DO NOT BUT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

They don't even deserve a star. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They do not care about their customers, the biggest mistake I have ever made is choosing this dealership to by my car! The sales people are great! but that's because it is part of their job to have pleasing personality. The Finance team however, is a different story, they DO NOT GIVE A SH*T! In the beginning everything was great! Until we got to finance and start dealing with MIA RODRIGUEZ. From the get go, I should have ran away from this dealership. She was so pushy with the other add on's to be added in my car, I kept telling her "no, its okay, im not going to take it.."(my mom was my co-signer) my mom has no idea when it comes to buying cars, and Mia seeing that we are disagreeing with the things she's trying to add on our bill, she kept pushing until my mom and I got into an argument and she walked out... (OBVIOUSLY!! Do not f*$^%ng push when someone already said no..) I ended up getting the add on my mom wanted to get just so my mom and I would stop arguing. MIA, knowing she f*&^ed that one up, said "I'm sorry, I didn't mean for that to happen, Im going to add warranty and extend oil change for 3 years for the car.." OKAY. So that's the first part. 2 weeks after I traded in my car for the brand new Nissan Rogue, MIA calls me.. tells me "they haven't found a lender for my car, and that I need to continue paying for my old Altima.." (Hmmm... okay??) So, this sh*t went on for another 2 weeks. And then, she called again after that, and said they still haven't found a lender, and that I still need to pay for my old altima.. (see how frustrating this was getting?..)I asked her if they still have my ALTIMA because if im paying for the altima I might as well take that car back and use it, they can have the ROGUE back. She said, she doesnt know where my altima's at. THEY SOLD MY CAR WITHOUT IT BEING PAID OFF FROM MY PREVIOUS LENDER, AND THEM NOT FINDING ME A NEW LENDER FOR THE ROGUE. A week after, they found one. They made me a new deal, this time I dealt with their "Director of Finance" DAVID WORKMAN, now this guy is a LIAR! (and if he has a camera in his office, I DARE HIM PULL UP that deal we had agreed on in his office!) So this guy, after all the crap this dealer put me through, was like "Im going to ADD interior and exterior warranty on your car, because we feel bad for what you had to go through, you know it is not us, we only work for a corporate.. etc" So, okay, cool.. he's going to add appearance warranty.. " so we signed the papers etc. Last Saturday, i brought my rogue to the dealership for an oil change, service dept told me, my pre-paid services has been CANCELLED. CANCELLED?!! ITS A BRAND NEW ROGUE btw, that was just recently bought. CANCELLED? So I went to talk to DAVID "DAVE" Workman, we wasted half a day waiting for him.. then he tells us, it has been cancelled and was replaced with the appearance warranty.??!!! BUT TOLD US DURING SIGNING HE'S ADDING THE APPEARANCE WARRANTY??!!!!! and he has the audacity to look me in the eye and tell me he didn't say anything of such??!!! I had to pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered by this stupid dealership!!! THEY MESSED UP THE DEAL INITIALLY, and then NOW, THEY CANCELLED EVERYTHING except the appearance warranty. AUTONATION, I know you are a big company, but you are hiring incompetent people to run your finance!! I WILL LET MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW NOT TO BUY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER BIG TIME!!!!!

New titan xd truck

Best place we have ever bought our trucks. Staff is helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Nick sales mgr has taken care of our past new truck and our newest titan xd. Will always go back here. Service dept is also great, always on top of everything. Pat and Blake have always been there when needed and keeps us up to date on what’s being done. Great job guys! James H

Efficient & great price

I had the best experience with AutoNation Nissan Chandler that I've had at a dealership in a long, long time. Sarah B. was fantastic. She was efficient, very, very knowledgeable on the product and about cars in general. Most sales people don't know jack about cars, they leave it up to the service guys. Sarah B. definitely new her stuff. I've built engines, transmissions, paint car, etc. and most sales people (especially guys) try to act like they know what is going on with a car and if you didn't know any better it sounds like they know what they're talking about, but most don't. Well Sarah B. knew her stuff. Very impressed. That was just a bonus. Sarah B. got us in and out with a great price, no hassle, very fast and all questions answered. She followed up after the sale to make sure everything was ok. I'll buy my next car from Sarah B. Thanks!

They worked miracles for me. They cared about my story and my needs! I went to get my car serviced and learned there were several things about to go out. It was not safe for me or my kids. They bent over backwards to get me what I wanted and needed. Jared Schager is the best! Please ask for him. Toby in maintenance really paired me up with the best team. The GM, Vick really made it happen! I will only buy from here in the future!

Truly Satisfying Experience

To start, I used to work in sales and was prepared for a battle. I was helping my fiance purchase a new vehicle, and we worked with Max. From the introduction to the delivery, Max never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable, and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process. The sales manager and finance manager (Ryan) were also excellent, and we got a deal we can brag about on a vehicle we're in love with. So grateful to these processionals! We'll be sending all of our friends and family their way!

I liked the fact that they were nice and accommodating on the phone when I scheduled my appointment for an oil change. I ended up being early, and Blake helped me right away. He was very courteous, so I would recommend this place.

Horrible service

I purchased a Nissan from a different dealer in the Valley, but recently moved closer these guys. Today I called about a service issue and wanted to know if it was covered under my extended warranty. Debbie, the receptionist answers the phone and immediately puts me on hold. After about 7 mins she picks the phone up. I ask my question. Without hesitation she says "NO" it's not covered. I asked Debbie how can she be sure, she didn't even ask my name, VIN, warranty contract number, anything. She said "I'm sure" and then placed me on hold again. I rifled through my file cabinet and found my contract. I called the 3rd party company that they farmed the warranty out to. They told me the issue IS covered. I called AutoNation back to speak with Debbie's supervisor. She must have taken note of my number because each time I called I heard someone pick up the phone and hang-up on me. After several failed attempts at contacting service, I reached out the sales where Zack tried to connect me to Tobi? Long-story-short, each time I was transferred their system "conveniently" disconnected or hung-up because no one was at that extension. Just a glimpse into what you can expect from them after your purchase.

Yesterday was the finest car buying experience of my life!

This dealership is great! Their prices are fair and they post their lowest, fair price, so no haggling and being bounced around to different people. I bought a low mileage 2016 Altima. I connected with Frederick in internet sales from home. When we met at the dealership, he was amazing! He was there to serve me versus trying to make a sale! He is simply a nice man in every regard! I told Robert in finance that I didn't want any extended warranty or add on service programs and he honored my request! He even found a way to save me an extra $500 on the buy! A truly great dealership in so many ways!

I am absolutely sickened by this dealership and their finance guys. They will say anything to make you feel like you won't have to worry about anything just to get the deal done. I turned in a lease and purchased a new lease having never done that before and not knowing what to expect. They kept me at the dealership all day back and forth with numbers and trying to make me feel like they were doing me a favor and not making any money off of the sale. I did owe a few months of payments still on my previous lease but they made it seem like I could exit early and still get my payment to where I wanted it to be. Funny how things change once you are in their office. They try to confuse you with throwing different numbers around and making it seem like they have no wiggle room. I should have left but they were pretty convincing with how they spoke and I sort of believed them so I went through with it. I was concerned about the inspection of my lease return by their third party since it was something that would be done after I leased a new car and not that day but a couple weeks later so I went out of my way to buy replacements for a couple things and the finance guy Nick told me he thinks my car is in great shape by looking at it and I shouldn't have to worry about anything from the third party inspector but of course they can't guarantee anything. I trusted his judgement stupidly. I just got a statement from Nissan saying I owe 881 for remaining payments and damage that some of it should be expected wear and tear...chips on the hood, left and right rear tire worn, bumper cover chipped. I was apparently sent a pre inspection letter in the mail where i could have scheduled an inspection before the third party came to inspect and possibly avoid some of these "excessive wear damages" Do you think either the salesman (Billy) or the guy (Nick) who did a preinspection on my car at the dealership would have had enough courtesy to keep my best jnterest in this car sale and give me a warning that it would be good to wait and schedule a real pre I spection? Of course not, then they wouldn't have made a sale from me that day. I can't believe this is even happening. I'm at a total loss of words and will never lease with this dealership or from Nissan again. Completely disgusted. These guys try to come off as nice but they are slimeballs especially Nick.

Worked with Marcus on purchasing 2 cars this past week. One a 2014 Rogue and a 2007 Mustang they happened to have that I purchased for my sons 16th birthday. Already knew what I wanted so the sale went fairly quickly even though I was missing my title on the trade in. Still have to find it. Price on the Mustang had just dropped 1k so that made the experience even better. Financing was the typical length of time. Financing rate seemed fair and in line. During financing be ready for the up sell on warranty protection which can add hundreds if not a few thousand to the purchase price. Not a hard sales pitch on this but a sales pitch all the same. I can easily say I recommend this dealership on the purchase aspect. Have not dealt with them on any issues so that remains to be seen, if any appear. Both sales and finance did a great job.

Title says it all. Just trying to get a hold of some at the service department was horrible. Would not recommend working with Nate he was not friendly nore professional. Walked in to go pick up car and he did t even greet me when I walked up to the counter. Overall experience was bad would never come back here again.

After weeks of battling for my refund it has finally occurred. Bottom line is ask a lot of questions and demand all information before signing on the bottom line. Example, what does a used car warranty include. If a refund is due, do not wait or trust what they may say, get it in writing. Remember this is car sales and well its all about trust and comfortable feelings about what they tell you.

Service repair

Took 2012 frontier in for window tinting and oil change. The person who did the window tint cut my drivers side door molding. Service advisor said they would repair it free of charge. Its been a month and he never called. I left messages for him. He never called. Never do business with this place. Now its going to cost me more money to have it repaired.

Another Very Efficient Service Appointment

Took our Murano in last week for recall work. Easy to make the appointment on line. Got there early, no problem. Dropped off the care. Car was ready in about three hours. All set to go when we went to pick it up. Alex Reyes did a fine job, as always, keeping us informed about the work to be done. We'll need to go back when a part arrives for one of the recall items, and Alex explained it all. Thanks again.

OWNER ONLY RESPONDS TO POSITIVE REVIEWS..Not sure how ratings are so high. My experience was terrible. Tried using Costco buying program was told it wouldn't save me any money (Not according to costco) Tried calling manager and left messages all for nothing. No return calls..warning don't deal with Jeff Moe or Finance Guy Dallas..I have noticed the only responses from owner are for good reviews (poor practice). My family has a total of 4 Nissans in last 2 years but last 3 purchases from other dealers. Had I seen interest by anyone to resolve my issues or even a response (to many to list I would have been happy to discuss with manager). No responses period.. Buy Nissan ....Just don't buy here.. worst experience buying a car ever..Im sure this review will be removed as my previous one has.

Purchasing a NV3500

My wife and I went in to look at NV3500 passenger vans. This is the only large van that we liked, that didn't make us look like a Christian church group on a road trip. We were shown a couple that they had on the lot, however they didn't have the color or options we were looking for. We were told that the SV did not have the option to have the backup camera installed. We made a few calls and found out that was a lie, they only told us that so we would purchase one they had on the lot. We live in Gilbert, however we ended up purchasing from Avondale Nissan....well worth the drive! We called them, they ran our credit, prepared all the paperwork, we were in an out in less than 30 minutes. This is the way to purchase a vehicle! Be sure to ask for Trudy, she will take care of you. I use Power Nissan for our service, however I am starting to feel that I may need to switch. I leave messages that never get returned or I try calling and nobody picks up the phone....it just rings. They started out strong when they first opened, however as personal have left, the qualify for service has all but vanished.

Horrible communication and follow through

These folks need a lesson on how to communicate. Made an offer, agreed on a price, offered to pay for the truck or pay a deposit as I was driving from another state to pickup the vehicle. I even had the offer in writing from them, so there was no confusion that we agreed upon a price. Found a shop down the road to perform an inspection and silence. They didn't return calls, and sold the truck to someone else the next day. Should have known better, the communication from the get go was poor. Lorenzo the sales rep who responded to my online inquiry was inept. Nick the manager blamed the rep for not passing along information, just an overall time waste and beating. Maybe I dodged a bullet.
