Waiting for call back never replied 3 times

Believe me one of the worst dealerships we've ever been to, then we tried 3 times to get our car in we've called we've called we've called and never a return call this company is unbelievable we try to get our car in to get it repaired and they will not call us back after 4 weeks !!!! This service department is absolutely terrible sorry.

I would not recommend this dealer.

The service department sucks. Im here waiting to speak to the service manager for almost 2 hours. And that guy Frank told me he does not care if I go to yealp to rate them. DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealer to anyone. It's the worst experience we have ever had.

This is my husband's and my 2nd car purchased within the last 3 mos from Autonation Ford Valencia through Kevin. Kevin was amazing - going above and beyond to make sure we got the exact car we wanted at the best price (including driving to Costa Mesa at 5 pm to pick up my car)! Kevin is extremely personable and made the sales process painless. It was our pleasure working with Kevin.

horrible service and finance department

it's been 3 weeks, I still don't know what financing group I am going to work with (obviously, I don't want to be late for paying for my car and hurt my credit). Called several times, and only sales department is answering phone calls. To me, they only care about selling their cars and nothing else. They literally said :" if you don't hear back from us, I am sorry." what a joke

I would not recommend this dealer.

Not a good experience

Purchased two cars from this place through a Wescom credit union event. The customer service my husband received was very crappy. We made numerous attempts to contact them and were having a problem getting return phone calls from them regarding a key fob they told my husband they would get for him upon purchasing the vehicle. Rosie & Alex never bothered to follow up with us regarding this situation. Typical dealership all nice to you until you take delivery of the vehicles. They did not deliver what they promised, we've never been treated so poorly from an Autonation dealership until we came across these guys. Our credit union want's to know how we were treated and I'm more than willing to share this review with them. My hope is they won't be invited to participate in another event with our credit union as they don't treat the members of that credit union very well. Very unprofessional and will never do business with them again. They respond with a number to contact the general mgr that is not answered and puts you into an endless loop recording to their dealership. Shady.

Broken Sunroof with zero timeframe to repair, under warranty

The sunroof is broken on my f150, still under warranty though. Irene at service said it was an expensive repair but has no idea when parts will come in? It is stuck open and i guess i have to deal with the rain etc.... until the parts come in? She couldnt even give an estimate on time, and basically came across thats its expensive and their in no hurry to fix it and i have to deal with it? Ughhhhh!!!!

Dropped truck off Saturday morning for maintenance service, received no call it was ready and they performed unnecessary, uncovered and unauthorized repair and won't give us our truck back until Monday. 36 hours for a service and trying get to make us pay for a battery we didn't need or authorize 😡😡

VALENCIA FORD - WHERE IS MY REGISTRATION??

Bought CPO car on May 15, 2016 and have received nothing. DMV record shows it's still owned by previous owner. The 90-day temporary registration has expired and tomorrow the original registration expires. This means, legally, we are not supposed to drive it. Went to the dealer on Friday and "Mo" referred us to "the DMV girl", Julie Steele, whose office is at the BMW dealer. She has not returned our call. What happened to the professionalism of returning calls within 48 hours (excluding weekends) - I do it with my callers and I'm just as busy as the next person. Why isn't anyone trying to make this right and keep my business? I guess my only option is to file a legal action. Shame on you Valencia Ford.

Service overbooks times

Bought used Ford Edge from Chevy dealer in the valley. Safety recall for fuel tank was not performed before I bought it. Took to my local Ford dealership and 4 hours later they said fuel tank bolts need replacing because of salt corrosion. They said 30-60 minutes to replace, so made appointment for 10am and when I arrived they said 5 cars ahead of me and it will be 4 hours. I asked for my keys and left mad. So maybe my fuel tank will catch on fire while dragging it down the freeway...great!

An absolute nightmare

I could go on for a long review but here is the most important information the consumer needs to know: I bought a used 2014 Ford SUV from them that was "certified pre owned" however so far two major lies have been revealed that prove it was not certified pre owned: 1. Has not passed smog, which has caused the DMV to hold registration and a ridiculous amount of hoops the dealership wanted me to jump through to get their screw up corrected. 2. Wheels unbalanced Both of these items were checked off as completed on the pre owned certification check list. The horrendous customer service I have had to deal with since is a whole different story. I bought this in July and it is September and I am still chasing them to achieve completed registration. I would advise any potential customers to take their hard earned money else where.

This is my story... found the car I wanted online using the ford website. Drove 2 hours to get there. Tested the 2014 Explorer, and bought it. Purchased the $700 LoJack device and GAP insurance. LoJack was never installed so I requested my money back. Later, I refinanced my car and requested cancellation of my GAP insurance as well. That was 7 months ago. Still sending messages to Tyrone Woods (finance) and Joshua Jaramillo (sales person). They just ignore my requests. I just want my money back since I did not get the goods/services I paid for. Worst customer service ever. I think they believe they own my money but I'm not giving up. My money is hard earned money, this is not theirs. Please don't do business with them, they don't care about you and I won't ever come to them again. I will share this information so people is aware of them. Thank you.

Great before sale, won't answer calls afterwards

The sales and financing team at Autonation Ford Valencia were very pleasant and helpful when my wife and I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape for her. We traveled from out of state to get a good deal on "the" car that she wanted. It took 4 months to get the registration worked out with the state of Arizona. After owning the car for a year and a week, the drive belt separated and got pulled into the engine, causing 2200$ in damage. Repeated calls to the dealer to ask if they could talk with Ford about the warranty or the service plan they sold us that wouldnt cover the repairs were never returned. The only phone line that was picked up was by the sales department. Several messages were left with the automated system and with salesmen. Never got a reply. Great sales team.......not so good customer support.

Worst Car buying experience EVER!

This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had!!!! I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. From the Internet sales rep Steve Lewis to the Finance person Ty Woods I have never dealt with such dis-honest, self-serving people. They wouldn’t accept my Capital One Blank Check (this is a pre-approval with Capital One) because they told me Capital One declined me. They were so kind as to find me a bank that would finance me that was of course through their finance department… How convenient! They made me feel like an absolute looser! Like they were doing me a big favor and I should be so lucky!!! When I called Capital One to find out why I was decline since I was already approved with a blank check I was told that they had declined an application from AutoNation Ford because I already had an approved application with them and they weren’t going to approve 2 applications for the same person with the same car! I was told by Capital One that they did that so I would see the supposed decline and use their available financing… at a higher rate I might add. Steve the sales person knew nothing about the car he was trying to sell me (it’s a good thing I had already done all of the research myself) and had me come back to the dealership twice. This should have been my first clue! Ty Woods NEVER listened to me. I live in a small mountain community where the only way to get mail is at the Post Office via a PO Box. The USPS doesn’t even recognize our street address and I had to provide a utility bill to show my physical street address. I re-iterated several times that all correspondence should be sent to the PO Box. The PO Box is our mailing address, and we do not get mail at home! 2 months later Im still waiting for my license plates and registration… Why? Because they sent my physical address to the DMV and the DMV mailed my plates and registration to my home address which technically doesn’t exist with the USPS so they were returned to the DMV!!!! I will never go back!!! Please think twice about buying a car with AutoNation Ford Valencia if you want a good car buying experience. If you’re looking for a horrible customer service experience with lying and cheating than this is the place for you!

Purchased a new Ford Fiesta S Hatchback which is my second purchase of a new vehicle in 2 yrs from this dealership. Spoke with Dennis Hawking and told him the make, model.color and options I wanted on this car, he got back to me the same day with 2 cars one had a couple more options than I asked for but was well in the range of the price I was looking for. I told him which one I wanted and the next day he had it at the dealership for me to test drive. (Very Impressed Indeed) I found all the staff I dealt with to be very freindly and courteous and as far as the price and trade in value I could not have been more satisfied. I wrote a review the last time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my impression has not changed, this is the place to purchase a vehicle.

Talked with Carl on the phone and made it very clear what I was looking for. I also told him I did not want to waste my time or his if he could not help me. He reassured me I would not be wasting my time so I made an appointment to meet him the next day. When I arrived at Power Ford I was told he was not in today. I am mad that he did not call to cancel the appointment. I feel the way this was handled was rude and I will not deal with Carl in the future. I was passed off to Corey who did his best to try and help me but by this time I just felt like my business was not important and left the dealership.
