FRIENDLY UNTIL THE SELL IS DONE!!!!

I went online looking at vehicles and Bob from Wood River,Illinois gave me a quite a few calls and text messages... I decided to go out there and take look around on the lot... No one never came outside to show good customer service, guess it was just too hot out that day.. I saw a few vehicles I was interested in seeing so I had to go inside still to no avail.. I literally had to remember that Bob called me several times... I just wanted to see the vehicles it didn’t matter who gave me the curtesy/attention... I had to mention Bob name before someone noticed me... Bob had Nate(Nathan) to take care of me.... He was pretty attentive and concern what I was interested in... I found a SUV I liked and he convinced me it was a great deal and I told him to see to that I got a remote starter with that vehicle and he could run my credit... He said I had it coming... Everything went excellent with my approval so he through Lawrence the finance man on me and said someone will call me to set an appointment to get the remote starter put in.. No one never called... I enquired about some free oil changes to compensate for the 8 hours I had to spend it there... The next day I called up there and told Nate some paperwork wasn’t giving to me... He said he would call me back to see to it that I got the registration,he never called me back... I had to drive all the over there for him to tell me he forgot... I’m still waiting on someone to calll me... Once they got the sell I have now been treated like a piece of gum under Auto Center Nissan shoes.... Shame on them,shame on them.... Never will I recommend anyone to this location..

Jan Vanveen did a great job in the service department! Jan was very professional and communicative while my car was in the shop. I have dealt with the other Nissan service departments/dealerships on the St. Louis side and this dealership is well worth the short drive to Illinois.

DISCEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES

I TOOK MY Nissan Murano IN FOR SERVICE, OIL CHANGE,, FILTER AND THE complimentary POINT INSPECTION.. MY BREAKS WERE REPLACED WITH THE PROMISE I WOULD RECEIVE 20 PERCENT OFF IF I APPROVED THE WORK,. WHICH I DID. I GAVE THE SERVICE TEC A $20 COUPON FOR THE OIL CHANGE BRINGING IT DOWN TO $19.95. WHEN I PICK UP MY CAR I SIGNED OFF ON THE WORK BECAUSE THE SIGNATURE PAGE WAS ON TOP PLUS I "TRUSTED" THE gentleman WHO WAITED ON ME THAT HE WOULD TREAT ME FAIRLY. WHEN I GOT HOME I LOOKED OVER THE FOUR OTHER PAGES AND NOTICED I WAS ONLY GIVE $10 OFF THE OIL CHANGE AND FILTER. I HAD A FRIEND WHO IS A MACHANIC LOOK UNDER MY HOOD OF MY CAR TO CHECK TO SEE IF THE POINT INSPECTION WAS DONE SINCE MOST OF THE BOXES CHECKED OFF WERE GREEN WHICH IS AN INDICATION EVERYTHING WAS OK AND NO ATTENTION WAS NEEDED. MY WHINSHIELD WIPER CONTAINER WAS EMPTY, THE BATTERY terminals WERE SO CORRODED YET THE Mechanic WHO WORKED ON MY Car check the green box indicating it was ok... This told me the 12 point inspection was not done...I took the paper work back and address these issues with the general manager and HAD HIM AND the manager over the service department LOOK UNDER MY HOOD. I was given back $10 which was owed to me and the 20 percent promised did not add up to 20 percent off. I will never return tho this dealership as I have lost total trust and faith in their deceptive business practices.

Very Disappointed

First got there I was hopeful because of what I was told, testimonies of getting people in cars with horrible credit after being turned down everywhere. After I was told that bank was pending and for me to go home I knew it was over. I know that most car places don’t want you to walk out that door. I wish Cody was honest with me and just said we can’t do anything for you instead of telling me he would call me back three times and I never heard from him each time. I called three times and and asked did u anything and keep getting blowed off and telling me I’ll call you back, I never received a call back. I think this is rude, and it was a big let down for me. Just show enough consideration and follow up with me and not brush me off. That’s not business I would have understood better if I was told we can’t help you instead of being told I’ll call you back over and over. We were visiting from a Texas and needed a car badly, I told Cody we would be leaving Sunday, but was prepared to stay til Mobday if they could help me. So for him to never call me back was devastating. This was very disappointing to me, you just don’t ignore people like that, that’s not good business. Please just be honest with your customers, I know you can’t promise anything, but definitely don’t follow up or leave them hanging not knowing what to do. Toni Collins Texas

If you're in the market for a new vehicle, head to Autocenters Nissan in Wood River and ask for Nick Blackwell. He made the process SO easy and stress free. He knew what our budget was and what we needed/wanted in a SUV and he found us EXACTLY what we were looking for.
