I had taken my BMW in for a Oil service, State Inspection and Recalls and it was a unbelievable experience Customer service and The Loaner car program was Awesome - Had a 2019 X5 SUV 2 days. Very nice?????? Great dealership ,thank again- Carnell Lunsford /Service Rep. Great Job

My customer service rep (Carnell) was wonderful. He gave me his honest opinion about what he thought I needed and what I didn’t need at this time. He explained various options to me. In addition, the waiting area was very comfortable and accommodating. I was able to relax and to take care of business when I needed to. I always feel like a VIP when I’m there. Needed service for a check engine light

I received amazing service from Ryan Hinkel and his team of technicians. They were able to work with my busy schedule, get me in on time to my appointment, and provided top notch service. It is nice to get an honest opinion of service that is needed for my vehicle. I feel like other service stations in the past were just looking to make a profit on everything and not tell me what was best financially for me. After going to two Mercedes dealerships in town and getting poor service, I went to BMW of Southpoint. From the minute I went into the dealership, the staff treated me with respect and kindness. They took the time to answer my questions and help me find and buy the perfect car for me. I highly recommend you go to this dealership and get the same excellent service I got. From William McDuffie (aka Mack), my salesman, to Shawn Choudhry the manager to Jon Hilliard finance manager, I got great service. I sincerely thank you all.

Service Department put 100+ miles on my BMW M3

I brought my 2015 BMW M3 to this dealership where I made the original purchase. The car was in their possession for more than 6 weeks with virtually no updates - I never once received a response to any requests for a phone conversation. The lack of clarity was so bad that the only way I could get any answers was to physically visit the shop. The service rep would only communicate via text but only at their initiation. With one exception. The day that I revoked my authorization for the Service Dept to test drive the vehicle the rep responded that repairs were complete (!) The rep further noted that following a wash and cleaning that the car could be picked up. When I picked it up...it was filthy but more concerning was the 116 miles that were logged on my car. Clearly the car had been driven over the holidays as there were remnants of food having been consumed in the car(!) When I called the service rep out to ask about the condition of the car he said only (1) that I could wait while he vacuumed it and (2) he would have to inquire about the number of miles. In short, he was in denial-and-deflect mode. Bottom line: think twice about your purchase from Southpoint because while you may have had a decent buying experience (I did) you cannot expect to be treated other than as a "mark" once you are in the service cycle.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Best car Purchase

Everyone at BMW of Southpoint is friendly, helpful, and patient. There is no pressure or a big push. The whole transfer of vehicles, paperwork, etc. went as smoothly as possible.
