TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARMTNE

I am not one to write or comment on reviews, in fact this is only the 2nd time i have done so. however my experience with Dan Schultz in the service department was so bad, i had to take the time to share my experience. Hopefully Vince gets word of this. The service department misdiagnosed a problem multiple times and then when i agreed to repair the car and the vehicle was in their service department, I was contacted with additional problems at almost twice the original amount. I would not trust Bommarito Audi to diagnose a problem with my Schwinn bicycle, much less what is supposed to be a high end A4. i have lots of friends out in the west county area and i am going to spread the word of buyer beware with this dealership and their service department. I will never again consider them for any auto purchase or repair. i am only giving them a one star because i could not figure out how to give them zero stars. Dave- Ellisville MO

Porsche Purchase

I purchased a 2014 Porsche Cayenne S from Scott Berry he knew his stuff about this Porsche . After we agreed on the price, I gave Scott a list of a few detail items to handle on the Porsche before my pick up day. Scott did a super job on these detail items . After a few days of driving the Porsche I notice the wiper blades were torn . One e mail to Scott he had the Audi parts department order in a new set of wiper blades for me . Nice job Scott !!

Audi West County - Booker Wade

Bought a 2017 Audi Q7 Prestige from Booker Wade. I bought the car while in Nevada (they arranged delivery) and has been very specific with Booker about making sure that any and all issues were disclosed since I could not drive it. There were some small cosmetic issues which he disclosed and which is to be expected on a used car. No issues there. However, when the car was delivered there we multiple sensor issues, of which included parking and an error for the cruise control which didn't work. Moreover, he delivered the car with only three mats, claiming that he had "made sure that all mats were in the car" before it left. Hopefully the sensor can be fixed via the manufacturer's warranty and it'll only cost me time. Although the mat is small item at the end of the day, it's just really disappointing that in the one area that they can make a difference they've told me to "take a hike". I'm left to believe that somewhere in transit the one mat went missing...oh yeah, and that's my problem. Booker assured me that the way he and Audi West County does business is to make sure his customer are happy - they really missed an opportunity this time.

Nathan Perales THE BEST!

Nathan Perales is the best salesman encountered in my 35 years! I located the only 2018 Audi A8 available across the U.S. I live in Maryland and shopping from over 900 miles away, Nathan covered every detail, sending pictures, describing every step in the process and turning a very tense situation into a welcoming and comfortable event. Purchasing a vehicle over the internet at such a long distance was not something I thought I would ever do, but Nathan was 1 in a 1,000,000, that could orchestrate such a transaction and in a first class manner. Picked me up at the airport and went through the entire transaction process within 2 hours. I would definitely do it all over again with such a competent salesman, off the charts!

Quick, easy and pleasant

I generally dislike salesmen. I do my prep and target specific vehicles so I know what i'm doing and don't want someone wasting my time but most of the times they can't help themselves. Matt McManus was different, he respected my approach was pleasant, affable and easy to work with all the way. Even the finance guy took a minimal approach. All in all easily the best auto transaction i ever had.

Let's make a deal

I called the day before to setup an appointment to drive an S3. Howard Burman took my information and was waiting for me when I arrived. Howard walked me over to the car I inquired about and sat inside with me, giving me the rundown on all the available features it had, and how they worked. We then went on a (10-15 minute) drive, with varying speeds and some nice turns. I felt like he really wanted to let me get a feel for the car. I liked the car, but that particular one was not for me. Call me picky. I then began inquiring about other S3's they had on the lot. It was raining, and a bit chilly. Howard showed me every S3 they had, opened them up, let me sit inside them, and ultimately let me drive one that I found and truly liked. Howard never complained and was happy to help even though I had him running all over the place. When it finally came time to buy, look, I'll be straight - do your homework and know what your car is worth if you want to trade it in, and what kind of deal people are getting on the car you want. Come prepared. This is a business, they are here to sell cars, and you are there to buy. Don't come expecting miracles, you don't have to buy anything if you don't want. If the deal is right for you, make it. Bommarito was not the first Audi dealer I'd been to over the past couple of weeks, but it was certainly the last. Jay Poplawski (the sales manager) told me they would beat any other deal I'd been offered and they did. It was honestly a pretty painless process. If I decide that I want to stay in an Audi in the future, this will be the first place I visit. These guys, Jay and Howard, did a great job of taking care of me during the whole process. I have personally recommended them to some potential future customers. For reference, this is the second car I have purchased from the Bommarito group, and my first from Audi West County.

Nope, done... will never go back to any Bommarito dealership

Salesman was ok and attentive, my issue came at the time of negotiating the deal, the quote from the dealership on my trade in was so low it was insulting. I know online appraisal tools are not perfect, but I do expect to be in the ballpark, but their offer was several THOUSANDS of dollars off. I was able to negotiate a deal at another dealership and their initial offer on my trade in was 4 THOUSAND dollars more than Bommarito. Bommarito has completely lost my trust and me as a future customer. Do your homework when dealing with them and be prepared to walk.

new car- bad customer service

My wife bought a new 2017 Audi Q-7 last summer. It has <8,000 miles on it and recently got a nail in the tire. I took it in for her and was told the tire was not covered under the Road Hazard coverage, that she only bought the $869 service contract. She is a very particular person and did all the due diligence on buying this car, driving several different makes, checking the positives & negatives (including service and warranties) before insisting she get another Q-7 (her 2012 was a diesel recall). She was convinced the Road Hazard was coverage she had been told she was included, and when there was no trace of it on our $68K+ invoice, she found the Audi brochure in her file that says "Convenience, Audi Original Tires and unmatched expertise are yours." To the right on that same page it said in bold letters "Road Hazard Coverage at no extra charge". I was told today that dealt only with replacement tires bought from Audi and that the exact same tire that came on the car was costing me $472.50... no free replacement as she firmly believes was part of the original deal, and not even a pro-rated replacement. I'm irritated, but that's nothing compared to her feelings about Audi and Bommarito. Not likely she'll return for future service.

Worth the trip!

A big thank you to Howard Burman for making the buying experience so easy. Having email exchanges to get to the final point of sale worked great for me. I am usually in meetings all day and have little time for calls, so this was perfect! I live far north of Chicago and it was so worth the trip to purchase this vehicle. I would gladly purchase another and recommend others to Audi West County.

Howard Burman - great sales guy to work with

I have bought my first Audi (Q5 3.0T) and had a terrific sales experience with Howard Burman. He was tremendously knowledgeable about the cars (has sold Audis here and in New York for 16 years), helped tailor the car I bought to my circumstances (I live half the year 7 miles off paved roads in the north woods of Minnesota). This involves extremes of cold, need for safety equipment and specific tires that you don't need to think about in a city in the middle of the country! I had not thought seriously about the Audi until I worked with Howard. The entire sales experience was helpful, even enjoyable - and his follow-up has been superb. We'll probably be back for the next car. I'm impressed, with both the car (which is a delight to drive) and Audi West County.

First Impression

We Stopped by dealership on a Friday evening, there were 4 workers sitting in showroom, not one person acknowledged us as we entered. 2 individuals walked passed us, still no one said hello or someone will be right with you. We stayed in showroom looking at cars for at least 10 minutes not one person spoke to us. We walked outside to look at cars on lot, 2 workers walked passed us still no one spoke. I will not be going back, I will take my business elsewhere.

Had a great sales experience with Mike Caros. I made an appointment and stopped in to get information on an A4 lease. Mike went to great lengths to make the process very smooth, he is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, encouraged me to drive the car to my heart's content to ensure I had selected the right vehicle for my needs. Typical Used Car Salesmen

From the very beginning, they were unorganized. I couldn't get a hold of anyone and then 4 people called me and I was passed around from person to person. They had the car i wanted and while working with the salesmen, he would disappear for long periods of time and got caught in several lies saying his manager said no to an offer and later saying he couldn't find him. Once I had to go look for him because it had been so long, only to find out he was working with other customers. After 3 hours, they said they couldn't sell me the car that day because it hadn't gone through service. I know this review may not sound all that bad but over the course of that 3 hours I got a very bad feeling about it. I lost all trust and felt like i was working with a "typical" slimy used cars salesman. I called the next day to talk to the manager and never heard back. If I had ANY other choice, I would not work with these guys again, I dont trust them at all.

I would highly recommend this dealership! It was a pleasure from the moment I entered the showroom till my exit from parking lot. I was greeted by almost everyone there and felt welcome entering their premises. I have had many cars in my life and I seriously hate dealing with this whole car buying process. I have to say it was the smoothest and quickest car buying experience, but very helpful and knowledgeable with me as a customer. They got all the paper work done and I was out and about driving my new set of wheels and enjoying the rest of my Saturday!
