Cameron Is Amazing!!

I was looking for something in particular, the color and trim level, Cameron went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. A 2018 midnight, olive green cr-v touring. I couldn't find it anywhere where I lived. He made sure I was able to get the car delivered to me the very next day!!! He answers all my questions, big or small, in a timely matter and assured me everything will be fine when I start to get overwhelmed. I love Cameron!!!!

Great buying experience

There was no pressure and all the facts were presented in a easy-to-understand manner. We were always treated with respect and kindness and our questions were answered. Time was taken to show us all the new "bells and whistles" on our new car as compared to our older model. We love our new CRV!

I visited Bend Honda a couple of weeks before purchasing my new Honda Pilot. Cameron was the sales person who greeted me and after explaining what I was looking for, we went for a test drive. I told him I would be back in a week or so with my husband to discuss purchase. Cameron kept me updated and we set up an appointment to look at the car I wanted and make the deal. Everything was upfront and very professional. I can't say enough about how easy he made buying a new car and how knowledgeable he was. Taylor helped us with financing and he was also personable and proficient in his job. A very happy customer.

time well spent

I had the first oil change it took about an hour and after i left a code came up I called and they said it needed to be reset so i went back in and they reset it showing me so i could do it. when I called they said it was not an emergency. They were right on top of all I will be going back I was pleased. I want to Thank Dylan Carsen and Taylor freemen for the time they took with me when I purchased the car. Great people at honda willing to help or find help to get things done

Door Latch Recall

Everything was ready when I arrived for my appointment. They started working as planned and I got out about 40 minutes early. I did have one black grease spot on my drivers side interior door.

Replace defective radiator in my Acura MDX

The service department did everything they could to not only get a replacement radiator installed only to find the radiator was defective and they had to order another one to install.

I leased my last 3 vehicles from Team Hyundai of Bend and had been very pleased with their cars and service. I initially intended to get another Hyundai Tucson but wanted to comparison shop with the Honda CRV. My experience at Hyundai was quite disappointing as compared to previous times there. The energy there was low, disorganized and not very hospitable. The Hyundai sales rep was inexperience and unqualified to answer my questions or meet my needs. My wife asked if they had any water and was directed to a vending machine. Even so I still had in mind to get the Tucson. Walking into the Honda dealership was a breath of fresh air. Chris Braido greeted us both warmly and quickly identified what we were looking for and immediately showed us to the CRV. Yet understanding we were terminating our lease on the Genesis asked if we had looked at or considered the new Accord. Long story short, we were sold on the Accord after the test drive. Chris answered all our questions and helped us to decide on the model and packages we wanted. I would highly recommend Honda and Chris to anyone looking for a care.

Made car buying easy

We hate car shopping and can’t say it is something we enjoy. Although Chris was great. We were bummed we missed the sale by one day and the dealership couldn’t honor the cost we saw the day before. don’t love that they force you to purchase the floor mat package even though we didn’t want it. We live the car and we are happy that we purchased it. It was nice they had snacks and drinks for the kids as well as t.v. to help with the wait.

Friendly and fair

Went into Bend Honda knowing what kind of car I wanted. Salesperson was direct. While he offered a Dodge, I was clear I wanted a CRV. It took awhile to get through the credit and other application process but that always takes time. The dealership was friendly and fair. I was shown a CRV which met my needs and I wanted that car. They didn't try to push anything else on me. When I took the CRV home I noticed on the drive home that the one headlight was out. I called the dealership and was able to bring it in a few days later (due to my own schedule not theirs) and they happily fixed it for me quickly. For the most part I am very happy with this dealership and with the price and deal made. It's what you make of it and if you are clear what you want the salespeople don't push you into something else. They are respectful and clear on everything.

I arrived almost 45 minutes ahead of my scheduled service appt. This was due to how my errands worked out that day. The service intake person was engaged taking care of another customer at the time yet he courteously and attentively acknowledged my presence. A few moments passed and someone else associated with the service department stuck her head out of her office to assist me. Before I knew it my 2017 HR-V was taken in way ahead of my scheduled service. I was offered plenty of snacks/refreshments and settled in to catch up on texts, emails and maybe even read the newspaper that was provided. Before my scheduled appt time came to be, my Honda and I were out the door. The service intake person thoroughly went over every component of the service I received. I simply couldn't be happier!
