Warning ... this review will be so good you will think I own this place . My BMW 2011 328i brake light was on .. I had it looked at and knew it needed rear brakes and a front sensor ... estimate was $ 850 with back rotors. I took it to Ronnie at 11 AM and he said they would finish by dinner. They installed pads and the sensor .. . Rotors fine !!! Total Under 500 !! Done as promised. Thanks Ronnie and dealership for a great job !!

Damaged my dashcam, wasted a full day of my life

I went in for a basic service and left with a broken dashcam. The service tech disconnected the wiring under the panels somehow, then mysteriously forgot how to fix it. A few days later, i had some time and took it in. I asked to take a shuttle, but instead they left me waiting for a few hours. When my service advisor finally came back around, he said my dascam was working again. He walked me out to my car which was not washed, again. He said he would sneak me to the front of the line so I wouldnt have to wait forever. After another hour and a half or so, I began pacing the lot to find my car just sitting there, already washed. Why couldn't someone tell me it was done? How long had it been just sitting there? I had to wrestle with the front desk lady to explain to her why i didn't have paperwork, and of course my advisor was nowhere to be found, so he couldn't clear up the confusion. After a very frustrating and long day spent as a hostage at this dealership I was on my way. I tried to contact the service manager several times via email, but he has yet to reply.... To put it mildy, this place is disorganized and sucks. I will be making the drive to Henderson BMW even though its out of my way, just to avoid this sort of inconvenience again.

Pllsss plsss plsss,dont go and give your money to the bmw of las vegas,this is the worse place in las vegas,part departament it has very bad customer service and the people who work there are high on drugs,,,i return some parts and as always its:::sorry our comp its broken we canot do refund now,we can cut you check,it will be two weeks dor you to recive the check,very bad atitude,,,i will never do bussines there....

Buyer Beware

I purchased a BMW here. Be careful when you go into the finance department. When I went into the finance department they sold me extra warranties that were Misrepresented by finance. They made extra money from me, by being deceitful. Shame on you for taking advantage of me, a Vietnam Veteran. You did this U.S. Veteran wrong!

Sold my Car

Made an appointment to buy used car that I had been interested in buying. They contacted me and I committed to purchase the car. They made an appointment and assured me everything would be ready. When I got there I was filling out paperwork and they told me they just sold it minutes ago. Horrible experience. They promised to notify me if they had someone interested. Very upset!!! Alexa never responded to texts or calls. Awful experience!!

don't lease because you will be gouged at the end

I turned in my BMW leased car in great shape and under allotted mileage. I was gouged $2700 when returning it because I wouldn't buy it!!!!! They also treated me poorly when I told them I just wanted to return it!

Worst customer service

I have been blown off for over 4 months after cancelling an extended warranty. I have called to follow-up multiple times with zero return calls. I have stopped by to ask them face-to-face what is taking so long, and all I get is worthless apologies and excuses, NOBODY gives a darn when they owe you money!!!!!!!

Read reviews before taking your vehicle in. They are dishonest unorganized and don't call and give update like your told they will. This is the worst experience ever. They transfer you around to voice mails after the 7th call I was very pissed off...I will take my vehicle to Henderson even if it's a traveling distance they are organized and call you to give you honest updates.....NEVER EVER AGAIn

i TOOK MY BMW 740 for service because it did not start. The service agent was joe Garchioni, they were changing parts just to take my money, after 4 towing my car isstill in the garage. They are crooks, i will take them to the court, plus i have another bmw 320 i took it for change of oil and they told me that my car has a problem and i need 7.000 doillars to fix it, i did not detect any problem with the car. THEY ARE CROOKS WATCH OUT, SERVICE SUCKS THEY STELA YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT FIX THE CAR!!!!

Registration on my car was by the dealer

It took the dealer a week to register my car not to mention that they sold me a car without a Smog. So 4 days later I realized I was driving with expired plates when contact the dealer they held me back 5 more days with excuse after excuse .. girl at the front desk told me my registration was $ 583 so I deposit $ 600 3 days later I call the guy In charge of doing my registration and he said he couldn't do it because it was $629 so it was declined I asked why did he waited 3 days until I called to let me know that when he could of call me right away and I would of taking care of it. But the fun part starts when I call and ask for the general manager name Eric He actually said is not my problem you didn't have any money I tried to get message across but I couldn't get him to listen because he was really pissed off like I was a problem for him and every body else. So as a General Manager you would think he would defuse the situation instead like a little immature kid he kept it going so I told him to let me speak as I did let him speak at the end I told him if he was a general manager then to act like one and treat me with more respect. He decided that hanging up the phone would fix the problem. My sales man Was no where to be found obviously he knew what was going on but every day that I called he was not available when ask who is calling. Shame on Eric so much for a title of General Manager who hangs up on a customer who bought 2 BMW'S and a Kia for my wife. Martin Ospina 702 498 7996

Sandbox in the Engine

Recently bought a pre-owned 525i. Thought this dealer was competent and had some class. They have neither. While learning my way around the engine compartment a week later I found an Air Filter which was unbelievably dirty. I mean crusty and oil spotted. Checked the engine oil compartment. My finger came out literally with granules on it and this was without scratching but by simply touching the surface area. I know this was a rare case right????? Doubt it judging by the way they have handled my concern as it seems they have a protocol for covering up stupidity around this dealership as it must happen often enough to need such a thing.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I had challenges with a brand new car that I had purchased at another dealer. The worked diligently to find out what the problem was, keeping me informed each step of the way. I really appreciated how professional they were, and how far they went to minimize the inconvenience of having my vehicle in the shop.

This place is a f**kin scam!

I got charged for two hours of labor without being asked for permission to work on the car a second hour or even being notified that my car even needed extended time! I signed and agreed to pay for the 1 hour of labor only and the rep on My file told me in his own words that if any more time was needed I would be notified but I was not! This place does nothing but scam people I asked for one specific procedure to be done not for your technicians to take my car apart! The rep in charge of my file was Giuseppe Carcione, and I am extremely upset that he has charged me for things I haven't been notified about!

Incompetent, lying thieves

Had the misfortune of dealing with this sad excuse for a car dealership in May 2016. During a cross country road trip in a new 435 X drive convertible, the thermostat quit in the open position. Closest dealer, was this sad excuse of a 'car dealer' in Las Vegas. Had car in by 8 AM was told I'd be called by 12:00, no call. Waited until 1:30. Left meassage with the assistant service manager whom was the service writer (a level of incompitance personified by his lack of action). Finally received a call at 2:30 that the part was not in stock, but would be overnighted & installed next day. Not hearing any confidence in this fools voice, I called the parts department to see if they had any pending special orders for the next day. Response, none. I asked again specifically about a thermostat for my year/type car, again the same answer. Called to 'chat' with the service writer whom had left for the day. Asked for the General Manager, whom was busy. Was told I'd be called back, no call. Called to speak to the service manager, whom was busy. He however, did call back. Confined that the part had not been ordered. I pointed out that the car had been there since early AM, that they had time to do things in a timely way, but instead elected not to. There was not much intelligence the service manager could shed on the problem. Now, it was going to be a three day ordeal. I asked for the car to be left out & I would pick it up by closing time. Upon getting in the car, I noticed my luggage had been opened & a expensive sweater was gone. Truly a example of why people are fearful of car dealers. Worst service in my life.

Bad Service Department

Beware of the service department. Every one of my visits, I am there for MANY hours. My last visit a few days ago, I had an appointment for new tires and balance. It took 6 hours! Even an oil change takes 3 hours. I will never go back.

Worst service ever

Had and appointment at 0830 it now 6pm on a saturday and not only am I still waiting for what should have been a simple oil change. They broke the back window roller and said out of good faith we bmw will pay some of it. Ended up paying 75% of it. I will never come here you have my word and promise! If you know someone cool they probably treat you good or hook it up but the simple customer we get screw over and over again.

Dishonesty of the used car salesman and Manager

I purchased an used Camaro at Las Vegas BMW in May of 2014. They removed the engine cover during preparation for delivery and never reinstalled it to the car when I drove the car away to return home in Southern California, I did not discover the missing engine cover was missing until a week later, when I showed the newly purchase to my cousin, and he points it out. I immediately called their sales Rep. Stefan and the Used car Manager Mr. Herber. Mr. Stefan denies all the wrong doing, and claims that the car does not have the engine cover, which I told him it was untruth, I knew I checked under the hood when I started up the engine, and the part was there. Mr, Herber on the other hand, he was very cooperative, telling me that he will order one from an Auto Nation Chevrolet in Southern Cal and ship it to me. It is now the end of October, and I'm still awaiting for the issue to be resolved, with the feeling that I might have to pay for their rip off. Just wanted to inform any potential buyer from this Las Vegas BMW Dealer beware, be alert and DON'T LET YOUR MIND BE CLOUDED BY THE EXCITEMENT of the new purchased; take your time to double check ALL ITEMS that were belonging to the vehicle before you leave. They are "CAR SALESMAN" by its conventional definition and reputation. The splendid facility and location does not make up for a better salesman at that place. Avoid the guy name Stefan. Beware of lies and dishonest from this Dealer.

After going to several dealerships, I must say, visiting BMW of Las Vegas was like a breathe of fresh air. My shopping habits are very simple: quick, smart and to the point. I don't need to have long discussions with anybody. Mr. Steve Glusco was who assisted us and he was wonderful from the beginning of e-mails, texting back and forth, showing my husband the car, to me seeing the car later the same evening. With all that being said, we did NOT end up coming home with a car but we came home with TWO cars! Thank you BMW of Las Vegas, especially Mr Steven Boyd and Mr. Steve Glusco for not xxxxxxxxxxxx like the other dealerships we went to.

I would recommend this dealer.
