In Sept 09, my college daughter Ashley Lynch purchased a 2003 Saturn Vue from you. A few month's later she received a recall notice on the transmission. She and I both contacted you, with no favorable response. We had hoped to resolve this issue before anything happened. She was advised by Saturn that they would pay 50% of the transmission replacement, which would be $2,400 out of her pocket - money that a college student doesn't have. I believe you knownly sold her the Vue with a faulty transmission. On Easter morning the transmission went out leaving her stranded, without a vehicle and out $7,400.
