They will make you a great deal

We had been looking online for a GMC 2500 truck for over a month. The best price we could find was in the St. Louis area. Several others dealers told us they couldn't match the price of the St.Louis dealer and even told us that they were quoting us employee prices. So we went to Beaman just to look at the truck colors so we could order the truck we wanted over the phone with the St. Louis dealer. We were greeted by James Davidson as soon as we got out of our truck. We told him about the deal we had found online and he said he would do his best to match the deal. He took the truck info and we went for a test drive. He gave the manger the info and came back with a deal. After a little negotiating we had a deal that was with in a few hundred of the St. Louis deal. I even got to pick the interior and exterior of the truck. They are going to find the truck I want and have it at the lot with in a week. They would even delivery to truck to us if we wanted. The process could not have been easier! They made a customer out of me for life. David Duncan helped with our financing and was also great!

Hikeem Cole, Was an AWESOME ,down to earth, exemplary salesman.He made us feel at ease and was with us through the whole buying and negotiating process. The car we wanted turned out to be over our budget ,so Wayne the sales manager , Saw our problem and said ,"We can work this out for you two." I had a sudden low tire pressure in my new Buick. After getting a price from Firestone, I called Beaman Buick, and Mark Smith told me he could help me. He gave me a price for the repair that was half what I was quoted by Firestone, and he had me in and out with virtually no wait at all. There are many times, as a woman, going to dealerships can be trying at best. Gender bias can make or break the experience and leave some women flustered or furious Every time I go to Beaman Service I am met cheerfully and respectfully. The tech is knowlegeable, asks me questions that help guide me to any needs my car may need at that time that we may be overlooking, reviews the list of services before I go, and tells me he will call if anything else comes up. Fresh, hot coffee is always waiting in the clean guest area. There are several copies of the daily newspaper, too. If I bring my laptop, I can plug in and get working. Other service staff always greet me and ask me if I need anything while I'm waiting. Whether I'm wearing jeans or a business suit, the staff is always professional and courteous. So, it's clear that Beaman Service is the best and I always come back!

It was a pleasure working with Beaman Automotive. I was visiting from Texas and found a great deal on a Denali. Bill Martin greeted me upon my arrival and was very helpful to me in making my purchase. He and Justin Woodall took me for a test drive, which I enjoyed very much. The great experience that I had with these two is what prompted me to make my purchase here in Nashville, to drive back to Texas. I also enjoyed working with patty in the finance department. My experience with Beaman Buick started with my search on the internet. I filled out a form to be contacted via email and the response time was out of this world. Tim set up an appt to view the vehicle and did follow up confirmations. I arrived for the appt and Tim had the vehicle staged and ready to go. I didn't feel any pressure, nor was there any haggling occurring. Tim was willing to wait on my husband to get off work or his off day to set up another viewing. But luck had it, I didn't need to bring the husband for a second viewing, I got the okay from hubby to start the paperwork. I got a chance to drive the vehicle home and drove it to my husband at his job so he could see it, in the meantime Tim and his team was busy preparing the paperwork. By the time my husband got off work and made it to the dealership, everything was ready for his signature..........excellent! By far this was the best experience I have had purchasing this car and I had fun also. Kudos to Tim and his team and thank you very much for all your assistance.

Both Stephen and Zach were excellent to work with. I felt they were completely honest and straightfoward with the information they presented. Also, they were very accommodating when we had to leave during the transaction and come back later (due to a prior meeting and 3 restless kids). I left feeling that I got a very reasonable price on my new vehicle as well as my trade-in. I would recommend either salesperson to friends.

Beth was awesome to work with! She was super patient and understanding with us during our car buying experience. She and Eric Kinslow worked very hard to get us the best price they could, and, believe me, we pushed hard for the lowest price! We absolutely love our new used car. It is perfect and the service we received was excellent. We have been to numerous dealerships and Beaman is the best one yet. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and willing to do whatever they can to satisfy their customers. We are very pleased with our Beaman experience!

We drove to Beaman to see if we could trade our 2011 Kia Sorento LX since Kia was not willing to work with us. We pulled into the lot and saw a GMC Terrain that we liked but it was a 2011 we were looking for a 2012. Mr Lionel Pitts came out to help us he was very polite and answered all of our questions. He invited us into the showroom to show us the 2012 GMC Terrain between Lionel and the sales manager(we forgot his name)we worked out a deal which made us very happy. We highly recommend doing business with Beaman, Lionel and the sales manager who were all very professional. Thank you all we are really enjoying our new 2012 GMC Terrain Dan and Sharon Steakin

Took 1 ton diesel pickup in for repair. After five visits and over $11,000 later, pickup still not fixed for the original problem it was taken in for. Service repaired other things they thought needed fixed to get money and still didn't fix the original problem. Customer service didn't do anything but asked to try again, for the 5th time, and still didn't fix it. I will not take a vehicle for service or buy from this dealership ever again. Bad experience.

Bought my 2004 Toyota Corolla in Dec 2003. I just found this web site so I wanted to give my input. I went to the dealership VERY prepared. I had a laptop handy, shopped on-line, and visited a local Toyota dealerships before driving all the way to downtown Nashville, TN to talk money. I knew the lowest price and MSRP of the car I could find elsewhere. I knew EXACTLY what monthly payment I could afford (with taxes and all the fees). I had even made up my mind on the color and trim level. I had a good experience with the sales guy. No initial hassles. He let me test drive and look around at different ones and he was very patient. Then, I told him I wanted a certain one but new (not a demo / test drive car). He looked in his stock and had the exact one I wanted. He had it pulled from another lot near by and brought it to the showroom. It only had 2 miles on it and it hadn't been prepped for sale so I knew it was right off the truck. He said that he would get it ready when I worked through the financing / paperwork. I told the sales guy the max monthly payment I could spend on a loan and that I wanted it to be for x months. He kept wanted to lower the monthly amount but extent the loan months. Mostly it was the same amount of money but in one case it would have been $4,000 over the MSRP! Of course he went through the routine of having to go to the Sales Manager to confirm each time. I had an amortization table on my laptop to verify all their calculations. This helped a whole bunch. I also asked for all the costs up-front so I knew what I would be charged and what would be financed. They didn't like my amortization table or my wanting the fees / tax info up front at all. Finally they agreed on my original request after I threatened to go to my local dealer who was selling the same car but different color at a not-so-good deal but lower than MSRP price. I almost walked out b/c I knew they were screwing around with me on the financing terms. But in the end I got what I wanted so I deem this a good deal. After we shook on the deal and my car was being prepped for me, I was then transferred to the financial people to sign all the paperwork. I was pushed to get the undercoating and other crap added. Not shocked at this. I VERIFIED their paperwork for typos and mistakes on the price / financing. Everything was ok. My monthly payment is exactly what I wanted and I got the exact car I wanted. With all sales, they do throw in a nice service package. Quite a few free oil change and service / inspection coupons but only from the Beaman Toyota dealership (as expected). I did take advantage of a few of these but it it too far for me to drive to use any more. That is the advantage of the local dealership. However, my local dealership did not have such a service "coupon book" to use.
