Amazing experience

From start to finish Ken was a great help. I told him exactly what I wanted and he helped me make my first car purchase an easy experience. I was talking to another dealership and they were nasty on the phone. Ken worked with me for a couple weeks and I walked away with a brand new car for a great price. I would recommend Ken and Ardmore Nissan to anyone looking for a good car experience.

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Marlene. It had been a while since I purchased a vehicle, so I was definitely a little worried on what the experience would be like. She was really patient with me and very knowledgeable. She went through the Carfax with me and pointed out things that I didn't notice when I reviewed them on my own. She made me feel very comfortable and made my car buying experience very enjoyable. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend family and friends to Ardmore Nissan :-)

Purchase of new Rogue

Purchased a CPO Altima from James Powell and the sales experience was amazing. James Powell and Mike his Manager made me feel like a valued customer and more importantly in a friendly laid-back atmosphere. Also, Shannon gave us a great deal on a bumper-to-bumper warranty. Unlike other dealerships which treat you like a number, this small dealership "gets it" when it comes to being professional, courteous and extremely friendly. Awesome Service by Mike and Ken

We went in on a Monday to test drive and met Mike. He was super relaxed, friendly and not pushy at all. The test drive went smoothly and we learned a lot about the cars features. We came back Thursday to purchase and we were introduced to Ken who finished delivering our car. He was an excellent rep who put us at ease, made us feel great about our purchase and was very enthusiastic. We'd recommend these two salesmen in particular and would for sure go back to Ardmore Nissan in the future!

horrible customer service, very unprofessional

After setting up an appointment, confirming the availability of the car, I arrived to the dealer to have the associate tell me the car was sold. The associate then proceeded to tell me it was my fault the car was sold because I did not arrive earlier, although I arrived at the appointment time. While being told the car was sold, the associate who sold the car walks by with a smile and gives me a thumbs up. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was unsettling.

Great Service Department experience!

The Service Department provided some of the best customer service I have ever received! The staff, especially Dan, were very friendly, very responsive, and went out of their way to keep me updated and make sure I receive great service! A loaner car was provided while work was being done on my Rogue and it was perfect ... brand new, key-less entry, and satellite radio. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. Thank you so much!

Awful experience lies galore

I came in here in july 2016 to purchase a nissan murano. Maybe due to my age i wasnt taken seriously but first after negotiating an out the door price (out the door whenever i dealt with any other dealer meant after tax and tag) they argued about tax and tag. Then when they went to pick up the car for me to expect they told me it had 4000 miles on it (loaner) after the deal price was agreed upon. Then when i was in the finance office the finance guy said there is no way that price can exist and had me wait 3 hours while he conversed about it. Eventually get the car. I had 10000 down towards the car. Come to find out they didnt apply the check but did cash the check. They didnt take my phone call or return callsfor a few daya so i went straight to them. I got my check back but the loanonthly payment was much higher. No apologies what so ever. Will never purchase vehicle from them again.

ABOVE AND BEYOND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had the best experience with this dealership than any other before and hands down was shown the best customer service that you could expect. I was a year into a 3 year 36,000 mile lease when I had just started a new job that requires me to travel at least 20,000 miles a year. I also just had a new addition to my family. Needless to say I was incredibly worried about my current situation with the vehicle as I was just loading up on miles. After speaking with Chris the GM and Emma about my concerns and losing sleep over my situation they went ABOVE and BEYOND to work with me and help get me into a better arrangement for myself and my family. They are amazing.

DON'T WALK RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION

I STRONGLY CAUTION YOU FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH ARDMORE NISSAN!! I dealt with Chris Kochis, Internet Sales Manager. He was unprofessional, did not return calls as promised, insulted my intelligence, did not provide contractual prearranged pricing through Costco and told me he couldn't match or beat a local competitor. Keep in mind Costco's pricing is under dealer invoice due to contractual obligations with the auto manufacturers. He is in violation of Costco's regulations. I called the Sales GM, Chris Mulligan and sent an email, he has not responded to either request. Many negative reviews have been submitted about the dealership and Chris Kochis in particular. BUYER BEWARE!!! You can get a better deal if you do your homework and use truecar.com for aggressive pricing. Chris doesn't like educated consumers- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... If I could have given ZERO STARS I would have. I have also reported their business conduct to Costco who will be reevaluating Ardmore Nissan as a designated dealer. O'Neill Nissan and Fed Beans Nissan were professional, courteous, gave me an unbelievable deal and did a great job!

Poor Customer Service

Mark was rude, unprofessional and way off the mark in trying to obtain new customer. From the questions he asked to the manner in which he asked them, were very unbecoming and of BAD representation of Nissan. Wouldn't send a stranger to this dealership. Just plain Horrible!

Did not deliver what was promised for Service

We purchased a new car from this dealership, and has some initial vehicle and customer service issues with it. The Service director at that time put in writing that due to the dealership's mess ups, that he had authorized two detailing jobs with no expiration. Called to finally have the car detailed and was informed that the dealership no longer would honor the agreement. This had been authorized multiple times throughout, but in the last year they had a whole turn over of staff. Very disappointed that the dealership no longer honors what they give you, even with it in writing. Future buyers or anyone going in for Service beware!!
