Poor all the way around

Bought and have vehicle serviced here. Awful service department, poor communication, poor organization! Don't buy or have service done here, too many other places yo choose from.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Excellent Experience

After exchanging a few emails with Colton Nyls, my Wife and I visited AutoNation in Littleton for the first time. We walked in at 1:15 pm and drive out with our new Platinum Explorer at 4:20 pm. Colton Nyls our Sales Consultant and Matt Harrell our Customer Financial Services Manager were both knowledgably, professional and vary friendly. We got the exact car and price we wanted. Judi and I are happy to recommend AutoNation Ford Littleton and their great staff to anybody who is looking for a vehicle.

Service Center Has Very Poor Customer Service

Had a recall on my truck. Scheduled an appointment with these guys a month out in order to get the part ordered and recall addressed. Took the truck in on appointment day, was told that they'd have to order the part specific to my truck (pretty sure most 2013 F150 XLTs have the exact same parts). So really, I didn't need to give these guys a month to get the part, they didn't have it anyways. Was told they'd call me when the part was in to have it fixed. 1 month later, no call...so I call them. No answer at the service center, no return call from my message. Another month later, same story. Another month later, finally talked to someone, but they said they couldn't help and that the tech scheduling my repair was out, but he'd call me tomorrow. Still no returned call and un-repaired vehicle. I am going to have to go through the regional Ford Headquarters to get this addressed (sure the dealer won't like that)

Worst dealership experience ever

Paid the down payment on 8/8 and was told it was being delivered in two or three days. I took possession of the car on 8/29. They said they were not allowed to call the delivery company to find out what was taking so long. When it was delivered received three different stories about why it took so long. I was offered two different saving plans and only receive one because according to the sales manager it is all symantics to not an almos 4,000 dollar price difference. Thay also tried to sneak in a maintenance package that I repeatedly said I did not want. I had an appointment to review my issues with the finance director but he did not show for the appointment. Why will lie and cheat to add as much as they can onto the final sales price. After it was all done I received a letter from ford credit stating they screwed up and owed less. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AUTONATION!!!!!!!

We already canceled the deal. We met with Mark Perez and Tommy Baca and decided to seek an SUV elsewhere. We had picked a $13k SUV and were given a 12.99 apr estimate. I went out to the truck with my 2 infants and she went into finance. She ended up with a 7.54 apr so they sold her a $915 windshield protection plan, a $899 road hazard warranty on tires and a warranty that's $3700. The payment stayed relatively the same so I didn't notice until later. I'm glad we were within our 5 day 250 mile money back guarantee so we could cancel the whole deal. I guess the only advice I can give is don't let your friends or family who don't have car buying experience go into finance alone. She didn't even realize you guys hit her over the head for $5k. Just glad I caught it and got it resolved before our $13k SUV cost us $18k. Have a good one guys.

I just bought my first car from this dealership today and I am in love. Dan McNamee helped me in sales and was so patient with me and really took his time - even when he was presented with the opportunity to take on other sales. No high pressure sales tactics, no overselling. Toma in financing answered all of my questions and had us out the door in no time, even though he was the only financing person in the office. I highly recommend checking this dealership out and working with Dan M. and Toma.

They'll sell a car out from under you

My husband and I went to AutoNation Ford to purchase a Ford Explorer Sport that we saw online. We had an amazing salesman, Tom, help us out. After taking the car for a test drive we went inside to talk about our trade in. While they were assessing our trade in another salesman came over to ask our salesman, Tom, where the car we had just taken for a test drive was. He said that we were looking at the car, however there was another Explorer Sport on the lot that he could show his customer. Tom then went to see what our trade in was valued at. When he came back my husband and I asked for a minute just to confirm the numbers and Tom let us have a minute to ourselves. He came back very quickly and was visibly upset. He said "Someone else just bought it." My husband and I were both shocked. It's not as though we had left the dealership to think it over or had been at the dealership going back and forth with as to whether or not we wanted the car for hours on end. We were there going through the typical buying experience. In the matter of time it took for the DEALERSHIP to assess our trade in, they sold the car to another person. I have never heard of a company doing business this way. Not only is it a terrible way to treat potential customers but their employees as well. Tom spent the time telling us about the car and taking us for a test drive and doing all the paperwork, only to have another salesman take the sale away from him. The manager never even bothered to come and talk to us about what happened, just told Tom when he expressed frustration about the situation, "Well there is a white one they can buy" (yes, but it was $4,000 more than the one we were interested in). The way this was handled was mind blowing and extremely unprofessional, from a buyers point of view.

Awesome service and impressive mechanics

I have always own a Ford vehicle throughout my adult life. I buy one and keep it for 200 to 300 miles. These guys always greet me with my old cars just like it was new. Just when I think I have an unfixable problem, they come through. My Car Heros!

Terrible service, terrible mechanics

This is the worst place I've ever been to get a car worked on. And this is not on just a one time basis, I've brought a vehicle there three times in the last several months just because I guess I'm an idiot and keep thinking that a Ford dealership is going to fix it right. 1st time - bring my old truck in for some work, drop off the night before. They tell me they will call when they have checked it out, I wait basically the whole day then finally call them, and they act surprised - of course they hadn't done the work or bothered to call me with what needed done, so I ended up having to leave it another full day and guess what despite them telling they would call, I had to call them twice the next day to see again if it was done. #2 - I bring my truck in and tell them "there is something wrong with the starter, I can tell it is starting to go out." They say OK, they'll check it over. They look at it, call me during the day and tell me "We think it's the battery, so we'd better replace it." I ask - is the starter OK? Oh yes - it's the battery. $230 later I'm out with a new battery to replace the one I bought there less than two years prior. Same problem the next day so I bring it to another shop and say, can you check the Starter? The other shop said it took them like 5 seconds up on the lift to look at the starter and see the connection was all corroded and the starter was going out. Fixed it at the other shop and it worked great. #3 - Bought a new vehicle, a Ford, and there was a small warranty thing I needed to bring it in for. I told them days in advance to please be sure they had the part in. I drop it off the night before for a 7:15 a.m appointment. I don't hear anything all day, so finally I call at 3:30 and ask about it, once again the guy at Autonation sounds surprised, I ask what's going on and he isn't really sure, but he's the one who took my service order!!! I say well is it fixed. And he says "no", I have to wait for permission. So I ask "permission to do what exactly?" And he says permission from Ford to fix it. I ask him why would Ford not approve fixing something on a brand new vehicle that is under warranty, and he says oh they should approve it. So, I ask OK - will it be done today. He says, um, I doubt it, I don't know. But he might know by sometime next week and don't worry, he will just give me a call when he knows......yeah, right, I'm pretty sure he isn't going to call, and pretty sure he has no idea whatsoever what is going on. This service department is absolutely terrible. I'd give it a zero if I could.

Patient and nice staff

We ended up purchasing a Ford Edge and the complete experience and three trips were pleasant. Marcus M was a great salesman. No pressure, full of information. Seemed tor really care about putting me in the right car for me. Finance with Sana was great as well. No pressure, gave suggestions based on our driving habits.

Tony is the only "car guy" for us!

"I've got a car guy," a trusted friend told me a while back. So when my fiancée insisted I trade in my Volvo, I wanted to meet this "car guy," Tony, about whom I'd heard good things. And what a delightful gem he is! I have never before had such a pleasant sales experience. Tony's kindness, patience and effectiveness made sure I got the very best vehicle that is just right for me. Picky would be an understatement to describe me, yet I never felt pressured. On the contrary, I felt like he genuinely cared about making sure I was pleased with my selection! Then on top of that, he worked his magic to get me an irresistible deal! I now count myself among his long list of loyal buyers. As long as he's selling cars, he'll be the only person we buy from! Then Tony sent me to Toma in finance, who turned out to be another pleasant surprise! (I hope Autonation Ford Littleton knows how blessed they are to house the Tony-Toma experience!) Toma made the paperwork process better than any I've ever experienced! He was genuinely friendly, had everything well-organized and made sure I understood the fine print.

Excellent and Professional Ford Dealership

Excellent dealership ! Needed a specific F350 Super Duty and these guys had it ! Searched all over the West coast for a new F350 with a snow plow package and these guys were the closest dealership with the highest rating on "Dealer Rater". I searched for the best dealership first and then the truck that I needed second and these guys came through. They actually had two identical F350's on their lot with everything I wanted in a new truck. Talk to Mahlon Whitehead or Dan McNamee in the Sales Department at AutoNation Littleton, Colorado. I'll save you the leg work and the negative experiences at other dealerships !! Sana Frakes in Finance is a professional as well ! She's a sweetheart. It's worth the plane flight to deal with these folks ! I am very particular when it comes to finding the right people to deal with when making a big purchase and these guys made my year ! No BS -- and that's important to me !

Recently I purchased a new Ford Focus SE from Auto Nation Ford of Littleton. This was the second Ford auto that I purchased from salesman Kevin Laurie. Kevin presented me with an excellent deal at a very affordable price. He also obtained a reasonable amount for my trade allowance.
