Worst Customer Service

I purchased an Atlas in June 2017 and have had nothing but problems. The salesman told me certain accessories were included but then months later, after multiple requests for the items, said “Well I messed up. But you can come in and buy them.”. Two days after I purchased the suv multiple parts started falling off of the vehicle including the door handle, seat controls (2), hood release and hood lift support. Also, features of the vehicle were malfunctioning, such as the auto stop-start, WiFi and remote start, the. Service department told me to turn off the features or not to try to use them. When I tried to take the vehicle in for the first service I was told I would have to pay to replace the parts that were broken and the features that had malfunctioned. After complaining they told me “fine” we will cover it but the rental vehicle will be $35 per day. They wanted me to pay for a rental while they repaired my brand new SUV. After months of problems and more broken parts I called corporate and spoke with a very nice woman who connected me with someone’s voicemail to speak about the issues. He called me back 3 days later and said it would take at least 14 days to review my case. Five days later he called to say the car was repaired and “good as new”. Great, but it should have been good as new when I bought it 6 months ago. He had no response for that but did say if I had any more problems to take it in for service. This has been the worst car experience ever for me! They obviously do not care about their customers or their reputation. I told the gentleman that I would happily tell everyone about my horrific experience with VW Corporate as well as VW AutoNation. His response.... “Ok, have a great night.” I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, I will never recommend VW to anyone.

Bad customer service!

I submitted an offer for an GTI and they won't even give me the courtesy of replying back. I guess my business is not welcome. I think they think I'm asking to get the car for free or asking the sales person to make my payments.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Will lie to you

Leased a VW on July 31st. Traded in Honda Accord. Dealer owes me $13,000 and stated I would receive check in 1 week. 3 weeks later still no check and no response to 3 inquiries regarding status of the payment.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Service Dept. Was great!

My aunt and uncle were passing through in a 1986 Vanagan and their headlights went out. Steve gave us a quote and an estimated time to complete. The work was completed quick and the cost was less than quoted. Communication was great and service was excellent. I thought they'd be stranded for much longer being that the vehicle was older, but they had two mechanics that knew that vehicle very well.

I would recommend this dealer.

Worse dealer store

ip on date 9-7-2016 after I left store I realize that they put more on my contract they never tell for dealer fees tax fees apr fess extended warranty and my car Ben driven 60 mill beafore I sign contract they sold me car as new not like use from 26.000 promising they charge me over 30.000 dollars after all I did go over ther in store to ask them why or returned my car General Maneger trow me out from store and parking lot they tret me if I came back that I'm gonna be arrested and charge for transposing my car got tehnical issue and I'm not allewed to go over ther

Stay away!

The only reason I haven't sued them is because there is a helpful sales guy, Robin. If it wasn't for him, they would deserve zero stars. Their service department is a combination of incompetence and dishonesty. I had my jetta towed in for what should have been an easy 3 hour job, but after a week later they gave me the car back and I ended up stranded again because of the same issue only 2 hours after picking it up from the service department... Janine, the service manager, has no management or customer service skills. My car still has issues that I think are related to those terrible repairs and I am still waiting for the reimbursement check that they promised. Between the fact that VW lead me to believe I was buying a "green car" that is actually polluting 10 to 40 times what the EPA allows and the fact that their local "reputable" dealer is dishonest, I decided that while this is not my 1st VW, it will be my last.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Used/CPO car bought at AutoNation VW

My car was totaled in an accident in Vegas so I needed to find a replacement car within a week or so. After trying more than a few dealers in Vegas (and out of state dealers), I finally found a great price on a car at AutoNation VW. I checked out the CarFax, then drove to the dealer early on a Friday morning. I talked with the internet sales rep, Tyler, first (didn't see any other sales reps around). He had a no nonsense approach and was not pushy. He and the sales manager answered my questions, then Tyler took me out to look at the cars they had on the lot. We test drove one that I liked and I let them know I was interested so then we talked price. After the sales manager and I agreed on a price the paperwork began. Luckily for me, Tyler and the rest of the team didn't mess around when I told them I had a good deal on financing and didn't need to hear there finance deal. Although they did try to beat my rate, after a few minutes, they realized I wasn't interested and didn't push it. Overall, I think I got a great deal on a great car and so far I've been happy with everyone I dealt with at AutoNation VW. I'll admit that reading some of the reviews made me nervous, but so far so good. I've texted issues w Tyler that he resolved quickly and also took the car by the store to have them help me learn what 'normal' VW things its doing. After teaching me about it, I'm feeling smarter about the car (its my first VW). The only minor issue I had was that I think the car was rushed through wash/detail since I was waiting out front for it and it hadn't been detailed yet when we drove it. It looked ok (that's why 3 stars for quality of work) when I left, but after a day you could tell they missed some spots due to rushing to get the car done. I'll update this review later if I have anything more to add.

Nightmare Dealer

This dealer takes no accountability for their actions. I had multiple reoccurring issues which now has resulted in major problems for my VW. The dealer was sloppy in dealing with matter & refused to accept responsibility. Terrible service.

They don't know how to finish

We went in with cash & autonation vw acted like they didn't know how to actually take our money. Seriously. 2 trips & still waiting for 2 hours to write them a check. And we are paying what they asked, so none of this time was spent discussing price. How can they stay in business taking this long to take our money?

BEWAREEE This Dealership it's a joke from service to sell department inside so dirty and they are thief . They charge my friend Extra money for CPO car then we find out that COP must be include the price of the car, they said they did 112 point inspection but car brake was bad front tire was worn out inside check engine light came on we have to report them to DMV. SO STAY AWAY .

A. a toll road transponder was left in the car I traded in, just a few hours later if was never found. B. the license plates were not removed and distroyed on my trade in, as I was " Assured " they Would be. The car ended up in Los Angles collecting numerous parking tickets. $ 700 later In Lawyer fees the problem was resolved. C. When you buy a " Certified Used Volkswagen your supposed to get both sets of keys. Never Received the second set, and after arguing with the Sales Mgr I finally was given the Valet key Which magically appeared. Gee it must have programmed itself in his desk drawer. D. I also bought the extended 100,000 mile warrenty, but was given no paperwork. After dealing with The VW Customer Care people, the paperwork arrived 3 months later. E. Also bought a after market Rear view mirror with remote garage door opening from them. It was Installed incorrectly and it cost me another 50 bucks to have the problem corrected. See they have now changed their name, but I will never return.

Estimate to do service was almost $4000 for timing belt, electrical sensors, and other misc. service. Findlay did the same list for $1400. They said my beetle couldn't be aligned without new strut bushings, but Findlay said they were fine and able to align. I don't like overpricing and lies.

My husband had spoken to Jennifer few times over the phone, but he did not think I would want a VW. Boy was he wrong!! He bought me the 2 door VW Golf in black with tinted windows, navigation, voice dialing, diesel, and seat warmers which is a must for me! I love this car so MUCH! Everyone was so kind at this dealership to which made the car buying experience a plesant one. Jennifer knows her stuff, treated us fairly, and gave us a great price on my trade in.
