That was ANOTHER LIE!! They left a response on here for you to think they were taking care of the issues we’ve had since purchasing an A4 and Q7 from them. UPDATE: they’ve done nothing!! We haven’t gotten a single email or call from them since their response posted! Don’t be deceived by their response on here. We’ve paid thousands of dollars for their mistakes! I will update on here once they’ve made good on their word.

Liars and chauvinistic service. Demand receipts!!

I purchased 2 cars from Audi Mission Viejo and it has been nothing short of a total nightmare. We have been in for service for our "perfect" (called this by sales guy at time of purchase who is of course no longer with company) car 8 times since purchasing it only a year and a few months ago. It has been in for the SAME thing 5 of those times! However, I didn't demand they notate it in their system and because of that they have no repeated record of them servicing the car for the same thing. They are liars and talked down to me and spoke totally differently to my husband. It escalated to the point of speaking with the General Manager of the dealership- VERBATIM- this is what he told me: "SOMETIMES CARS JUST MALFUNCTION AND THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT." WOW. Remember that. Take your hard earned money and dignity elsewhere!! Be warned!!

At first I was worried about coming down to this dealership because I had read lots of bad reviews (underhanded sales tactics, bait and switch deals, denying legitimate warranty claims, etc). But that was not the case for me. When I came down to Audi Mission Viejo I was treated with respect, given plenty of time and space to inspect the vehicle I wanted (2013 Audi A8), was not pressured into buying anything and the sales team (Chris and Jeremy) even stayed late to help me close the deal. I would highly recommend them and would like to do business with them again in the future.

The Service Dept. Was impressive. Monique came right out to greet me as soon as I arrived. She was very personable, friendly & made it a pleasant experience. I decided to use the loaner vehicle offered to me. There was a short wait for it to be cleaned, so I waited in the comfortable waiting area that has coffee, water & danish available. My car was completed in the estimated time which was great. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

Hassle Free Sales Department

She gave me all the details to the car and answered all my questions. Then I worked with Wice and worked out a great deal. Worst Car Buying Experience of Our Lives...

I had been looking for months for an Audi A7 and thought I had found the perfect one at the Audi dealership in Mission Viejo. I was curious why the price was so low, so I called to ensure nothing was wrong with the vehicle before I drove all the way from Chino Hills to see it. They assured me nothing was wrong and they are priced to sell. So I made the trip out there and things slowly went downhill from there. - Upon looking at the car, there were things that weren’t disclosed including the car being in an accident and damages on the inside - When I tried to negotiate to get some of the interior fixed, Phil the “manager”, became extremely argumentative and rude. He acted as if he could not care less if I bought the car or not and I was an annoyance to him for even being there. - I was finally taken to the finance department and met with Justin. He made me feel more comfortable about the experience. I needed to get things lined up with my credit union because it was the weekend and they were closed. I contacted Justin on Monday and let him know the Credit Union was still closed due to Presidents Day and that I would have all the info over to him the next day. Turns out, Justin was out for training on tuesday and Wednesday which he neglected to tell me. I contacted him on his cell phone several times throughout the next couple days and asked if he could have another finance employee get me the info I needed since he was out of the office. The only response I received from him was him telling me that he would reach out to Larry, another salesman, and that Larry would contact me. Larry contacted me only to advise that someone was looking at the A7 I was trying to buy and then later to tell me it sold. I truly felt like nobody at this dealership had any regard for myself as a customer. I expected much more professionalism from a luxury dealership such as Audi. Not only was I disrespected by Phil but the lack of communication by Justin led me to ultimately lose the car I wanted. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE and will never return to buy a car here either.

Worst Audi Dealership in OC and CA

This dealership failed to RESPECT their customer and do what they promise to do. I bought the car 2 months ago and still don’t have the keys of the car!!!!!!!!! I talked to 2 sales guys, one was Oscar, very rude and unprofessional, the other one just showed up on emails and delivering the car. The sales guy talked to me about his “ba***” and said when I say something, I stand on my word, which not only was a big lie, but also a very rude and disgusting conversation. All they do here is to hustle clients. I have a video of all details and their customer service too. Will upload and make sure EVRYONE trying to go to this place, would definitely see this video and my review first, then deciding to choose this dealership for themselves.

Liars. Do not trust!

Set up appointments and "hold" car for you. Then sell it on first come first serve basis. They cite California Law when you complain. They really could care less. They get their money so they dont care. All they have to do is let you know your "appointment" does not mean the car stays. Can only imagine what other shady behavior happens here. Anything to make a sale. Customer be damned. Buyer beware for sure!

Managers are crooks

I was ready to buy a car from them and asked them to transfer my bank approval from another dealership. I have asked them not run my credit and they assured that they will not. All the promises have been broken. They still run my credit and manager was pushing his own financing source with the higher interest rate. Also they try to add a junk fee called "aftermarket" for $595. Will not come back.

Worst Dealership Ever

This is one of the worst dealerships in all of Orange County, possibly just all of California. I purchased a used vehicle here back in mid-2017. I was promised the dents, scratches, and all other visible issues would be taken care of before receiving the car back. They would “never let a car that looks and drives as nice as an S5 to leave looking like sh*t”(direct quote from sales manager). I waited... and waited... and waited for my car to be ready. Finally the day came after a long day of work. I got a ride over there, briefly looked at the car in the dark, and was just ready to go home. The next morning, on my way out of my house to work, there were glaring issues EVERYWHERE. I quickly called and made an appointment for a few weeks out as I work nearly 50+ hours a week and needed to be able to plan accordingly. The girl on the phone was very nice. Let me just make this clear that the service dept is great, it’s honestly just getting past sales that this company struggles. Anyways, I finally am able to take the car in. I took pictures of the dents, scratches, noticeable scuffs where lame attempts had been made to repair damage, the jammed cigarette lighter, the broken nob for being able to navigate the entire entertainment panel, etc. When I arrived, I spoke to not 1, not 2, but 3 separate service people, throughly explaining the issues EACH and EVERY time. Finally the “sales manager” comes out and starts in on me, like I had done something wrong. I go through all of the issues, again, with him. He tells me, “how do I know you didn’t cause all of these problems?” I said calmly, “well, I don’t know why I would ruin my brand new vehicle, how I would be able to even cause some of these issues, and oh yeah, I have pictures of the day AFTER leaving and having called service to set an appointment.” He went on to yell and publicly embarrass me in front of the entire service team, sales team, and basically any customer or pedestrian outside, stating that I should have come in sooner, been more responsible, and they wouldn’t do “jack sh*t” for me because I didn’t follow by their rules. When I explained “I work more than 50 hours a week, called and explained every single issue to the service dept the next day, and simply just couldn’t make it before this date,” he told me he had a customer who is a “dentist” and had time to come in 3 days later when he found issues. What I SHOULD have said was “why are you not fixing major issues that you promise to fix in the first place? Why is anyone having to come back and correct YOUR mistakes?” But instead I got teary eyed and went to the restroom to escape the shame. After speaking with the general manager, Luke, things were fixed. Luke is a nice guy, and he did help. But I still am driving around in a car with problems. When first receiving the car back, it was incredibly dirty. I actually had to clean it myself despite the “$800 amazing detailing” the sales guy promised me. So, when I noticed a weird spot on the seat, I just tried to wipe it and gave up because I figured it was the nasty cleaner they had used (as there were other weird spots like that all over the other seats I was able to eventually get off). Fast forward to last week. I finally looked at the spot and was fed up the cleaner hadn’t come off. I rubbed my hand across the spot to notice it was raised and had a squiggly line from edge to edge. It almost feels like it’s a piece of coil from the heated seats, but that sits deeper in the seat. So, I explained this issue to the service dept. She looked at it and noticed it was a very weird spot. I get a call from her later saying basically that her boss said it’s not their problem and they wouldn’t do anything to fix it (please keep in mind I have the most upgraded warranty possible, I still have yet to find ONE THING these people admit that this warranty covers). I am sick and tired of this dealership. Please save yourself and go to Newport or even Beverly Hills dealership. I got completely taken advantage of by these people and regret ever giving them my business.

Tried to buy a new Q5 - did not work out...

Around July/Aug (2017) we were in the the market to purchase the new 2018 Q5. Color options to look at at the dealers were limited. During our first walk in, we were given a quick tour for a "technologist" with limited information. We were promised a sales person will get back to us when our desired color options are available to look at. We tried to get in email contact with the person for several days after - no response. After a conversation with the sales manger we were given a new sales contact. We were not informed once the color option was available - I had to find out on the dealer site myself. I called in to have a look at the vehicle. The vehicle was sold and there was only an option to look at it same day. My wife, (with a baby in a stroller) went and was sent to a dark parking structure with service staff racing cars up and down. Not enough light to see the color. Not really the $50k+ buying experience. We did one more attempt to look at the vehicle together, but we could never loose the feeling not being recognized as serous buyers. Definitely not an experience expected from a high end car maker. The only somewhat positive note was a courtesy call I received a few weeks after the last visit. I explained my disappointment and was very professionally handled. She promised to forward my/our concerns back to management. We never heard back for this dealership again. We ended up buying a fully loaded 2018-Q5 prestige with the color we liked from Circle Audi (so much for being serious) after an day and night difference in experience. Would always do the longer drive.
