I HAVE OWNED APPROXIMATELY 7 NEW CARS IN THE LAST 16 YEARS, TWO OF WHICH HAVE BEEN AUDI’S. IN MY EXPERIENCE, MY RECENT AUDI A5 SPORTBACK PURCHASE IS BY FAR, THE MOST SEAMLESS AND EFFICIENT PROCESS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM START TO FINISH. ERIKKA WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. SHE COMPLETED HER HOMEWORK, WAS ATTENTIVE AND KEPT COMMUNICATION OPEN THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. Salesperson and Finance manager accolades

Buying a vehicle at this time was not on my “to-do” list. Our car was stolen and totaled. The headache of searching for the right vehicle is never easy, especially managing your budget with a fair price and payment. After looking in several different areas and dealerships, from Acworth to Valdosta, Audi of Marietta made the best sense with overall salesmanship and qualities that made me feel comfortable in establishing business with the company. Scott did a wonderful job assisting me with my vehicle of choice, and Tony also stepped up to the plate and delivered the winning run! The only problem that I would say is that I would have given 5 stars if the service and detail department could have eliminated the cigar smoke smell that the previous owner left as a parting gift. However, I will be back to buy my next truck soon and Scott will be my personal salesman for the job!

Beware of Service Department!

My car has been with the Service Department at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta since June 1 with an over-heating issue. We dropped the vehicle off on May 31 for a scheduled appointment at 9am on June 1. On the evening of May 31 I had a conversation with them letting them know that it was critical that I have my vehicle back on Friday June 8th as I was starting a new job and needed to travel. I was told that barring a catastrophic engine issue this would not be a problem. We received no communication on the status of the vehicle until Friday June 8th when we were told, sorry couldn't get to it! I drove an hour to the Services department to speak to them face to face. I was informed that someone would work late and fix my vehicle that evening and I could pick it up on Saturday June 9th. That evening they called to say that the $2000 in repairs, did not fix the issue and he had no idea what the problem could be as their diagnostic equipment wasn't working/or someone did not know how to operate it and they would call me back Monday June 11. At this point I had no options, so had to cancel my appointments. Monday came and went with no call. My wife attempted to leave messages, and no response. On the 14th or 15th my wife finally got to speak with them and was told sorry we need another $600 to replace the thermostat, and we aren't sure that is going to fix the issue. With no other choice my wife approved this, stating that we will pick up the vehicle on Tuesday June 19th. You are probably getting the theme by now, Tuesday came and went with no vehicle. Finally very frustrated I sent a text to them asking if my vehicle was still over heating and how much I owed at this point. I was ready to just get my vehicle back. It has now been 3 weeks since I dropped my vehicle off, and again no communication, no status, and no vehicle. I am at a loss, no idea what to do! Please be careful if you have an urgent need, I don't think this is the place you want servicing your vehicle.

I highly recommend this dealership. Their General Manager Randy Pullen has put together an outstanding team. From beginning to end, my family and my wife's family enjoyed the purchase process. Amazing Customer Service for a Couple with Changing Minds

We recently purchased a a new 2018 A6 from Scott and Richard at Marietta Audi. Within a few days, we realized that we regretted not opting for a different engine package. We approached Scott with our dilemma. Scott and Richard immediately dove in and found the car we wanted and worked tirelessly to get a new deal put together that worked for us and their team. End to end, this could have been a difficult process, but they made it seamless for us. They were simply amazing and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a new Audi. I was undecided on my next car. I was very interested in the A4 and A6. I loved the A4, and my sales person (Scott) loaned me the car for the weekend to try fitting our car seats. Ultimately, I went with a different car, but had a great experience. Scott was very helpful! He even went out of his way to retrieve the garage door opener I had left in the car.

Sweet Deal on S5!!

Scott from Audi Marietta really took car of me. I drove an hour away from snellville GA just to work with him. He was professional and courteous and had all three cars that I wanted to test drive waiting and ready for me as soon as I reach the dealership. Once I selected my vehicle the paperwork through finance was flawless the finance manager Tony was great and so was the sales manager to help me with the deal. I am truly satisfied with my car and customer service that I was given by Scott,Tony, Kristen and the rest the crew. Kristen spent 45 minutes explaining the features of my S5 I was so happy with my service I believe I’m going to go back next month trade my wife’s SUV in for another Audi! I give my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a new Audi or used Audi to go to Jim Ellis Audi in Marietta. Ask for Scott!

Beware of sales agent Verne Watley and his sales manager. We were looking for great lease deal but got cheated into balloon loan. Very disappointed by this cheeting Audi dealership.

Audi Marietta helped me to trade in my BMW 328i for an Audi Q3. I had a very nice experience there and everyone there was friendly. They are remodeling so it was a little hectic inside but the friendly staff made it better. Verne went out his way to help us with the trading process and was extremely professional and patient with me and my family.

Above & Beyond

In considering four Audi dealerships for the purchase of my Audi A4, I knew I had the right salesman in Joseph. Very engaged, friendly, respectful, a true listener and went above and beyond. Joseph didn't pester me with follow-up calls and gave me a great deal with his initial pricing. Where Joseph went above and beyond was in his effort to locate, transport and secure the exact Audi A4 I wanted to buy to my exact spec! Other salespeople I worked with at other Audi dealerships in Atlanta did less than a stellar job in their attempt to sell me an Audi that did not meet my requirements as well as play pricing games with me showing they did not listen and only concerned with meeting their numbers. Joseph did none of those things and made the purchase experience easy, painless and without stress. With this as my tenth car, Joseph was the best salesman I've had to date. Strongly recommend working with him!

A Great Dealership Buying Experience

I came in from out of town to buy a used vehicle. I was attracted to the price and the Jim Ellis reputation. Chris from Internet sales called me before I arrived to make sure I was able to find the location and answer my initial questions. From the time I entered the lot, they all treated me like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. Shawn, my sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me examine the vehicle during the test drive. He and the sales manager helped worked with me on price and I felt the negotiations were fair. The sales manager was also very concerned about my satisfaction. The financing process with Miguel was very professional and pleasant. Shawn spent a lot of time making sure the vehicle was detailed and ready to go in the best condition. The part that stands out the most is what happened next. There was some unseen minor damage on the car. This was after the car had been signed over to me. However, they wanted to make it right and brought the car back in to repair at no additional cost. Shawn was literally running around to make sure that they had the car ready fast. The sales manager even paused from his busy day to make sure that I was comfortable and satisfied. I have never seen customer service like that before in a car sale. It’s very apparent that Audi Marietta is concerned about standing out above everyone with excellent customer service. It’s only been three days and I’ve already told seven people about this experience. I do plan to return.
