Very good service

Had an appointment scheduled for a Friday, but my husband thought it was for Thursday. Took the car there and there was no problem. Accommodated us as if we were scheduled. Even though this was for just an inspection, they let us know what needed replaced under warranty and took care of it. Wait wasn't bad and still washed the car (and vacuumed) even though it was a rainy day. Always a good experience there, plus snacks provided!

I liked leading my first car from Joe. Was very disappointed when I went in to buy my second XT5 that he was not there. Herb Dill Dr was my salesman and an exceptional job working with all Y concerns, questions and issues. He was very professional and accomadating!

New Ownership -Redux

Contacted dealer after their reply to my initial review of 12/17. Received positive response saying car needed part and they would call when received. Over two weeks now - surprised it takes this long for an American car part. Once again, they” new” Baierl following short on service .... and promises.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Baierl Cadilac service is awful

I have made two appearances in the service department since buying my new Cadilac at Baierl. On each of the occasions, I have been there for oil change and tire rotation, but also had minor problem/ request for service. One involved my wiper fluid being contaminated (from the time i purchased the vehicle) and another time it involved a "add oil" notification that kept appearing even though i didnt need oil. On both occasions, when I picked up my car, i was told they could not find the problem; but upon leaving the dealership i quickly ascertained that they DID NOT address the problem and it still existed. I had to return to have the windsheild washer fluid addressed. i now have to deal with the add oil notification at a later date at great inconvenience. In addition, i am supposed to recieve a free car wash when obtaining service. On this most recent trip ---it was not washed . i was told that the lot attendant went home early (without apology from the service rep!) . In addition, i had extreme issue with a "bubble" in my tire. 4 months after purchase, a bubble appeared in my sidewall. I had to purchase a new tire as i was told that it was not covered under warranty. Then 4 months later, the same problem ocuured in the new tire that i purchased. This time I was told that it was covered under road hazard warranty". Why would this NOT apply to the first brand new tire?

I would not recommend this dealer.

Bought over 10 cars from Baierl in past years. Always received great service with courtesy. Recent issue with Cadillac- left voice mails - 3 emails. Received sales call last week(unrelated to this issue) - advised that person of lack of response- Said he would check out - still awaiting response. Can only believe that new “ absentee” ownership has no interest In retaining customers and note that staff has had a wholesale change. Bought my last vehicle from these people.

Excellent service

Wheel bearing needed replaced on my 2008 STS. I didn't have an appt but Regina and Greg were able to get my car in next day. Both are professional and courteous. Greg kept me updated on the cost and status of the repairs and my car was ready when promised.

Disgrace

I had my car in for repair. Oil leak near brakes. They managed to find $2250 in repairs - but they never repaired what I have brought it in for. They are a disgrace. The front wheel was never even taken off. They are rude and slow. Nothing is good about this place.

Flat Tires

We leased our cadillac with less than 2,500 miles. Ended up with a flat tire a year in and were told the Pirelli tires were not under warranty and paid over $400.00. A week ago we were faced with another flat...took in for service...they were very unaccommodating and miserable. They tried to tell us we needed 3 new tires (two tires had terrible tread) and gave me a quote of over $1600!! we replaced the flat tire only and again paid over $400.00 We are not cheap individuals but come on this does not add up. To our surprise we woke up this morning with another flat. Again wexford baierl was rude and not able to provide us with a loaner or service the vehicle. The said call roadside and have it towed to the south hills. Fed up we contacted Pirelli and found these tires are in fact under warranty!! Pirelli was able to confirm they reimbursed cadillac and cadillac was to return the credit to the customer!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Excellent same day service for a flat tire on a Cadillac. They had the special tire we use and there wasn’t an appointment needed. Have been to this dealer in the past and always had excellent service
