Unprofessional Service

My AC has been shot for over a year. It works when I’m driving, but doesn’t work when the car is idle. I’ve been suffering through it because I’ve been taking care of other things. I’m finally able to take it in, but before I do I call and tell them what’s wrong to make sure my extended warranty will cover everything. They said their should be no issues. I called my warranty company and they said the same thing. I drop my car off and after the diagnostic I’m told nothing will be covered because they assume my AC is broken due to a small fender bender I was in more than 8 months after the AC initially went out. I tell them the AC was shot before the fender bender, which was not my fault, and that I have photo evidence of both when the AC when out and when the fender bender occurred, both with time stamps. They proceed to tell me that “there are a lot of honest people in this world and a lot of dishonest people in this world” and that they don’t know which one I am so they’re going to assume the AC was broken when the fender bender occurred even though they have no actual way of prooving that’s true. Then the supervisor, Andy, proceeds to threaten me and say that if I’m going to give them a hard time about it that he “can make things a lot worse for me” and submit the diagnostic they wrote up to my warranty company to stop me from getting the repairs covered at a different auto shop. So basically they gave me no other option but to pay for the diagnostic and the repairs, everything they said would be covered under the warranty to get me there under false pretense. Completely unethical and unprofessional for no apparent reason except to get more money. They have no way of proving their diagnostic to be accurate, and will not accept photo and video evidence that the AC was broken long before the fender bender, which was so small it didn’t even leave a dent. I’ve filed a complaint with the States Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau, and I will be filling out a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Minimum, because they have no proof that the ac is broken due to the fender bender, and I have proof that it was broken before that, they should have at least allowed me to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion instead of calling me a liar and threatening to make sure all my future repairs would be questioned by my warranty company and lessen my chances of getting anything covered. I wanted to share my experience for anyone who might be taking their vehicle there to be serviced. They will tell you your warranty will cover everything to get you in there, but in my experience they will do everything they can to find a reason to not let that happen. Going so far as to write up a diagnostic with no evidence for what they state caused the problem, when I have proof the problem started long before. Update: after calling corporate and being on the phone with them for 3 hours, Audi of Melbourne decides not to charge for the diagnostic, but when we go to pick up the car Andy, the supervisor, proceeds to call me a liar again, and repeated in an extremely condenscening and unprofessional tone that he could still send in the diagnostic to my warranty company to prevent me from having it covered. Despite the photo and video evidence of the timeline, and in his diagnostic report they didn’t test anything, they simply saw a small scratch on the fan module and said that was the cause, but didn’t do any tests. He also said, again in a very condescending tone, “I gave you a free diagnostic, I thought that was pretty nice of me” when him and I both know corporate made him do that. And this was after he called me a liar and threatened me, which I have on video. The “diagnostic”, if you can even call it that, was simply a look over. They even stated the module might still work, but they didn’t test it because they saw a scratch. I have video of Andy’s unprofessionalism will be submitting it to Audi’s corporate office.

Coolant Issue

Great service . My Audi 4 kept telling me to check coolant level. I went to purchase coolant it requires a special coolant G12 . So i went to the deal-ship it was a water pump issue. Than god it was under warranty! Excellent and customer service. Sherri is the Best

Not the High End Service Expected

I bought an Audi because I wanted a high end vehicle. The purchasing of a vehicle was great at the Melbourne location but service is a completely different matter. I assumed that the service department would be high end and I guess that was my mistake. I think this service department can be better at communicating details about service for my vehicle. Since the vehicle was new, I was having window tinting and radar detector installs. Also needed a new master key fob, which they messed up the first time they had my vehicle. So we had 1 fully functioning key fob for over a month till the vehicle went back in for the next service appointment. I just found out they will have my vehicle all week for something I was told would take 1 maybe 2 days. I called for an update when I didn't hear from them to find out this information. Why am I doing all the leg work for this service department? I'm seriously considering taking the vehicle to Orlando for future services.

Mike in Service took very good care of me. My car is new (only 5000) miles & I just wanted to have a quick check before I head North for the summer. Great service! Mike Conway is a great service advisor, he helped me with the service appointment, loaner car and even some additional things for my car besides the service... easy and painless process. Loaner was ready when I arrived and the paperwork was quick. Service to the car (55k) was really good and fast. Will be coming back for sure.

Disorganised

Where should i start well we love the car a Q5 that was bought to transport to Puerto Rico was paid off instantly in January 2018 and its March 2018 and Im still waiting for a title I havent even get to drive the car since I can't register or get a tag here with out my original title call on feb 28 spoke with sales manager spoke to tag and title personel to tell me they were mising a paper they could have call the shipping company and get the paper in minutes like i did but they could not do that and its been since feb 28 that they are still giving me the runing around for my title because car was paid in full. I would not recomend buying any cars from here there all disorganize would never call you back to even apologise

I live in Georgia and was vacationing in Cocoa Beach. I started out on my trip and noticed my Navigation system was not operational, nor was my bluetooth system working. I called my regular dealer in Jacksonville thinking they could advise me on how to reset it over the phone but they said I would have to bring it in.... something I was not willing to do during my vacation. When I got to Cocoa Beach I Googled the closest Audi dealer and found Audi Melbourne so I called and spoke with Lauren. She said I could drop by that day and they would take a look. Since it was only 18 miles from where I was staying I took it in and they did a software update while I had lunch their nice customer lounge. The whole process took about an hour and I was able to continue on with my vacation. Thank you Audi Melbourne and Lauren for being so nice and professional and taking my car in on such short notice. I might have to move my car services to Melbourne!

I saw this site after buying my Q5 and felt the need to post. They treated me fairly and were honest the entire way through the sale. After I took my car they followed up with me and helped me find a dealer while I was out of town to get a oil change. I see some very negative posts and I can't believe they are coming from this store.

Do yourself a favor and go to Orlando for an Audi

Bunch of liars. They sell you words and promises; all smiles and then they didn't come through with a few small things. Our car Q5 has wheel locks but did not come with the key. We asked and they ignored our request for a key. I have to buy one now. Also, our car was not detailed as promised. When we take it for service, they wash but don't even bother to even vacuum the car. Great customer service! Go deal with a real dealer....not these want a be's.

DAMAGED OUR BRAND NEW CAR

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Brought our BRAND NEW Audi Q5 in for our first service and on pick up I noticed there were scratches EVERYWHERE, inside and outside of our car!!! We showed it to service department before driving off the lot, where their solution was to wait a week until one of the service managers got back from vacation?! The GM Shay eventually agreed to fix after phone calls on our part to the dealership. They had our car for 2 weeks to 'fix' damage, just to find out they were only fixing half of the damage! Now the GM is REFUSING to fix the 15+ scratches on outside of the windshield thats directly in the drivers line of sight. This is our first Audi purchase and now because of Audi of Melbourne this will be our last! This is a brand new car that was shipped in for us, they damaged it and want us to just deal with it? Scratches inside and outside of our car! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!
