Worst experience EVER!

I I just bought a car here and it was the WORST experience I have ever had IN MY LIFE! I ended up being there for 10 HOURS! The used car manager promised me he would replace a rim cap that was missing and repair some chips and scratches. He did buff out one of the scratches BUT he never replaced the cap and didn't even address the chip that he said he would. Overall they are completely disorganized and do not care about the customer AT ALL they just want to make the sale and get you to sign and then they don't care if you ever actually receive the car. I will never go back here ever again!

Worst ever

Horrible service. I can't even begin to explain the atrocities I've dealt with here. Some of it is so petty and indescribable that only an example will suffice: I need an oil change under warranty. Try to schedule. I work 9-5 and they keep asking about 3pm. I tell them I can't I work 9-5. They tell me they open at 7am. Online it says service department open at 7am. They schedule me for 7am... get where I'm going? I get there for my 7am SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. The guy tells me I'll be able to get my car at noon... I say "I work 9-5. I told the woman this over the phone this is why we scheduled for 7am." Oh well put mechanic doesn't get here until 8am anyway? So why schedule me for 7am. Oh because our 7am appointments are for people who leave their car here all day. You guys couldn't have told me this when you scheduled me for 7am? Before I woke up at 5am Monday morning? Before I drove here? I'll pay a mechanic to not deal with stuff like this over and over again. This place is awful.

Terrible Customer Service

Worst experience at a dealership and I have purchased a lot of cars. From the get go, Hassan was not engaged in making the sale. The car was parked in the showroom and I asked for a test drive. He said we cannot test drive until we negotiate the price. Why would I do that? Why waste my time if the car is not mechanically fit? So, he said he would have the car moved while we talked since the car was buried. Fine. Wouldn't budge on the price, low balled on the trade value, took forever in getting answers to questions. Finally agreed on a price only to find out the car wasn't moved so it' took another half hour to move the car. Finally, got it on the road and because he didn't have plates, could only take it around the block. The car seemed fine and the agreed on price was ok, too. Spent a total of 5+ hours there. Now they couldn't have it ready that day so they suggested delivering it to me at my house which was fine. Promised a 9-930a time and I had told them that i needed to go to work. Didn't arrive until 11am. Will never go there or recommend them.

I want you all to know that my experience with Bay Ridge Nissan has always been a pleasant one. I have been using them now for 4 years. Donna Argento is an amazing, sensitive, caring, hands on, go to person. Hard worker, always gets back to you with answers! Cynthia Bertuzzi, aside from the many other jobs she does, is your "meet and greet" person! She is also doing anything and everything to make your experience safe and pleasant! I don't think she knows how to frown lol! Henry Jones, my main man! Here is a person who is compassionate about what he does and who he does it for. For all the right reasons.....a real people person for sure! Phil Ramos is someone you want to be around in times of trouble. Always willing and certainly able to help you with your needs. Nick Beharrylal is the best go to rental person I know! Keeps the cars clean and brite. There is always a car on hand for when you need it. Over all my experiences have been blessings!

Delivered my new car!

I had great service. All the employees were helpful and got me what I wanted in a timely manner. They delivered my new car to my home because they didn't want me to have to come over the bridge after crossing it twice. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family!

Warranty Repair

I own cars since 1972. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience as with the warranty service at Bay Ridge Nissan. I have a full warranty from fender to fender and I brought it in because the check engine light was on. They call me up that the company doesn't want to honor my warranty since it'a a year old and the 1-year maintenance has not been done. Only after they do the maintenance and charge me $479 will the company pick up any other expense that might come up. This is TRUE FRAUD. I called the company and they told me that there is no such thing and that Bay Ridge never called them. I had no choice but had to pay to get my car back. BTW, it took them 5 working days to return my car. They blamed having trouble getting a part. I will never ever go back to them, bln.

BAY RIDGE NISSAN PUT MY LIFE IN JEOPARDY WITH A LEMON

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BAY RIDGE NISSAN AGAIN EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST CAR DEALERSHIP ON EARTH! I TRADED IN MY VEHICLE FOR A 2011 NISSAN ROGUE. BEFORE I LEFT I HAD TO ASK THEM TO FIX DANGEROUS UNDERPINNINGS THAT WERE HANGING FROM THE FRONT OF THE CAR AND AS SOON AS I DROVE AWAY IT STARTED KNOCKING AND JOLTING. I BROUGHT IT BACK THE VERY NEXT MORNING AND THE MANAGER EVEN DROVE IT AND AGREED IT MIGHT NOT BE SAFE TO DRIVE. ALSO THEY SUPPOSEDLY DID AN INSPECTION BUT GAVE ME A CAR WITH BROKEN HEAD LIGHTS AND BROKEN BRAKE LIGHTS, WHICH OF COURSE WERE NOT VISIBLE IN THE DAY! I COULD HAVE GOTTEN PULLED OVER AND TICKETED OR WORSE! I WAS BAMBOOZLED INTO NOT TAKING THE CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE, THERFORE, I ASKED TO REVERSE MY LOAN AND GIVE ME MY OLD CAR BACK BECAUSE THE ONE THEY GAVE ME IS A LEMON AND THE MANAGER CHRISTIAN ORTIZ AND SALESMAN HASSAN TOLD ME THAT ISN'T POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, I WENT TO MY BANK AND FOUND OUT THAT IS A LIE. HOW CAN BAY RIDGE NISSAN BE TRUSTED? THE MECHANICS/MANAGEMENT HAVE ALREADY LIED ABOUT SO MANY THINGS. THEY WILL SAY THE CAR IS FIXED AND PUT MY ENTIRE FAMILY'S LIFE IN JEOPARDY INCLUDING MY TODDLER. I AM IN CONTACT WITH NISSAN CORPORATE, MY BANK, AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I WILL GET JUSTICE. I WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THE SHADY DEALINGS THAT TRANSPIRE AT BAY RIDGE NISSAN! SINCERELY VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER PS ALL REVIEWS ARE BASED ON FREE MATS FOR YOUR CAR AND ARE WRITTEN BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY IN YOUR CAR SO DON'T BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACK YOU READ!
