. I was told it would be about 40-60 minutes and told where the waiting room was. 2 hours later, I had to go find my pickup. I was given a bill for nearly 300$ and told by the owner, Dave, that he owned the dealership and could do whatever he wanted and didn't have to answer to anybody. He obviously does not care if he has business or not and steals from the poor suckers who happen to not know any better. Then I find that they did not even use the correct oil! So I get the lovely job of having to go back into that business and stand there and watch that they replace the oil filters and replace the oil with the oil I asked for in the first place. I have no idea how that is going to go and the thought of having to do it makes me sick to my stomach! This will cost me yet another day! From now on, I will make the drive to either Miles City or Billings! For what they stole from me today I could get my oil changed, the fuel filters changed and buy a hotel room and dinner! Never again! This makes me leary of Ford dealerships, period!

I bought a new Fusion from American Ford. I had the best experience that I have ever had with a car dealer. They weren't pushy. They were honest and very helpful. I like my new Ford much more than the Honda that I had. American Ford serviced my Honda for me and always gave me great service, that's why I decided to purchase from them.

I wish I had gone to another dealer. They were fast, but I hate being lied to. And forget about the service department. My truck sat there for 4 days and they never touched it. Said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. It whistles when it starts, has an air leak in the windshield and hesitates when accelerating. From now on, I will only buy Toyotas.
