Lie to get the deal done, then leaves you hanging.

Sadly I am writing a negitive review. First, let's start with the Sale. I arrived and Paul Myers was my salesman. He was great, however a second "salesman" arrived and was extremely rude. I almost walked out until "Mo" General Sale Manager and I spoke. He promised that Battison stood behind great customer service. So, I stayed and finished the deal on a 2018 Chrysler 300. Well, after I bought the car and was driving home, I noticed while breaking the brakes had a noise and it felt like the brake pads were not catching. So, I informed Paul and Ryan (service guy) about the issue the next day. Techs looked over the vehicle and stated it was two tires that apparently were worn unevenly and they rotated the tires. Hoping this would stop the issue. IT did not however, I requested two new tires to see if the issue would stop and I was told that they would not honor the 30 day warranty, nor would they do anymore for the vehicle. Flash forward now, I took my car back Friday last week and they have had it for a week. I have attempted to speak with Jim (sale manager or lack of) and he hung up on me over the phone. Kevin (service manager) tried to handle the situation and I was told today that they were NOT going to do anything about the situation, nor replace the two tires. They do not stand by their "Great Customer Service" I was promised in the beginning. They will say anything to do a deal, then leave you out to dry. Sad really. You have one job, so you would rather lose a valuable customer who buys cars every two years, and have family members currently looking for vehicles, for the cost of two tires? Wow is all I have to say. I have also tried to speak with the General Manager, however he refuses to speak to me.

Over the years I have purchased many cars for myself and my family. I have to tell you that I had the BEST experience dealing with Zefflin Wrice.at Battison Honda. Zeff was very professional and I felt was by far the most honest salesman I have ever dealt with. He made the whole purchase an enjoyable experience and made sure we found the right car for our needs. Worst Dealership!!! Never Recommend it to anyone

I was in a hurry to buy a car and explained my concerns. They were really responsive at first. But as soon as I signed a deal with them they did not even have the courtesy to inform me that there will be a delay in car delivery. It is taking them forever to deliver the car. I'm still waiting for it. There is no coordination between employees specially between sales and service team. NEVER GO TO THIS SHOWROOM FOR ANY REASON!!!

Don’t stand behind their products

I bought a brand new Honda Ridgeline last summer. It was so hot outside the salesman and I chose not to do a walk around demo of the vehicle. It’s brand new, right? So after I got home and started showing off my new truck, I noticed the hood was slightly misaligned. It was rubbing the fender and had rubbed a pea sized scratch where the hood and fender were touching. I immediately called my salesman and texted him a pic, and he said bring it in. I took it in and upper management said tough luck, even after the salesman admitted not conducting the walk around demo.

They will take advantage of you in the "service"department.

My son bought a car from them a few years ago. He has taken his car over regularly for oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance to keep the car in great running condition. This time they called and told him that he was out of coolant and brake fluid and that he needed to have them serviced. He was made to believe that he needed these services because of the fluids being empty. This was a bunch of crap, and when I called them I was told that these were scheduled maintenance services that needed to be done because the fluids were low and dirty, again crap. The manufacturers recommendations for coolant replacement is at 120,000 miles, his car currently has 57,000. Basically, they charged my son for services that were not necessary, this to me is a sure sign of a shady service department. We will not be going back and I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

I’d drive the Mutts Cutts van from Dumb and Dumber before I EVER dealt with Battison Honda again. Unfriendly, unprofessional.... embarrassing. I bought a car from them 3 years ago and was FORCED back in there for a part. I’m sad to say it hasn’t improved.

"Just Cut It" Literally...Battison Honda CUT ME UP!

I went to Battison Honda to test drive a vehicle in 20 degree weather and we submitted a offer and the manager didn't even come out. They never even countered on the price. The next day I was at another "Just cut it (your throat) dealership and the salesperson at Battison told me if I left there and came to battison he would give me a price close to the one I wanted to close this deal. I left the other shady Honda dealership and went to a even more shady one and they never once gave me a price. I left! The whole experience was poor. I felt like I was getting lectured at by one odd duck of a salesperson. I asked for private time to talk with my family and he wouldn't leave us alone. He had some of my personal information and he wouldn't give it back too me. This was a very poor interaction, however I am glad my family got to witness the stereotypical car dealership methods.

I am not pleased with the car I bought. Upon closer inspection it is rusted, and needs repairs. I wish I had never went there! I now have a huge debt, and nothing to show for it except stress...

Great Service

Johnny Mahsetky was awesome! He had our vehicles we wanted to look at ready to go at the front so we could test drive them. We have to small kids and he understood, he was able to get us in and out quickly. We had been looking for over a year for our perfect car and he nailed it! We love our new CRV and couldn't be more happy with our purchase! The other staff is extremely friendly as well great place to buy a car! Thank you!

Not HONEST....

Watch your paper work, they will rip you off. The sales and finance people are so friendly, but can’t be trusted. I have lost all respect for Battison and will never buy from them again.

Save yourself , go anywhere but to Battison

I can truly say they ruined my life! All i got was screwed over at this dealership. I traded in the only vehicle i had to end up with nothing! They sold me a car that broke down 90 days after i bought it. No one in this dealership is willing to even talk to me except the service manager. They got their money and now they hide in their offices! They will absolutely ruin your life! They dont care about you! They only want to line their pockets with your hard earn money! Look around there are tons of dealerships! Go anywhere but here! If zero stars where an option thats what they would get.

Wouldn't go back

Bought a used car, unfortunately I HAD to (no time) otherwise I would've walked out. Everything outside of the deal they didn't care about, I needed a full tank because for whatever reason they "didn't have the time" when I bought it to go fill it up so they said come back. A week later I did (30 minutes away), they at least honored that part and got me gas but were too cheap and put in about half of the cheap stuff which I've had the car long enough now to know it's 4-5 gallons. What bugged me the most is right before I paid for the car, the salesperson told me they didn't have a spare key, they'll contact the previous owner and if they had no luck they'd cut me one. Don't ever trust their word, next thing they told me was "oh sorry, no luck, were at the mercy of other customers, if you'd like we can give you an estimate of what a spare key costs" I wasn't happy and said you were suppose to cut me one if you didn't get one from the previous owner, that is what you told me before I bought it. Of course no response back. They're not gonna get another dime from me and don't expect them to treat you any different. I work on my own cars so they will definitely not being seeing my car again. Don't go to a dealership unless you have to. They haggled over a key and some gas, then I wouldn't dare go to them if I had a real problem with the car, as you can tell from the other reviews it gets worse.
