Lies & Ommissions

In searching for a clean, low mileage Yukon Denali, I came across a nice-looking 2013 here. Coming from St. Augustine, I asked many questions about the vehicle's condition before setting up a time to see it. While I was told about "a small wrinkle" in the driver's seat, the very noticeable dents and scratches were omitted from their response; not to mention nearly a dozen drill xxxxx in the dash, and 6 large drill xxxxx in the floor of the back seat! When asked about these obvious imperfections, the saleswoman told me she didn't see the dents or scratches. Meanwhile, the used car manager is the real shady character here. He acts like we are crazy when asking why the carpet in the back seat doesn't look right. He then suggests maybe the owner had a table between the second-row captain's chairs... mind you, this is a trade-in vehicle. When they leave my wife and I to continue our inspection of the car, we come across paperwork showing that their service department had removed aftermarket wiring, electronics, and a "safe" from this vehicle upon trade-in. Turns out this was a cop's car, and had installed all sorts of unusual items for a personal car, including a gun safe! Yes, that's what was bolted to the back seat floor. When confronted with this documentation, and asked about the safe, the manager claims he forgot! He forgot this car had a gun safe bolted to the floor when he was telling some story about how some people like to install a console or table between the seats. It's one thing to have a uniquely bad experience, but when the used car manager is a sleazy, dishonest huckster, I have to imagine he lies whenever it suits him. Run from this place - the epitome of shady used car sales!

Excellent buying experience from the GM Younes

I have bought two trucks from Autonation Chevrolet Airport and have been thoroughly impressed! The General Manager wanted to move vehicles and he worked hard to earn my business. He made incredible deals on the two separate purchases of 2015 Silverado's. My first purchase was in September 2015 and was very easy and I felt like I was appreciated and I felt I got an amazing price, I didn't even need to shop around at other dealers. The second purchase of a 2015 Silverado was on January 2nd 2016. The General Manager once again took interest in my situation and offered me a GREAT trade in amount on my previously purchased Silverado and made another stellar deal on my second Silverado! The General Manager is named Younes, he made me feel good about my purchases and treated me fairly! I always recommend him and Autonation Chevrolet Airport! I'm terribly sorry that it's taken me over a year to write my review of my purchases, but I think it says something if a year later I'm still impressed with my purchases that I write my review now.

Alex and Manny home run hitters!!!!!

I honestly can't say enough about this outfit and these two guys, Alex was my sales rep and Manny brought in and drove home my financing package, which by the way was 9 points under everyone else that approved me. Manny even took an extra hour to bring me up to speed on how to advance my credit score and revolving credit line. Alex worked tirelessly to source out and locate the specific vehicle to fit my needs and bank qualification criteria. Once located, the vehicle was delivered to the airport Auto Nation location within 3 hours of ordering it and WOW, perfectly as described.Not a drop of funny stuff, bait and switch or fluffed up price tag. The full tank of fuel, the car care gift kit and vehicle key presentation ceremony on their vehicle center stage spot were enough to seal the deal for every and any future automobile purchase for me anyone in my family of ten kids!!! This team is NOT a hit and run dealership, they know how to play the long play and they played it perfectly with me. Airport Auto Nation ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Steve D Family Orlando.

I had a great experience buying a vehicle for my son. No pressure from the sales person. Ahren was attentive and courteous. We went back and forth discussing the price, but in the end, he was able to approximate our budget.

Hostile enviornment for customers (AVOID!!!)

This was the WORST experience and WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Sunday, I take my Infiniti G37 hard top convertible to Autonation Chevy Airport in order to test drive a 4Runner and have my car looked at for trade in value. I was told "The sales manager will test drive your car and drive it around the lot while we test the 4Runner." Nothing was said about testing the top. When we came back, the Sales manager, Denise, said, "I put the top down but it wouldn't go back up." We left the dealership and brought the car to Infiniti the next day to find out there was a blanket jamming the top mechanism. Essentially, Denise hadn't checked the trunk for debris and the top was now malfunctioning. Infiniti charged $160 for the diagnostics. After several phone conversations with Autonation, that went nowhere, we went to the site and had a conversation with the GM. This man, Younes Bougrine, was so awful to us. He admitted fault but states that Denise was his most valued employee. I had to ask him to lower his voice, he continually interrupted me, and he dismissed our request for Autonation to cover the diagnostic fee. There are more examples of his arrogance and pure lack of consideration for customer satisfaction that I won't even bother to type here. Again, I will state plainly, this was the MOST AWFUL experience with customer service of my life! IF you choose to give these people your money, you are making a HUGE mistake!

greatist car deal ever

We were looking to get a new car we looked online and saw the car we wanted. we came in and spoke to Edwin who was more than willing to help us with the purchase. He was knolageable about he car and was more than willing to help us with the two different state purchase. From coming from a very sour deal at another dealership to here at autonation I was happy and releaved to have come here. When we look for another car in a few years I would gladly come back here.

Horrible customer service

I wanted two purchase two brand new vehicles. After submitting all of my information via email, no one contacted me again. It was terrible customer service. I ended up taking my business elsewhere where they treated me much better and they ended up getting two brand new vehicle sales. They're obviously not interested in selling vehicles if they don't even have the decency to reply. Don't go to this dealership.

Excellent Car Buying Experience

Was interested in leasing a new vehicle, stumbled upon several options at AutoNation Chevrolet Airport that fit my needs. Started off the whole process via email, Salesman Edwin and Manager Denise were more than happy to assist. Terrible service and manager.

I took my car with a hybrid problem only , when I picked the AC wasn't working. Few weeks later I took it again because I shows that there is a problem with the hybrid again. I brought on Monday, nobody call me nothing. So I when to the dealer on Wednesday and they said there is a problem with the transmission pump. Once again the car got into the dealer just with a light showing that there was a problem with the hybrid , now the steering wheel is shaking a lot, I can't drive the car. I spoke with the manager from the service department and all he said is that they don't touch nothing. So can somebody explain to me, how did they check the damage if they don't touch nothing, and why the car got worst . The mechanics from that dealer are not professionals because if they have to damage something else in order to check the damage is not fair for the customer. Nobody wants to help me, all I want is my car like it was at the moment I left with them. THE STEERING WHEEL WASN'T SHAKING.

Dealer Fees are a ripoff!

My son is leaving for Air Force flight school and needed a small car for his wife to get around base. Looking over a used Mazda 2 that seemed to have a decent price. This dealership puts on a $500 "paint protection", $300 "theft protection" and $700 "dealership fees". All non negotiable. That's their $1500 profit right off the top on a $12000 vehicle. They said the paint protection and theft protection is installed on all cars "no matter what" and is non-negotiable. Who would want to pay an additional $1500 for the privilege to buy a Chevy. UnAmerican trying to rip of our servicemen. Shame

A long day in the dealer, but worth it

We started off the experience a little shakey, and were ready to walk away. Ash got involved and saved the day. We were able to negotiate the price of the car down to where I felt comfortable, but we were there for 6-7 hours.
