New Car Purchase

Audi Edmonton North made the purchase of my new A5 a very enjoyable and special experience. John immediately made me feel welcomed and was very personable and approachable. John was knowledgeable when I had questions about the vehicle and was not pushy when it came to trying to finalize a deal. Stacey was an amazing Finance Manager as she was able to provide a wealth of knowledge in helping me determine what my financial options were. She made the numbers easy for me to understand and found a way to make it work with my budget. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and I will 100% be returning to Audi Edmonton North for a future vehicle purchase. I would recommend Audi Edmonton North to anyone that appreciates honest, high quality, and attentive customer service. And a special thank you to Mike for running such a great dealership.

Great service and amazing sales team

I have had the pleasure dealing with this dealership for about two years now. In terms of luxury brand car dealership, Audi offers the best. I had a dent on my passenger side door. I took it to a few places and they quoted me in the thousands. I just procrastinated. And then, I had to take my car in for my yearly service. Audi offers a great and one and only conceirge service. I live deep north Edmonton. They were able to pick up my vehicle and drop it off without me sarificing any time from work. When they returned my vehicle, they were able to pop out the dent and the car was sparkling clean. I was so confused that it was the same vehicle when I handed them my keys. I would definitely deal with the dealership again. They were so great from delivery to service. It was a bit frustrating for a bit for service department but they had a change of the team. :) and when I bought my convertible, they were so generous and they gave me the car for a whole day. I did end up buying the vehicle. Regardless, best dealership hands down.

Absolutely horrible

ABSOLUTELY by far the WORST experience I have ever had bringing my vehicle in for servicing in my entire life. First off I brought my vehicle in for service because it was making a crazy sound and the serpentine belt / tensioner needed to be fixed. At that point I was informed a coolant flange needs to be replaced and the part was in . I informed them I have to reschedule for the next week and did so. I came into the dealership and was told my part was not there and was ordered yesterday but the appointment was scheduled a week in advance, they said come back tomorrow and I told them I can't I work. Understood xxxx happenes, so I was offered a loaner vehicle for the hassle. I asked them to check my engine because my check engine light was on, and also I was having problems with oil consumption issues, it is burning oil. I later received a call saying that I needed to get some valves replaced. So I approved that work, went to pick up my car and drove it away and it started blowing freezing cold air and the temperature gauge was fluctuating like crazy. So I took my car back 5 mins later, told them what happened and took the loaner car back. The next day I was told i needed a new thermostat , so after doing all the work you never noticed that? They tried to charge me but I refused and said that should of been caught / is WAY too much of a coincidence that it failed the second I brought it into the shop . They said they would replace it and I can come and pick up my vehicle later. When I arrived there is when I noticed a plastic piece sticking out of the end of my vehicle and 3 lights on my dash; the check engine light still being one of them , so I walked right back in and told them I am not taking my vehicle like that and took the loaner car back for the 2nd time. The next day I received a call saying that oil is all over my engine and that's why the light was on, my car went through a car wash and that's why a piece was sticking out and again not noticed prior to me driving there for a 2nd time? They refused to take the blame/ inform me of any reasonable explanation as to why this was UNNOTICED prior to having me pick up the vehicle ESPECIALLY after I was PAYING to have my ENGINE CHECKED. So I picked up my car for the 3rd time. NOW I HAVE 3 issues remaining after the 3rd time I picked it up. The issues ; oil is leaking on my garage floor and they again refuse to take any blame or give me any sort of explanation I CAME IN WITH OIL CONSUMPTION issues / burning oil. NOT my oil leaking all over the floor; their answer/ my skid plate was protecting the oil from spilling BUT I DO NOT have one I took it off. MY CAR doesn't start with my remote starter so I told them and they said they didn't do it,but it worked that morning and every other day for 3 years. I paid 50 dollars for windshield wipers that work 50 percent of the time. Really just unbelievable luck really and unbelievable service.So now I'm stuck with without a starter when I paid 500 bucks for one, that worked prior to pulling my car into there. No explanation as to why oil is leaking I was told to come back for a 4th time to see where the oil is coming from. I usually have great service at Audi but this is my first time to this location and will most definitely will be the last. The amount of time money, and energy, the amount of times I went back and forth for nothing is actually ridiculous. I thought I could trust them with my vehicle but I turned out to be completely wrong. They really disappointed me and I will never ever return to audi nor purchase an Audi again.

We were shopping around for 2018 Audi and dealt with Andy. I must say the most organized, honest and genuine salesperson you can ever deal with. He will actually work with you on your needs, ll ask questions to ask; what you are looking for. Will understand and absorb your situation in the background and will give you the most honest advice. He is not pushy which i really liked and will give you room to make up your own decision on your comfort level. I rate him as a 5 star sales rep!!!

Always AUDI North

I bought AUDI because BMW doesn't open on Sundays. They need to rest on Sundays. Now they can take everyday off as far as I am concerned. If you haven't been to AUDI North you have never lived a 7 star experience in owning a car. I now know how it felt to be an Emperor in China. Lol. Great Job. Before and After you buy

Quick service on an unscheduled issue.

Big shout out to Nicole in the service department who got my vehicle in right away to have a problem with a warning light looked into and fixed. She made the process as painless as possible. The dealership is very clean and bright with lots of seating areas, refreshments, and some entertainment options. Staff all seemed friendly and ensured I was taken care of. Great experience.

Brought in working... left broken

Brought my S4 for 115000km service. Left the dealer and car overheated immediately, got told the thermostat was broken, 1500 dollar repair. Service manager said she would investigate and never heard back, it has been a month now.

Terrible service

We went to buy a Q5 April 2016, deal made. Upon pick up of our vehicle we met with Finance Farooq who was unprofessional, rude and went back on our Audi care package which was agreed upon at time of purchase JP Brian made deal. Fatooq was a bully we walked out got our checks at Audi South no issues totally friendly. Did not work with admin person that was selected no other options available

I went to test drive a TTS with jessica. She didn't know much about the car or bother to try. I asked her to email me a quote for a trade in and and quote and brochure for a TTS. She never followed through. A total flake.

UPDATE: 01/26/2017 - I called Sean back after he contacted me and was offered credit to their service department ($300) which I do not feel would convince me come back to the dealership. I feel like my concerns were brushed off. I was told that an $11,000 damage from the concealed accident would not affect the resell of an Audi at all; that they never intended for me to not know about the accident (but it did happen so now what?). I was also told that I never should have been made to wait the time that I did to get my remote starter installed. Also, I was told Audi brakes need frequent servicing and that it is normal for them to squeal because they are 'high performance'. I was happy to receive a formal apology but it doesn't quite make up for my experience. I feel like a lot of excuses were made and apologies were said but it doesn't really fix my problem at the end of the day. Sean said he would look into getting me a different A5 without me having to pay more for the vehicle but I'm not sure if that is even realistic. At this time, I will be taking my car to a different Audi dealership for future servicing. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased a certified pre-owned Audi A5 from Audi Edmonton North back in August 2016. While the car is performing to my standard, I had to get the brakes replaced just last week (December 2016) because they were worn out and were excessively squealing every time I tried to brake. I only use the car to go shopping and to run errands so I don't think mileage played a factor in the brakes having to be replaced so soon. For a certified pre-owned vehicle, I would have expected that everything be recently serviced before the car was delivered to me. That being said, I find communication to be sub-par. It took me 3 months to finally get my remote starter installed (even though it was included in the initial sale of the car). I called numerous times and was told that they would look into it and get back to me - only for me to have to call back a month later. I finally got the remote starter installed in November 2016. Another issue I have is that I wasn't told that the car had been in an accident until I signed the financing papers. When I first saw the car posting on autotrader.ca, the CarProof report that was posted stated that the car was accident-free. When I finally signed the financing documents, the finance manager gave me a printed CarProof and I saw that the car had been in an accident. At the time, I felt I was already too far in to back out and I had already signed the contract. I told the finance manager that the CarProof that was advertised to me was clean and he told me that the accident was recent that is why the CarProof that was provided to me did not have the accident on it. I felt I should have spoken up then but being that this was my first vehicle that I bought from a dealership - I felt intimidated. Especially when the finance manager spoke to me about it as though it was not a huge issue. I was also told that they would look into the keyless entry on my car as it doesn't work. I have yet to hear back from them in regards to this investigation and it has been a month. That being said, while the service is up to standard and the sales/service reps (especially Xerxes and Nicole) are very kind and accomodating, I have mixed feelings about the dealership as a whole. I don't feel like the value I paid for my car was very worth it in the end as I paid a lot for a car that had been in an accident - which will highly effect the resale value of the car and it also doesn't seem like the car was recently serviced before it was delivered to me. I advise buyers to be aware and to proceed with caution due to my experience.

Bad all round

Worder full l service at first, after purchasing they do not want to know you.do not return calls and very overpriced.felt unimportant and humiliated . We will never ever deal with these people who feel they are superior.
