Pathetic and lazy

This is the first dealership I’ve ever been to where the salesman is too lazy to take you for a test drive. I test drove a couple Lincolns by myself, which wasn’t an issue, but it was an obvious red flag and a microcosm of how this dealership operates. They refuse to negotiate anything and offer no transparency on how they arrive at their estimates. I was offered more than twice as much for my trade in at another dealership. Needless to say, I will never waste my time at this pathetic dealer again.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Jack Iannotti is the Man!

Wish I could give more stars! Jack Iannotti was excellent! He really went out of his way. He’s going to run laps around veterans soon lol. I was in and out really quick! Coming out of years of automotive finance and sales. I am extremely pleased by the professionalism in all staff. Everyone within 5 feet said hello and if I’m being helped. Ryan In Finance gets a big kudos from me for running the dealership on his own and keeping salesman and women in line and organized. Thank you Ryan for making the deal work for me. Thanks again for the hospitality I love my new MkZ Hybrid. Again hats off to Jack and Ryan for clear communication and a Steller performance. Best service

My service representative at Bergeys is totally awesome! He always goes out of his way to make my service appointments easy for me. I am always offered a loaner car which I often accept. They always wash my car before returning it and he always explains what they will be doing and the outcome of the inspection/repairs. I give Chuck B 5 stars every time that I must have my car serviced and today was no exception! I appreciate Chuck's kindness and his attention to details of my needs e.g. time, work etc.

Excellent service

My family has purchased 6 cars from this dealership over the years and we have always had our service done at this dealership. Recently I took my car in for an oil change, rotate the tires and alignment. We have always had a great experience and Chuck Bernatowicz has always been professional and friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as he was able to provide me with a loaner car. In all of the years I've been going here, I have never felt that I was taken advantage of with work being done that wasn't need. Everything is explained in detail and if something such as brakes, filters need to be done in the near future they let you know that. The sales staff and Chuck B. and the service staff are the reason my family will continue to buy cars and have "all" of our service done by this dealership!

State Inspection plus multi point inspection

I arrived a little late for my appointment but this was not an issue. Chuck took care of me quickly and without an issue. My MKX was in for state inspection, emissions, and we decided it was ready for another oil change. During the inspection, the technician found that an outer tie rod end had failed and it would need to be replaced plus the car would need to have an alignment performed. Since I put a lot of miles on the car i appreciated that this was found and service completed. During the alignment, it was found that the rear needed to be brought back into alignment. Chuck gave the reasons and the price for the service and it made total sense to have the service completed. I have been in the automotive aftermarket for over 40 years, in fact worked at a Ford dealer early in my career and I can tell you Chuck Bernatowicz is one of finest service managers I have ever been in contact with for any service. He is always very knowledgeable abut any repairs my vehicles need and the associated costs. Chuck is a primary reason I bought my vehicle at Bergey's Lincoln.

I would recommend this dealer.

Who Hired Chuck?

Unbelievably unprofessional individual running the service department. His lack of experience is overwhelming and is clear he has no automotive knowledge. Chuck could not even tell me what oil they used... service department. Chuck is a far cry from from helpfull and feeds misinformation which is unacceptable for a prestigious name like Lincoln. On a positive note they have an individual named Brian in the same service department who is the complete opposite. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good and Chuck makes the experience intolerable.

Horrible service department

Took my car in for a check engine light. Authorized repairs. Two days later, check engine light back on for the same exact thing. Took car back and got charged another 300 bucks for the same issue.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Very dissapointing

The attitude of the service personnel was beyond irreprehensible. The sales agent Chuck even argued with me against a service that my vehicle needed. mis quoting the service prices over the phone and laughing at me when he got his way. very childish and dis respectful.
