Purchased 2010 528ix in May with low miles 114,000, just had some maintenance done and very pleased with Matt & Derek in Service on my own third BMW.

BMW of KC South is a great dealership. I had been used to the extremely poor service given from the other BMW dealer in KC, so it was refreshing to deal with true professionals. The services performed were very speedy. They do what they say they are going to do, period. Please spare yourself the frustration and lies dished out by the other dealership and call BMW KC South first.

Collision Malfuction

My BMW display showing a malfunction of the collision system created a great safety concern and resulted a prompt visit to BMW KC South. While the repair required several days for parts to arrive, the problem with cameras and high technology was addressed by skilled technicians as timely as possible. When the work was done, along with other required maintenance, I picked up my car clean and beautiful. My adviser, Clint, did his best to meet my needs and I left the dealership happy! I have high expectations for my service needs and BMW South met those expectations!

Traded 2 cars from out of state and everything went smoothly

I was trading in two cars and coming from Colorado to do it. It's always scary when you haven't seen the car you're buying and when they haven't seen your trades. But we got everything settled before I came and when I arrived everything went smoothly without a hitch and was done within an hour and a half. It would have gone even quicker but one other person was finalizing paperwork before us. The car was as described, no problem trading in my vehicles, no last minute surprises or changes to our already agreed upon numbers. The dealership is very nice and the Keith was fantastic.

Good service. Room for improvement

Usually very responsive and good, but the last service took several phone calls and emails to get it scheduled. The replacement part look long time to order and when it was ordered, it was ordered incorrectly. Wanted to provide feedback to BMW to have me replace the entire quarter glass and pay for several hours of labor when only a weather strip on the quarter glass needs gluing. Otherwise, the job was done well. Good loaner car provided. Will revisit again.

Good customer service but believe that BMW charges too much for simple stuff like changing a bulb and unnecessary suggested fixes that it is not needed

Not pushy

We arrived at the dealershio to look at a specific car. Thankfully the vultures were not lurking in the parking lot. We looked at the vehicle on our terms. My husband went and got the saleman he had messaged about the vehicle. Our salesman was very knowledgable of the vehicle; even though it was not a bmw. We drove the car and it was what we were looking for. We went inside ran some numbers and kindly told them we needed to sleep on. The salesman clearly wanted our business but did not pressure us; he respected our choice to walk away. We went back the next day to look at car again. We drove the car again. Meanwhile someone got wind we were trading in our vehicle and wanted to buy it. All the paper was completed with the trade included. Our salesman did not get irritated ... nothing! We felt like we were doing the right thing and we all agreed. The financial process was essentially stress free. At no point in the process did we feel any pressure. Thank you for a great experience Mr. Baldin.
