I actually arrived for my appointment a day too soon, but the service department got me in. I was told it would take a couple of hours due to not arriving on the scheduled day, but it took slightly over an hour. Still satisfied with the service.

I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Soul from this dealership. I should not have. I should have carefully gone over the paperwork before I signed (stupid on my part; I know better) because when I got home, I found the "bottom line" price was approx. $1600 more that the care was advertised for. I have called 3 times and even personally visited (when the car was in for service) and have not had any kind of answer as to what that $1600 was for. I was even told the head sales manager would call with an explanation. I know I got nitrogen in the tires and some Weathertech knock off floor mats. I would not have gotten the Nitrogen because no one in Clinton has it and don't want to drive to OKC to have my tires filled. I feel like I was ripped off, but then I blame myself.

I would not recommend this dealer.

poor follow through

I visited Del City Hyundai accouple of Fridays ago and test drove a sonata with salesperson angel Aguilar. He advised that he would do the paperwork for my $50 gift card for test driving. I followed up with him a couple of times calling and texting him and he advised me today 8/27/19 that the gift card program was discontinued. John Larsen 8021 Brownsville Lane Bethany, Ok. 73008

Great Srevice

Greeted by my service tech before I exited the vehicle. Escorted me to his service area right away and wrote up the service order as I stood by, then directed me to the customer lounge area where I waited for the requested service be performed. Upon completion the that service, my service advisor found me in the lounge area and escorted me to the billing dept. There, he processed my payment information and thanked me for my business. As far as I know at this point, all the service I requested was performed as expected and the vehicle was in good operating condition when I left the dealership.

Always dependable quality service

I again took my 2018 GMC Canyon in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. While there they identified it was time for differential service and completed that. I was there less than 2 hours. It was nice dealing with friendly quality people as usual.

Excellent service as usual. I was in/out in no time. The service attendant did a follow-up on an alignment when I brought it in six months ago. He explained it's still within limits and no service will be required. That's customer service.

Recall work

While looking for a part for my car, I discovered that there were 3 outstanding recalls on it, seat belt, airbag controller and a software update for the engine. The sight had a "schedule now" button, which took me to Del City Automax. The appointment was easy to setup, with choices of date and time. I went to the dealership, dealt with Lawson Merideth, who kept me informed throughout. I was there a little over an hour. One of the recalls included a coupon for a free oil changed, which they performed on the spot. Couldn't be happier.

We had an older Santa Fe worked on and they did a great job, as they have done for many years. So when we picked up the car we decided to look at newer cars while we were there. After seeing a new Santa Fe we liked Reggie and Rodney worked very hard to get us a great deal on the new car. We appreciate their hard work and great attitudes that made it possible for us to purchase the car we wanted.

I always take my vehicles into AutoMax for service. Today I took my GMC Canyon in to check on a noise in the undercarriage. They found the problem quickly and had to refer me to a GMC dealer since the adjustment was specific to GMC. They were upfront, honest and did not charge me for diagnosing the problem. Scott Gould and the rest of the crew at AutoMax are professionals.

Great service

Automax found that I needed more work on my Hyundai than I had sent it in for and called me with what they had found. The car was ready for me to pickup with the necessary repairs completed. I have confidence that when I take my car in for repair that service will not stop with just that job but they will look the car over and advice me of any other repair that needs looking to. Good job.

They Will Screw You Over

I bought a car back in Aug of 2017 from them. It took me almost 2 years to get a title that I could register my car with (June of 2019). So I was stuck with a car I couldnt legally drive, couldnt sell and couldnt return for 2 years! I tried working with them to get it resolved and get a working title and got very little help and NO compensation for it. I tried exchanging the car for a car that had a working title, they said no. I tried asking for financial compensation and they simple said they were legally covered and werent going to help. I would avoid them like the plague!

Fast service

I went in at 0800 for a scheduled appt to replace my cabin blower motor. I was out of there by 0900 and my blower works great. Thanks to Tyler for setting everything up the day before because he wasn’t going to be there Friday. PS I went in originally for this problem (they had to order part) plus what I thought was an alternator that needed to be replaced and maybe brakes. The service guys said I didn’t need a new alternator, just a belt tightened and that my brakes were still good. I believe that these guys don’t push extra services on you- they tell you the truth and don’t do unnecessary repairs.

This is a new car and wasn't serviced
