Terrific Ti

Walked in with the intention on buying a lancer and walked away with what I wanted. Salesman named Ti was a real genuine individual talked about his car and how much he enjoyed it. An experience like that really convinced me to buy the car, not only that but the manager is also a very flexible individual. Would buy again from this dealership when the time comes to purchase a new vehicle

My first service experience!

I was overwhelmed, when I had heard there would be no charge for an oil change for the first year. I was even more surprised when there was a brake check, light check, air filter check, etc. absolutely at no cost. This helped me out knowing that my vehicle was in good operative running safe condition!!! Thanks! Avondale Mitsubishi!

An Oasis in the desert...

I called Avondale after 2 other Mitsubishi dealerships in the area could not diagnose my problem. I spoke with Robert, warned him I had a difficult problem, so he asked if would come over, so I did. Robert decided to do a simple test that others had neglected, and determined my issue to be a loose connection between the transmission, and the driveshaft. Admittedly, it was a hard to find issue, but Robert put it all together after the test drive, and knew just where to look. Done in 30 minutes, what I had been working on for 6 months. Why didn't I come here first? They even had a great waiting area. Thanks Robert...

I worked with an Internet manager before coming into the dealership to purchase my 2016 Outlander Sport. She was very thorough and was able to answer most of the questions I had. When arriving at the dealer I was greeted by Ti Davis. He was very professional and helpful to make sure we were getting everything we needed. Love my new Mirage!!

I went in having no idea what kind of vehicle I wanted to get and also feeling not very optimistic since my credit isn't the best. But Jordan was very helpful and patient when I was trying to make my mind up on what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about all the different vehicles! The GM also worked with me when it came to figuring finances out. He definitely helped me find a comfortable price that I could afford!! All the staff was extremely nice and professional. They definitely made my first car buying experience a great one!!

Personal Honest Person in Jamie and her Team

The dealership went through a management and some staff change and I went through a couple people before finding Jamie but once I got Jamie on the other end of the email my experience was fantastic! She was responsive, interested in my needs, and honest. When I finally went down to the dealership in person, another salesperson approached me with a higher number than Jamie promised and she made good on her offer. The offer was very fair, she kept her word, the GM went above and beyond, and the finance guy had me in and out in less than an hour. It was a fantastic car buying experience from every perspective. I would reccomend and I would go back, in fact I am in the market for a new (used) vehicle and I won't buy from anywhere else, I just wait and watch their used inventory for a vehicle I like, and I will go to Avondale Mitsubishi and buy my next vehicle there!!!

We've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and have seen it all....and I highly recommend the team at Avondale Mitsubishi without question! From the minute my husband and I arrived at the dealership to the time we left with our Mitsubishi, it was nothing but top shelf service from Matt, (our salesman), Dave (manager) and Nadeem (finance person)! We received the price we wanted for our trade, a VERY reasonable price on our Mitsubishi, and we were in and out quickly! Great job guys!!

just wanted to let you know that even though your team was not able to accommodate us into a vehicle, Mark Mitsubishi did. Not only did we get a newer upgraded model, our payment was half of what we discussed, less money down by far and a low interest rate. Without giving up the Toyota. So thank you, for allowing your team member to push us out the door. Love my new Mitsubishi. We were pushed out of your door Sunday purchased from Mark Mitsubishi on Tuesday. The reason why I am writing this review. I came on my birthday to get my car detailed, because when I bought it the car was dirty. I have been here 3 hours and they just finished it. They need to hire more people or not sure why it is taking so long. Maybe this dealership should think a little more about the customers. Like have some kind of free snacks. I left dieing of hunger while I was here. The sales rep was great but your services dept needs to be a little more attention.

nothing but lies

I can't believe it but they lied again. Told me they would overnight my tags so I can drive legally. Nothing came and no return calls. Breach of contract. I'm filling a complaint with the BBB and contacting Gary Harper at News channel 3. This company has lied about everything they told me even before I purchased. They use old school tactics and lies. I've never ever in my life had sych a bad experience with a car dealer like this. Stay away from them! Go to Mark Mitzubishi or Moore much better people.

Rude, disrespectful, horrible people skills

Greatly disappointed in my experience here. Bought a 2013 Kia Soul last weekend by monday the service engine soon light was on. Spoke with their service manager and brought it in and was told it was nothing. We get a call a week later that we needed to come in and sign new contract that our terms have changed. On the way we stop by a kia dealer to get the car checked out they ended up fixing several things including a recall. We proceeded to take the newly fixed vehicle in to review the terms that have changed and to address our new concerns about the vehicle and their loan process which dropped my credit score 50 points while they tossed my loan around from lender to lender after telling me i was already approved. They treated us like xxxx and rather than addressing our concerns they questioned our concerns. They yelled at us, spoke down to us and lied to us. They made my first car buying experience horrible and I regret ever going to their facility. Avondale Mitsubishi is incredibly un-professional and I wouldn't recommend anyone use them.

Kevin Tyser, Service Manager, went above and beyond to locate a needed OEM part for my 2007 Eclipse SpyderGT.with 21K original mileage. Found the part out of state and had it one-day flown in to minimize repair time. Provided great friendly and dedicated service and caring, all done with a fair price. Clean and accommodating dealership and customer waiting area. .Friendly staff too.

RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL

Went in with my son and wanted to buy a car. was putting $1,000.00 dn on a $11,900 car i was trying to get a low monthly price but they wanted $3,000.00 dn and out outrageous monthly price they wouldn't tell me the interest rate. Then the finance manager Robert T Jones came to ask me again for more money dn i said that's all i have he said in a rude and smug way were done and just walked away and left me and my son in awe of his poor attitude. just because you don't agree on a price you should not be rude. What he should have said was im sorry we cannot come to an agreement and fell free to come back again and shake my hand. Will never go back

A Great Experience ~ !

From my first phone call yesterday, to leaving with my new 2015 Lancer, today, saying "Thank You," this was clearly a whole new experience in buying a new car. Pleasant, professional and honest. With this specific dealers promotions and Mitsubishi's incentives I was able to get out of my old dying car that has a title loan and start fresh win a NEW 2015 Lancer ES...! They managed to obtain financing for a self employed individual with a poor credit rating.... I am still amazed...! My sales person, Summer Smith was personable, friendly, honest and open as was the internet director, Robert Schilling. They both made the experience very pleasant and the time flew by. There was NO SALES PRESSURE, only professionals who were helping me make an informed decision....! Thanks to everyone, I look forward to seeing you again...!

My husband just spend hundreds of dollars to fly down and buy a car - phoning them MULTIPLE times including getting a call to confirm that he was ten minutes away, he even offered to put money down on the vehicle - only to have to car sold out from under him as he was walking in the door. The salesmanship of this dealer is deplorable! And customer satisfaction must mean nothing to them. Thanks for wasting our time, $600+ in flights just to screw us over.
