Go here is you want your car damaged!

By Michael on 10/10/2018 at 4:24 AM.

If you want your Audi damaged because of their complete negligence and refuse to help, come on down to this dealer. They caused over $6k damage to my s5, and instead of helping to make it right, they are refusing to work with me to repair the damage they caused.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Professional, Personable, And Unapproachable Integrity

By misha on 8/4/2018 at 5:17 AM. Helped by Tiffany LaPlante, Tim Gaulden, Kendrick Neal.

I recently purchased a hard-to-find, pre-owned vehicle from Audi Oklahoma City that, as my luck would have it, they recently received via a trade-in. Because of work, I live between Florida and New York, and came upon this special car through an online search. Once I found the car online, I completed the ubiquitous "request more information" form. Even though it was Friday night, I quickly received a personal email from Tiffany, Sales Coordinator, that they were closed but to please feel free to reach out at my convenience the next day. No hassles, no pressure; no super early Saturday morning calls! I called Tiffany later that afternoon and had a long conversation about the car. Then and there, as well as in the days to come, she hit it out of the ballpark in helping me and answering my many questions. She connected me with Darrell, Audi Brand Specialist, who became my primary sales contact. Both Darrell and Tiffany were incredibly professional, possessed expert knowledge about their vehicles, and especially important for me, were just great people who I enjoyed speaking with. I put down a deposit and flew out for OKC the following Saturday to personally examine and test-drive the car, and to my surprise it was even better than described! Darrell spent a great deal of time with me, even though it was obvious that Saturday is their craziest day. I felt like a VIP the entire time I was with Darrell. Once I'd seen, examined and driven the car, I was all-in and the final negotiation was straightforward, such a welcome change from twists and turns with the east coast dealerships I was used to. I financed a portion of the car and also wanted an extended warranty, and from my experience knew this was usually the most uncomfortable part with this type of transaction. But Tim and his manager Kendrick were perfect, no hard sells, they answered my questions and gave thorough explanations of what my options were. I had done my homework, and ended up with what I wanted at an extremely fair price from these two very fine gentlemen. Once the paperwork was signed and next steps were explained to me, I took one last look at my baby and headed off to the airport. The car arrived last week via a third-party transportation carrier (a special well deserved shout-out to Plycar for delivering it quickly and in perfect condition), and I couldn't be happier. And it's all thanks to Tiffany, Darrell, Tim, Kendrick and the incredible folks at Audi of Oklahoma City!

I would recommend this dealer.

Worst Audi Dealer In OKC

By Adilyousuf on 9/19/2017 at 5:17 PM.

I have had the worst experience with Bob Moore Audi! I came to the dealership originally to buy an S7, the rods in the vehicle were bad, they tried to encourage me to buy the A6 instead. After careful consideration i decided to buy the A6. The Salesman did not mention anything about having insurance in your own name so i got it under my older brothers name because he handles all our vehicles insurances, we own 5 vehicles all cadillacs and Audi's. Not even 4 days after purchasing my new Audi the center brake light went out and also heads up display went out. then when we took it back to the dealership they tried to blame the heads up display nonfuctioning a tinting problem. So after talking back and forth and wasting plenty of time. they finally agreed to fix all the problems and i requested a loaner car. they asked for insurance verification which i showed them, they started to investigate it like police officers lmao. they tried their best not to give us a loaner car then after wasting more time they finally gave me a loaner car, so i take it to work, about 30 mins later a customer told me "you know your tags are expired", so then i had close my business, hence lose money and then go back to the dealership risking getting pulled over and ticketed aswell as going on my driving record. The manager was very rude, no apology or remorse, mustve been a mistake...DONT wasted your time at this dealership! it will be your biggiest mistake!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Even Scheduling an Oil Change is a Hassle

By MyTimeMatters on 4/3/2017 at 6:38 PM. Helped by Unknown.

There is nothing easy about owning an Audi. I purchased a 2016 A6 one year ago and it has been in the shop over 23% of the time I've owned it. What's even more inconvenient is that you're always on the dealership's timeline. Scheduling maintenance almost always involves leaving a message with the hope that your call will be returned at a time when you can talk and have access to your calendar. It really shouldn't be a difficult process for something as simple as scheduling an oil change and it should never require a call back to do so.

Unprofessional at best

By RovrDrivr on 2/25/2017 at 2:34 PM. Helped by Sales, Finance office.

Recently purchased a 2016 used Land Rover from the Audi dealership. It was getting closer toward the end of their day, and they really made me feel that way. I was just in the way of them getting off work and going home for the night. They kept referring the car as a Range Rover and not a Land Rover. I don't think they even knew the difference. With a credit score of well over 800, the finance manager acted excited to bet me a rate near 5%. When I questioned it, he told me well do it yourself. Guess what....I DID. just refinanced it for under 2%. What a moron. I would recommend you find another dealer for your car purchasing experience.

Thorough, friendly and professional!

By audi4life on 12/22/2016 at 9:46 PM. Helped by Anthony Jew, Safak Durmus.

My experience at Bob Moore Audi was comfortable and they explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. Shaw is so professional and cared about all of the things I was looking for in a car (wanted something that could tow a certain weight, certain features, etc). They were patient and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the process. Anthony was great to work with as well! Different experience than most other dealerships.

I would recommend this dealer.

It is the service after the sale that truly matters

By phil8941 on 12/14/2016 at 12:25 AM. Helped by Kamm Somrasmy, Anthony Jew, Ashley (Service Coordinator).

We searched Volvo, BMW, and Mercedes and were immediately sold by the appearance, performance, and electronic package combined into the AUDI Q7 Prestige; what an incredible vehicle. Hamm Somrasmy was our sales representative and Anthony Jew the Sales Manager. Both addressed our every single concern and worked incredible hours to make sure we were completely satisfied. Here's what counts. We had the new Audi for one hour and thirty minutes and must have hit something on the road. The right rear tire had a flat. Audi Q7 does not come with a spare tire and instead uses a provided air compressor and tire sealant. Using the compressor and sealant were an intuitive operation and actually got us home (we drove from the dealership in Oklahoma City to our home in Lawton). Upon arrival home the tire was again flat. We called Kamm and Anthony and within a half hour a tow truck showed up picked up our vehicle and took it back to the dealership. Hamm and Anthony repaired the flat tire with a NEW tire, put a NEW canister of tire sealant in the vehicle and personally drove the vehicle back to our home in Lawton. There was NO charge. The service coordinator Ashley was as helpful and professional, keeping us updated as progress was achieved. We've had the new Audi for about a total of 2 hours now and can't wait to see how our experience with Audi matures. Thank you Kamm, Ashley, and Anthony

New Car Purchase Experience

By Justin on 12/5/2016 at 3:02 AM. Helped by Kamm, Anthony, James.

I recently purchased a new S3. The sales process was good (Kamm was very good to deal with), but the good experience was ruined by a mistake in the finance office and then by a lack of a resolution after by the dealership. The experience with the salesman was nice, I got a price I was happy with and he was easy to work with. The issue is that I had never asked what the miles on the new car were. Before signing in the finance office, I was told 14 miles. It was late so we went straight to dinner and after I noticed the miles were actually much more, turns out the new car had just under 500 miles. The finance person had been incorrect and 14 miles was on all the paper work. I expressed my displeasure and simply stopped hearing back from the sales manager Anthony, as in he simply stopped answering me. Eventually I heard back from a a different sales manager, but an offer to detail the car didn't seem to be nearly enough to make up for this and that was their best offer. I do like the car, but will take my business to Tulsa next time.

The worse dealership ever I do not recommend this dealership I purchased a suv on Saturday and the engine light was coming on ,on Sunday and was told by the dealership that I had to go get the maintenance done on the truck myself with the warranty instead of them taking care of it for me, a new customer should not be treated this way

Customer just left in the dark

By CMB1973 on 9/23/2016 at 1:05 AM. Helped by All.

Issues from purchase. Panoramic sunroof rattles, car pull to the right, rear hatch issues, roof liner issues. Brought vehicle in multiple time and may things were tried on sunroof. Some thing we were told isn't their problem. Now after a complete replacement of the sunroof and nothing else resolved, the rattle is worse than ever. To make it worse and the main reason for review Is they simply stopped returning out calls. We called corporate and they have not returned our call in 3 weeks.

Always go the extra mile

By Ssandra74 on 9/8/2016 at 5:36 PM. Helped by Dustin, Adam.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the service department at Bob Moore Audi. Most recently, I punctured a tire on my RS7. I called and they ordered me a new tire. When it came in, Dustin and Adam came to my house, removed the puncture tire, took it and the wheel back to the dealership, mounted the new tire, then Dustin came back and mounted it for me. It saved me from having to have the car towed or getting someone else to take the tire off and take it in for me. I greatly appreciate their customer oriented attitude and how thorough and helpful they are. Highly recommend!

This TEAM went the extra mile!

By Tim & Rachel on 5/7/2016 at 7:56 AM. Helped by Kamm (sales), Corey (sales manager), Chris (finance).

I was looking for a Mazda 3 and my husband found one at this dealership. My husband called ahead and upon arrival the vehicle was ready to test drive. I loved the car but the numbers weren't working out for us to purchase. Kamm, our sales rep, was very polite and willing to work with us. He went to bat for us and spoke with his sales manger several times. Corey, the sales manager, sat down with us and explained things pretty well. What a nice guy! We could tell he was genuine and really wanted to help us (as was Kamm). Although we weren't buying a Porsche or an Audi we were treated with respect and received exceptional customer service! It didn't matter to them that we couldn't afford to buy a 100,000 car. We also worked with Chris in finance. He went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we understood the details of our agreement and to make sure we were comfortable with our monthly payment. All three guys were easy to talk to and very approachable. No high pressure sales or bullying us into something we didn't want to do. Would highly recommend this dealership whether your buying a $100,000 car or a $12,000. EVERY CUSTOMER is important to them! Bob Moore Audi will be the dealership we will buy from in the future.

Help for my 1997 A8 Audi

By Colorado 1 on 11/17/2015 at 5:40 PM. Helped by All the service desk.

We were driving across country from Colorado to Naples, Florida and the cruise control was not working. We stopped at this service department and they were able to work us in and have us back on the road in three hours. An added benefit was the pleasant driver who dropped us off at a restaurant in order to have lunch while we waited. Plus no auto charges. Fabulous lunch at Charlestons.

I WOULD NOT recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Bob

By Sondiab on 6/2/2015 at 11:40 PM. Helped by Don Beam-Salesmen; Jeremy Freedmon; Dale Durham-Finance director.

I WOULD NOT recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Bob Moore/Audi Porsche in Oklahoma City. I visited Bob Moore/Audi/Porsche on 5/29/15, coming from Tulsa, Oklahoma which is a total of 200 miles round trip. I had been speaking with a man named Don Beam who is one of the salesmen from Bob Moore. I’d taken the time to complete an application online, to expedite the approval process. I was approved for $70,000.00. When I arrived at Bob Moore dealership, on a Friday evening after work the car I came to purchase had not been cleaned or anything. Upon my arrival, it was very apparent the lack of customer service this particular dealership had for its customers because I was not offered anything to drink (heaven forbid I discuss any sort of reimbursement for toll). At this point I was still very excited to see the Range Rover SUV and wanted to do a walk thru with my salesman, Don. As Don and I approach the vehicle, begin to ask him basic questions about the car, that he SHOULD KNOW considering he knew I was coming for the particular vehicle. When I tell you he couldn’t answer ANY of my questions, I knew then that I had to be dealing with the worst salesman at Bob Moore! I started with the trunk of the vehicle, there was some kind of white stuff all on the black mats in the trunk of the SUV, I'm thinking Bob Moore does not have a detail team to clean this white stuff off the mat? Then as I approach the back seat, there was missing cigarette lighter where clearly one should be and I begin to inspect the front seat of the car on the driver side, the mat was so worn out it was ridiculous and I noticed the dash board with black dirt on it (visualize black dirt on this off white dash board). At this time, I asked Don (my salesman) about the dashboard dirt, he replied “Oh, it can just come off.” I thought to myself if it could just come off, why didn't you have it cleaned off before I got here? By this time I had come to the conclusion that Don really DID NOT want to make this sell and he should probably find a new field to work in being this profession probably was not the best fit for him. I am very surprised that the owner from Bob Moore ALLOWED uninspected vehicles to be sold without ANY standards. Also, the cup holder in the middle console was so keyed up, and the leather on the door handle on the driver side was so dirty that it just needed a really good detail and the salesman SHOULD HAVE requested one be done, before I arrived from Tulsa, OK to the Bob Moore Audi/Porsche dealership (in Oklahoma City). So that my trip wasn’t completely wasted and I am sure I make the correct decision on this vehicle, I decide to take it for a test drive and when I say my husband was NOT IMPRESSED, so much so he recommended a Hyundai inside the Range Rover. As I'm driving it, I begin to question Don about the car, and he replies with he really don't know much about the range rovers, and he could not tell me much. Seriously!!! Now I don't want it anymore. As I pulled back up at the Bob Moore dealership, Don (the salesman) gets out of the SUV and just stands there and says you’re already approved, you just need to sign the paper work. My reply was “Really?”, as I was stepping out of the vehicle. I stated to Don, there were several things we needed to see fixed ex: the Range Rover Chrome plate on the floor needed to be replaced at this time he replied “there is no room in the budget”. Fueled with frustration, my husband replied “Let’s go”! Don then replied “I held this car for you” which was UNTRUE since the vehicle continued to be listed on the Auto trader website. I can't stand car-sales that blatantly lie and then get caught in their lie. I am going to close with this, this particular car buying experience was NOT my first with Bob Moore, considering a previous Audi purchase that was made with them, which by the way WAS HELL, but I believe am a firm believer in second chances and I thought since I had referred two people to them and I would be coming back as a previous customer maybe this experience would be different, BETTER. Unfortunately, this time it was WORST and they WILL NOT EVER have to worry about me driving 200 miles to buy ANY VEHICLE from that dealership again. Hopefully, the owner of Bob Moore will read this post and make the necessary adjustments to rectify this problem so that it doesn’t reoccur with any other potential buyers. I would like to give KUDOS to the ONLY person I encountered that did a great job and that was the gentleman that helped me in the finance department named Dale Durham. He came out and greeted my husband and I and offered us congratulations, for should have been our vehicle purchase. Don, on the other hand, definitely needs more training along with the manager of this location. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY, I would have let a $70,000 pre-approved customer walk out of my dealership without a vehicle from Bob Moore Audi/Porshe and MOST DEFINITELY NOT UPSET.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Shady Used Car sales!

By mlaskowsky on 1/11/2015 at 1:35 AM. Helped by Jacqueline Ellis,Anthony Jew,Mike Kurtz.

Today I had a very unacceptable and unfortunate experience. I made a verbal deal with the sales manager to purchase a vehicle. After agreeing on a price and receiving financial approval, my wife and I made arrangements to travel from out of state 5 hours. Before we left, I received a call that someone else was interested in the vehicle and that they were going to put a contract on it. I informed the sales manager to let me know if the contract fell through. Forty five minutes later a call came saying the financing fell through for that buyer but, if I agreed to pay the full listing price they could hold the car for me. We agreed & got in the car to make the 5 hour drive. Two hours prior to arriving in OKC, we got a call from the store manager informing me that they had sold the vehicle to the customer who couldn’t get financing earlier. It is unfortunate that the store manager would knowingly sell a car that was being held for someone purchasing it out of state. I know that “Money talks”, but I still believe that you should be held to your word!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Deceit

By 91aztec on 11/25/2014 at 5:37 PM. Helped by Chris Spenser.

I bought a car from out of state from Bob Moore Audi and had them ship it after confirming with the salesman that the all service was up to date and no issues with the car. 2 months later smoke is coming out of the hood and my local Audi dealer said no service had been completed and I needed $4000 of work. Bob Moore's response, "sorry, sold as is" and they claimed the salesman was mistaken about the service even though I have it writing. The gentleman that shipped my car also called me two months after delivery and said Bob Moore wouldn't return his calls or emails and he hadn't been paid the shipping costs. These people are not honest and have shady business practices
