I was assured 100% my auto deal was set and ready to go. I drove 3 hours and 18 min from Orlando to come pick up my car, and guess what? They didnt have my deal done! Thank You for wasting 10 hours of my time for nothing! How customer friendly is it, that this dealership treats customers this way!

My car under warranty had a bad tpms tire sensor so I took it in to be fixed , Come to find out they replaced the sensor with a regular rubber valve stem so my car has three tire sensors and a regular valve if the tire is loosing air I will never know it because they took the easy way out, watch out for these snakes ...

Thank you Autonation Nissan Kendall for treating me like crap when I came in to buy a car. I left disappointed but there is a silver lining in all things. I bought the car I wanted at a far better dealer AND did so for $6000.00 less then your place. I couldn't be happier with my new Maxima SR and want you to know that my friends and I will NEVER do business with you plus we will continue writing reviews at every outlet possible as well as tell everyone we meet that you guys are xxxx. ripoff dealership

The sales people / finance dept and manager have horrible customer service and they like to rip off people. I like Nissan cars but I would never take a car from them even if it were free . I don't want to ever deal with anyone there .

K&N filter switched

Brought back my car in late December because of radiator leak that they fixed. Cleaned k&N filter in early dec .did a oil change last week in my own garage at home and decide to check air filter to my surprise a used fram filter .. no one has touched my car for repairs except them mmmm what .. I guess one of the mechanic owns the same model or has a friend ... don't go their I have a list of complaints and that was the last STRAW .. Mr CEO and owner expect at letter for the repairs bills since June of 2016 ...your running a scam . Car has been their 45 days of and on for repairs and repair mistakes in the last 6 months and now I have to bring it for a recall and a transmission leak that is now o ver the 120k miles

Ditched by service agent

After waiting 3.5 hours in the service lobby and 15 minutes before they closed, I'm calling and looking for my service agent only to find he left for the day. So where's my car? A different agent helped me. I complained to the manager Julio who was defensive and said they don't need to give a curtesy notification to their customers when they leave. Are you kidding me? I have bought 3 cars from this dealer in the last 5 years. NEVER AGAIN!

I had to take back two leased cars and get new ones, we were scare about the time it would take to do the whole thing, we talked to the general manager Michael Ochoa since he always has helped us resolve different issues before and as always he went extra miles, and assigned a person to help us and in least than two hours we were out with new car, great deal, we received both lease cars did all the paper work. OUTSTANDING, I was very impressed. I would give them a Record Guinness . Thanks Michael Ochoa, Julio Lasurie, and the Finance person Jimenez who make thing happened. I really appreciate what you guys did for us.

Review of service dept

Prices are probably reasonable for a dealer. There was no high pressure to get more stuff done; you get a report on the inspection of the entire vehicle, showing how urgent any needed work is. After my front brake pads were replaced, I hear a clunking sound every time I come to a full stop. This put my rating down to 3 stars, because it seems the vehicle was not test driven after the work.

The worst costumer service

IF YOU HAVE 2 MINUTES PLEASE READ THIS..., I bought a brand new 2016 Nissan 370Z at this place, when for the first time I bring my car to the service drive I had a terrible experience, to give you a little more of details I have an scratch on one of my front rims, I had it for a couple of weeks already but 2 days ago my brakes started making a noise, so since my car only have 2000 miles I bring it to Nissan and try to get it fixed, well after 2 hours with a very bad attitude my service advisor Frank Pulido tells me that the mechanic said the noise is because of the rim, I asked him how that makes sense and he agree with me but he said since my rim is scratched my warranty doesn't cover for them to fix the noise, and Frank Pulido decided to lied saying that they put a rim from another 370z they had in service and it didn't make the noise, I asked to talk to the service manager ( Joe ) and with a very bad attitude he told me that they wasn't gonna fix nothing, I asked what year was the 370z that they used the rim and he tells me that they didn't tried anything, I was very upset at the moment and decided to leave, came back the next day and explained the situation to the General Manager ( Michael Ochoa ) he said they were gonna fix it for me,( it was a show ) he called one of the mechanics and he tried my car he heard the noise and he went back to the same service advisor and I ended up in the same process, then they tried to charge 1 hour of labor, I refused to pay it and then I left, at this moment I am driving an unsafe car because of their bad costumer service, they were only trying to take my money, they even tried charging me $530 for my rim, when my rim wasn't the problem, I took the car to another Nissan and they ordered the part that was broken, I will never go back to this place for nothing, I feel disrespected they made me feel stupid they were laughing the second time I left, don't ever go to this place, YOU WILL REGRET IT, the only reason why I put 1 start on the review is because I can't put any less, don't ever go to this place for service, they are terrible, they don't know how to talk to people, they need a training for costumer service, they don't even say good morning when you arrive to the service drive, you get there and the question is ( what do you want ) we are costumers, we deserve to be treated right.

There has to be a better way to buy a car!

I was in this place for 3.5 hours to buy a van. I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy. In addition, we had called and spoken to the salesperson several times to locate the van in the color we wanted. The sales team seemed very disorganized and just was not able to locate the vehicle we wanted and kept coming up with different colors and then ultimately sold us a van that had been sitting on the vehicle lot all along. Later on the next day I waited all day long for them to deliver the car. I had to call again several times to remind them to bring the car. I left the finance guy (Cesar) a message and sent him an email and he never even bothered to return my call. I am supposed to buy another van soon but I think I may go somewhere else. There really has to be a better way to buy a car!

I had a great experience in this dealership. I went to test drive the cars and decided on a beautiful sedan. The sales person was very nice to me and explained everything. I got a price better than what I was expecting since I did my extensive research. My tag/registration was ready within a week. Jeffrey was my sales person. He was excellent and super patient with me. I decided to splurge & I am happy I did. I am in love with my new car & I am happy I came to this dealership. I love the service I received here so far. I hope it continues when I need something for my new ride. I'm in love with my new car!! love love love

I have bought cars here before and I will not go anywhere else. I have never seen as much professionalism...! My salesperson love doing his work. I fell comfortable with my car 2015 Nissan Altima. I will definitely not buy a car from anywhere else...!. Carlos Lara is the best customer service in VIP. I will definitely recommend to Carlos Lara with all my family and my friends.
