Great service overall

From the minute we walked in to drop out bmw 3 series for scheduled maintenance, we were met with friendly smiles. Like every time, we were in and out quickly and were given a rental so our day was not interrupted. Throughout the day we were kept informed of where they were in the process of our maintenance and were done before the time they quoted us it would be available to pick up. Very satisfied with the service we receive.

Maintenance Due

Friendly Timely. Pleasant I found out that the maintenance warranty had changed with out any knowledge of this. It was quite a surprise and not a pleasant one. Quite a few things have changed in the 20 years of my being a customer I understand the need to be profitable I do feel as thought changes should come to those of us which are affected by the change I was thinking maybe i need to look into a different dealership when my lease is up, this was not the first time that lack of information affected me. John and Keith handled my situation in a most pleasant and helpful way. I gave me faith in the dealership again. Thank you both

not honest in the condition of their cars

Autotrade listed their car as having 4 miles. I made an offer on that information. In reality it had over 1000 miles and was a loaner. They were totally dishonest.

Be careful

Deceptive sales tactics . When I addressed issue with Sales Manager he responded “oh well you signed” . I filed a formal complaint with BMW. Over the years my family has purchased nearly 10 BMW’s ( from other BMW dealerships) I would take pupilc transportation before purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. BE CAREFUL !!

Did I “really” need the services performed?

What started as an oil change and brake fluid bleed, ended up being spark plugs ($460), Fuel Injection Cleaning, ($275), Fuel Induction Cleaning ($400), and a combined monthly le other things. Based on 60,000 mile “recommendations”, I walked out with a $1700 bill, and denied or deferred two other services recommended for another $700. I researched these services afterwards (shame on me) and apparently could have done for much less, if at all. Not a great feeling. Lesson learned. I hope this work was absolutely necessary.

Very Dissapointed

25 words aren’t enough. I had my car towed the day before my 0730 annual service. The car wouldn’t start because of fridgiid temps. Service rep told me it just happens. Went to pick up my X5 and was told it wasn’t ready. Told me other cars were serviced as parts came in. He said he could call the servicing tech - I said call him - Rep said he didn’t have his number. He went to office with manager - came back and told me it needed a part from Germany. he came back very apologetic, so that’s the extra star. Oil change completed on Saturday with excellent service rep. I’ve never experienced a service lying to me.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I recently purchased a used (2018) 430iX Convertible from BMW of Toledo. I purchased this vehicle from my location where the nearest Dealership is at least 4-hours away - they did not have what I was looking for - that's how I ended up at BMW of Toledo. During the process of purchasing the car Steve communicated promptly and the purchase process went smoothly. Upon the car delivery there was one issue that, when brought to the attention of the dealership, was handled quickly and to my satisfaction.
