Wonderful experience!

I recently bought a used vehicle from AP Chrysler/Jeep and the experience was wonderful! Josh Rogers was my sales person and he made sure I was well taken care of from the moment I walked into the lot. He was full of enthusiasm and had a great personality. He was easy to talk to and helped to find the exact vehicle I wanted with no hesitation. I highly recommend this dealership for any automotive needs!

Cornell Parks

After we walked away at first he did not give up making sure we had that vehicle. I would and will be recommending all my friends (and strangers) to Mr. Parks.

Uninterested Salesman

I was interested in trading in my 2016 Dodge Challenger towards a new 2 door Jeep. I hadn't built equity, so I knew that I would lose out regardless. My soon to be wife and I went to this dealership since it was close to us. When we got there, we met a salesman named James. From the get go, he seemed not to interested in helping us - barely showing us any Jeeps, and mainly ignoring my fiance. First of all - she has had a Jeep for over two years, so her input was obviously valuable to me. She kept asking him questions, he would barely answer/acknowledge her, but kept talking to me. I explained, more than once, that this was a purchase decision for us both - not just my decision. I found a Jeep that I really wanted - a 2018 Jeep JK Willy's. They test drove the car and gave us the number for the trade in - let me say again, I knew that I was going to lose out due to no equity built up. So, James was typing stuff up on the computer, then while my fiance went to the restroom, decided to tell me "Sorry, I don't think we can work anything out - this would be too much for you". Keep in mind, he didn't give any numbers or anything - barely did ANYTHING. He decided for us that it would be too expensive, rather than letting us, the buyers, make the call. Needless to say, I was a little stunned and taken aback. We left the dealership and once I got home, was contacted by another Leith Jeep dealership on Capital Blvd (I had put out feelers at several dealerships). I replied back to them that after our experience with James at Leith Auto Park, I wished not to do business with any Leith dealership. They called me and apologized and stated that they would do what they could to get me into a Jeep. So, my fiance and I went the next day to hear what they had to say. They treated us with respect and kindness. This is what a dealership should do. In fact, they went as far as to get the 2018 Jeep JK Willy's model I wanted from the AutoPark location for me. So, I am happy with the Leith Chrysler Jeep dealership in Raleigh, NC on Capital Blvd, but not the Leith AutoPark Chrysler Jeep dealership in Cary.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Just bad

This place is AWFUL. They cheat you out of your money! Management is poor, they don't check their leases!! Unfortunately they rob you. Service is bad.

Great buying experience

I was very pleased with my vehicle purchase. The staff were all very friendly and not pushy. Carl Henderson was the sales consultant, he made the buying experience stress free and timely. I appreciate how quickly the all the information and paper work was processed. I would recommend purchasing a car from this location.

Bad service

As of January 30 2017. I purchased 2011 A5 Audi from Chrysler jeep in Cary NC. The car wasn't properly served oil was burning out fast come to find out it was a oil congestion problem tires needed a alignment window wipers need to be replaced etc. Chrysler took my Car to Audi to get the issue fixed. Mouths later the reason why my car wasn't align because the low controls arms and CV needed to be replaced also. Chrystle didn't show any sympathy after I purchased my vehicle and they knew this car had many issues so instead of Chrysler fixing the issue they sold it (As is) when I brought the car with a warrant. I'm highly disappointed Lenille Woodard

My experience with Cornell Parks was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sale people of any kind , but Cornell, was very friendly, helpful and honest. He worked with me on a great deal on my new jeep we were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all.. Cornell Parks is AWESOME !! Not a good place to buy a Jeep

I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Cary Autopark Chrysler Jeep this last weekend and I am very disappointed with the end result of my purchase. I spent 4 hours on Saturday in the store with the salesman pretty much holding my keys hostage trying to strong arm me into buying a Jeep, but i know that is a typical dealership. I went to the lot the next day to buy the Jeep that I looked at and it was later in the evening and I forgot to ask to see the carfax. Went through all the finance paperwork and all the paperwork that I signed stated that the Jeep was not in an accident. But later found the carfax in-between the seats low and behold the Jeep had been in an accident and repaired. I called and spoke to the manager not more than 9 hrs after buying the Jeep and told him what had happened, the answer I received in short was you own the car and Cary Autopark Jeep is not willing to help resolve the issue. Poor customer service after the sale is finalized. This is not a good practice to keep return customers. I guess Westgate will be the place that I shop for my next Jeep.

Salesman, Devin Soliday was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was not pushy for the sale, even though I started things off letting him know we were not ready to buy, today. We wanted to investigate a type of vehicle weve never owned before. He took time with us, answered all our questions, took us for a test drive, and was very upbeat! We will beer back to buy from him!!

Easy experience, fair deal

Third Jeep

Bruce has always been there for me this is my third Jeep that I have bought his is such a sweet guy. Love working with him, He really cares about my needs and helps me get what I want ,I just lost my husband and he was so nice and caring about what I had to say! Exciting, Fun, and Best Expereince!

I was trading in a car for a used and Julie Chasse helped me more than I can ask. I was specific with the price range and mileage I was looking for and she looked for every car that met the criteria. She was in constant communication with me and her excitement made my stressful car situation fun and rememberable. Their staff Jeremy, Mike, Julie made me feel literally like I was being catered to and that they honestly cared to meet my needs instead of their own. I visited several dealerships in Raleigh and had poor experiences from them all thinking that I would find a better deal or car. All the places I went to had either auctioned cars or not a very wide selection for what I needed in price and mileage. The day I contacted Julie just letting her know I was looking she began sending me cars that she did research on and meet every need and some wants that I didn't think I was going to be able to have. I wasted my time looking all over Raleigh and was finally excited when I came to Julie at Chrysler Jeep and she showed me all the cars in person. Chrysler Jeep had the biggest lot I saw, better choices than the other dealerships I went to, AND overall I liked the staff more! They put me first, were patient, and helped me trade in and put me in a safe, beautiful Chrysler 200 with only 15000 miles, backup cam, blue tooth, heated seats...when I started my car search I did not think I was going to be able to have such a nice car. I was looking for only necessities...that it drove and I needed blue tooth. no other dealership even offered the selection Julie did. She was the first person to tell me she could not only put me in a safe car, but that it could have features, and be in my price due to my trade. It was the most hassle-free experience for someone in their early 20's. I had heard horror stories about going to dealerships and I can not thank them enough for why I am so happy and excited for my purchase and to tell everyone. Thank you soooo much, Chrysler Jeep!!!!
