Nothing but the best....

Brought my car in on a recall and was serviced right away. Was only there for less than an hour and item was replaced and I was ready to go. Linda Schaefer was the person who helped me, and as always was on top of everything. I don't know how she does it, but she does. Thank you Autohaus....

Another exeptional service

Tim Gorretti made the buying process fun, seamless and easy. I feel like I made a bunch of friends. Two BMW Product specialists equipped me for success and their F&I Manager Heather made smart and proactive, evidence based recommendations for extended service and warranty. I’ve bought BMWs at West County Auto (physical threats of violence by one of their members) and lying F&I Manager at Plaza Motors. Autohaus is IT in St Louis if you want to buy and service a BMW.

Fantastic Experience - Transparent, Timely, and w Integrity

It was hard enough knowing my vehicle was going to be a total loss and realizing I’d have to begin the process of finding another car. After several visits to other dealers and being bait and switched, I dropped by Autohaus and met Bob. Bob was kind — he took the time to learn about me and my family’s needs and then went the extra mile (literally thousands of miles) to find the X7 I wanted. He made the process easy and on my time and operated with complete transparency. What impressed me the most was his timeliness to my questions via email and text. His honest integrity was refreshing and he never forced me to arrive at a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. The whole experience restored my faith that service excellence still has a place in this world, esp. at Autohaus BMW. There’s a reason they are family owned and a reason why so many of them are tenured folks. From Bob to Brett, to Larry and Heather — their collaboration was seamless and their passion for their work and these cars is second-to-none. They made the car shopping and purchase process simple and enjoyable!

Other BMW dealerships in town could not fix the problem or seemed like they cared. They would try to fixed it short term just to get out the door. Autohaus was spot on and communicated daily through the process.

Horrible Experience Cauing Physical Illness

By Horrible Experience on 7/11/2019 at 2:19 PM. Helped by Arman, Trye are both good and honest workers. ( Arman admitted the mechanics cross up; he's now at the Mini Cooper location. Very honest and loyal worker..

I sustained an asthma attack due to poor mechanical service. The manager refused to make it right. After receiving two recall letters, I had taken my car to BMW Autohause for a blower motor rewire recall in April of 2019. I experienced something dragging my battery down afterwards. One service guy admitted that the mechanics had crossed up the wiring causing serveral fuses to blow out. The following month, I received another recall letter for a blower motor pcv valve replacement. I had additional work done replacing the radiator, some hoses and they had to recharge the battery. (note I had to tow the vehicle to the shop because it wouldn't start up. Upon receiving my car back, after 4th of July holiday; I hadn't made it off the lot before I tried the air conditoning and the blower would not work. The service guy and manager wittnessed it. (I suffer from asthmas & am soley dependant on air). The service manager suggested that I spend more money to determine the cause and purchase additional work. I had an attack upon leaving because no resolution was made. I find it appalling, due to the fact the manufactuerer was aware of the blower motor defencencies and the manager would not stand behind the direlect work performed by his mechanics. I feel he should have made it right. This has been the worse experience I've ever encountered at the BMW autohaus location.

I would not recommend this dealer.

That's Chris Clem, my service advisor. AC not working due to user error but Chris got me in on short notice and will take care of routine maintenance while the car is there. I am a long-time customer of Autohaus Mini and now four years with Autohaus BMW. Chris is consistently calm, knowledgeable, and does more than expected. I could go to a BMW dealer much closer to home but I know that Chris and Autohaus will take excellent care of my 328d wagon. Thanks so much!

Repair

I've been coming to this location for almost 4 years and the service has always been outstanding from the time I arrive. Ms. Patti Kupfer is my service advisor and she is awesome! She always provide great recommendations and the outcomes have always been positive. There is a BMW dealership less than 5 miles where I live (IL) but I choose to drive 20 miles to this location (STL) for the great service.

Service after the Sale

Being I just purchased my X5 and like most things now days that use software I had problems with it, a miss communications on both sides caused the problem on my service date. After losing my cool not only did Joe Emerson and Steve Emerson (both in sales) jump though hoops the General Manager jumped in to help clean up a mess all due to lack of communications. I will admit I love my x5 and more so after these 3 jumped in to help out and help out Joe and Steve did, something sales shouldn't have to do but they did, they truly care about their customers. Service advisors do have some issues but after speaking with the GM she said she would do what is needed to help out and take notice. That alone will make a difference for all customers. I strongly highly recommend Autohaus for you service needs. Just make sure you know whom you are going to see and don't be shy about asking for help from Joe or Steve, both are k ick butt guys and men on their word.
