This goes beyond awful customer service

They have had my Mustang for weeks waiting on a part...which is fine. However, my service advisor Laura refuses to return phone calls or e-mails. I don't think calling once a week for an update is unreasonable but she won't even return my phone call! 2 days later after no return call I e-mail her...no response to that either. 2 days after that another phone call and I AGAIN left a voicemail. She finally sends me a cursory e-mail with no details other than "we are working on it". I can't even talk to her to discuss other possible options I have. Not only is this horrendous customer service but where is the decency in ignoring someone like that? I will have to physically present myself at their service center to get any kind of answer. Never again...stay away!!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Rick Davis the salesperson was very courteous We met 3 mngrs Jay Popp that came to say hello. Chris Newton and Kile McQuillen came by just to check on us. No pressure whatsoever to buy. Christina in finance was a pleasure to deal with. Then we meet the Gm on our way out Mr Brad Burnett. He sure has a nice place. I highly suggest you purchase your next ride here

About a 2015 Chevy Malibu the car ran fine for the first 4000 miles at about 5000 miles I start experiencing defects in the car the dealership did not want to help me at all there's no doubt in my mind they knew this car have problems It's just sad to me because I thought I was giving a great deal to find out I might be in a worser situation than I started in I only wrote this post because it's the truth and I put my name by these people's company and they did me dirty.

Small Inventory, WORST TRADE-IN OFFERS

Let me start first by saying that my Salesman Jacob Rothman was Outstanding. Was happy to help me with everything and anything I asked for. Even on his day off he took my calls and answered any question I had. The dealership itself is a different story, The selection felt like less than half the size of the dealership I actually purchased my Truck from, Duval Ford. Before finding the perfect truck, I made the Mistake of letting the Used Car Sales Manager quote me on my Trade-in a FORD Fusion, HUGE MISTAKE. The offer I was given was abhorrent, I actually went across the street to the Nissan dealership before going to Autonation and was offered $1400 more and that was before any haggling or negotiating. Not only was the offer Terrible, but the Manager Jay Popp felt he needed to Lecture me for what felt like an hour on how "the game" works with used cars and how I would not get a better deal. I can honestly say, after having to sit there and listen to Jay ramble on, for what felt like forever, I was completely turned off by this dealership. Jacob still worked tirelessly to help me and I truly wish I would have been able to make a deal with him. My advice for anyone looking for a good value for their trade-in to look elsewhere. The management at this dealership is the Main reason for a low rating. Duval Ford was Excellent in every aspect of the Truck buying experience.

Buying experience

Shameful experience at this location, I stop by to test drive a new f150 today truck, the manager at this location failed to inform me about rebates and how financine works with the rebates. The manager gave me a purchase price sheet , I was ok with the price and ready to purchase the vehicle but the interest rate was 3.99% so I decided to give a call to my bank to see what interest they will give me,to my surprise they gave me 2.99% so I collected the check From my bank to pay for the truck . The moment I said to the manager that I have my own finance, things got ugly the manager got very upset and unprofessional about the fact that I had my own financing in place he assumed I was going to finance with them witch was a lie, I did not commit to a financing option at that time and I said I might do it if the rates are ok for me, then he turn around and left me with my check in hand .I’m a business owner and I will never turn my back on my customer and leave becuse The costumer did not make me a profit that I was counting on, I can understand that the dealer need to meet a number criteria to make it profitable to do business, I was not informed correctly how the rebates work with the dealer financing I was just given a purchase number to buy the vehicle and that was it, I have call another dealer in Orlando to request information on the same vehicle about $1000 dollars cheaper and the person how talk to me on the phone explain it correctly the way that the rebates work, they apply all the rebates to the advertised price and then see if you qualify for it base on financing option an so on, they took the time to explain that if you have your own financing you will lose about $1500 dollars of rebates, my problem is that if you as a professional manager see the situation just take few minutes to explain it to me and I’m pretty sure I would understand and proceed with the in house financing and then refinance later with my bank, because of this person reaction the company have lost a costumer an a sale.

I can't say enough about working with Jacob Rothman on the purchase of my new-to-me Escape. The car buying process can be extremely stressful (especially considering I was transferring everything from out of state and was new to town) but he made this process a breeze. I was actually disappointed when all the paperwork was done as that meant I couldn't work with him more. I have worked in Customer Service for many many years and he is definitely a diamond in the rough. He was quick to answer any questions and made me feel like a priority. He truly went above and beyond to meet my needs and my schedule. I can't wait to really enjoy my Certified Pre-Owned Escape! He made me feel confident with my purchase and answered all of my questions thoroughly. If I had $1,000,000 I would bring it all to buy cars with Jacob!

Lease agreement

The initial experience with Sales Associate, Brian Watson, was excellent. He asked the right questions, was very attentive, and made my wife and I feel comfortable. I would ask for Brian and the Sales Team again. After taking the test drive and discussing terms the service bogged down. I waited several hours to see someone in Financial Services. There were other customers ahead of me but I was told that at the end of the month all personnel was to stay late. One of the Financial Services people had left early. When I did finally see someone the paperwork could not be completed that night. I was told to come back the next day and everything would be handle quickly. Brian called me around 1:30 p.m. and said they were ready for me. I arrived before 2:00 p.m. It was another 40 minutes until I was finally seen and the contract was completed. Sales Team-Great, Contract completion Fair to Poor. I'm sure most transactions don't take that long. I do love my Focus though.

Amazing and honest customer service experience

If you are shopping around for a vehicle, go see sales assoiciate Joseph Czunernat, who is absolutely amazing. He is the perfect liaison between his customers and dealership by advocating for his customers best interest going above and beyond for our needs. Purchasing a vehicle is a dreadful process and for the first time I felt tremendous relief as Joseph took the time to understand our family needs, he did not rush the process, listened, provided feedback and brainstormed with us. He made us feel comfortable by demonstrating his successful approach and getting to know us while not pushing his own agenda but rather working on our vision. He took the BS and fluff out of the process while provided clear info, honest pricing and diligently researched to find the perfect fit. If he didn't know something he would get the answer for us. My family was accommodated nicely as my three little kids were distracted with popcorn, cartoons on TV, candyand cookies all provided by the wonderful staff. We are now proud owners of a brand new Ford F250, fully loaded, and is a true beauty. Thanks again Ford family! This is our 4th Ford and we remain proud customers!

New Ford Edge

Had a great experience at Auto Nation Ford Jacksonville with Shawnta, went in looking to just test drive an Edge to see if i even still wanted one as it had been several years since i had driven one. They allowed me to test drive it and gave me the information on it. Also they were willing to give me an appraisal on my car for trade in. With the price they offered i walked out 1 day layer with a great deal. Also thank you to Ike for getting me a great interest rate and be fun guy to work with.

AVOID AT ALL COST

I have paid over $1400 dollars for my brakes to be services after the pedal went to the floor and almost all braking power was lost. I also asked them to look at a leak in the interior. Three trips later, my brakes still aren't right and are making an awful noise, AND my roof still leaks. Service manager will not call back and you get a run around when you ask to speak with a manager one on one instead of leaving a message. My buying experience with them was great, but their service department is the worst I have EVER seen.

Do not visit for service!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! I have had a terrible time working with this dealerships service department. They have continually set and missed their own time lines for updates, have trouble giving accurate estimates for service, and even had trouble using their own technology. They quoted me $1700+ for a repair. I called another Ford dealership in town, told them the same repair I needed done, and was quoted at $1200. I have a unique situation where I need them to work with Ford Corporate (the only way to work with them apparently is via a dealership) and I cannot get these people to give me any information showing that there has been progress. Just an example of the service to expect, on the 5th I was told that they were waiting on an email back from the Ford Customer Service rep about my case. Today is the 16th and they have not made contact with me since. Its been over 10 days. The only way I've made any progress with them is when I initiate it. This part actually made me laugh. They had my truck for just over a month. When I got it back a family of spiders moved in. I sat back in the drivers seat for the first time and what do you know, there was a giant spider web with a living spider crawling around strung between the steering wheel and door frame. I'm still finding spider webs inside and its been over a week. That was just the icing on the cake. The only reason I came to this dealership in the first place was because the truck wasn't running correctly and they were the closest dealership but that was a terrible decision that my family or I will not make again.
