Mr. Mac Angley did an excellent job of listening to me and my concerns for my vehicle. He made adequate notes of what I was saying. Mr. Angley asked me if I needed a ride any where while the vehicle was being serviced. I asked him if the work could be completed by 2:00PM as I had to travel out of town. He assured me that he would do everything possible to get it done by that time and it was completed by 1:00PM. He asked if I needed someone to come pick me up. which I did not. It was a great experience. Mr. Mac Angley did an excellent job!

Good but needs a little work

First of all, I used the iDrive in my car, coupled with the BMW app, to schedule service for my car. When I had not gotten a confirmation from the dealership regarding my appointment date and time, I called to confirm. They had not received the service request, and the person that answered the phone said that it was never a good idea to use any other method to schedule other than calling (then why do we have that option in our cars and on our apps?). Second, service appointments are scheduled at 15 minute intervals, which is fine. However, the service techs all go to lunch between 12 and 1. Yet there are still appointments scheduled during that time. So if you have a 12:15 appointment, no one is going to look at your car until they get back from lunch. That adds extra time to your visit. Might be wise to block out the time from noon to 12:45 for appointments. Or either stagger the lunch breaks for your service techs. Otherwise, will lead to customer frustration and inconvenience. That being said, I am always well taken care of at this dealership. They are fairly quick, very knowledgeable, friendly, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Wish they offered a little more in the way of snacks as it seems like every time I am there, they have one or two granola or cereal bars and that's it. (not one or two choices, one or two bars total). However, they always have a good selection of drinks and coffee. They have a tv and a convenient work area and charging stations. It's also nice to have a window into the service area.

Quickly greeted with a smile and introduction (Nikki). Service advisor (Sheila) was standing by to expeditiously get my vehicle taken back for service. All employees in my vicinity said hello/good morning. Scott Smith entered the waiting area and said "Hi".

BMW of Macon was professional and courteous when I purchased my vehicle from them. Mr. Heath was my salesman; I inquired about my vehicle before going over to the dealership, he sent me an email to fill out the application so that I wouldn’t have to wait around at the dealership all day. Once my application was approved, he called me to come get the vehicle that I wanted. The process was easy and stress free! The finance manager made sure I had the absolute best rate although I had other offers; he didn’t just give me anything, he gave me the BEST! You can’t ask for more than that! I’m a happy customer. Oh! Also filled my car with gas!!

Service rep sometimes hard to get on the phone. Called three times back-to-back and was cut off while on hold once. Maybe need to hire some additional reps.

Transparency and Timely Service

The staff was honest about the repairs needed and the time needed to complete the repairs safely. BMW of Macon also completed the recall repairs as needed. They were patient with my situation as I was traveling internationally at the time of repairs. Very thorough communication!

Pleasant experience

This is the first time I believe I have had service at this dealership and it was a pleasant experience. There are apparently new employees in this department that are pleasant and professional. I did not recognize the young lady or young man that helped me but they somewhat redeemed this dealership. I had already told my husband if we remained in this area, I would not purchase another BMW because I disliked dealing with this dealership's service department so much!
