We are giving BESHOFF Infiniti dealer 5 star because they were helpful and professional from A-Z. Ray was our sales person, he answered every question we asked professionally, and the price they gave us was the best in the market. We did have some problems but they took action right away.

These guys are a shame to something called as CUSTOMER SERVICE and TRUTHFULNESS. These guys would lie through their teeth with no moral remorse. They could even steal your kidney from you and sell it back to you, only if they could. It all happened back in June/July region of 2015, I called Beshoff Infiniti in to ask them if I could turn my car in early (2 months) as my allowed mileage was about to get hit. Then on the phone conversation - their lead sales person - Adeel promised me that I could give the car back and I WOULD NEED NOT PAY FOR THE REMAINING TWO MONTHS if I lease another car from Infiniti. I blinfly trusted their foxy assurance (oral one, I wish I had an email conversation with these persons who cheated me big time) and leased another car from Infiniti and gave my old car back 2 months before its lease ended. A couple of months later - I start getting calls/statements from Infiniti Finance saying that I owe them two more payments (900 USD) on the old car.When I go back to them to discuss the same thing, I cannot forget the way they mistreated me by spunning a false story that I was already aware of the 2 payments I had to make for the old car and I made that decision myself to buy the new car. Seriously? They think that an educated adult would be so stupid to let go approximately 1000 USD just to get a new car? Do they think that I am so naive to buy all their lies while they treat customers like trash? When I try to reason and recap the discussion we had months ago, the guy I mentioned - Adeel - tries to insult me in mafia style - "I have two people to back my statement up (that I willingly made the decision to lose 1 grand), who and what do you have?". I can only suggest the future customers to get everything in written (like a proper email conversation) from these lowly and immoral dealers or else they will turn their back on you when you start talking/demanding the truth. They would go to any measure just to sell their cars and they dont care about your hard earned money.

Words can not fully describe how amazing my experience was in buying a car from the team at Beshoff Infinity. I had the absolute pleasure in working with Sunny Singh and his managers Greg and Aaron. The entire team was very easy to work with they applied no pressure in the buying decision. They provided me with lots of information about the car I was looking to buy (2015 Infinity QX60) its competitors. They were also probably the best dealership I have worked with in regards to working with them via email. Most places I have worked with in the past would only give quotes over the phone or would only give the retail or MSRP price. The team at Beshoff gave me their best and very fair price, were every open about the deal incentives and what deals they could hand down to me. To give you an idea on how great this dealership is: I personally test drove 14 different cars that are in the same 7-8 seater SUV class at 10 different dealerships. Also I was actively working with 3 different Infinity dealerships alone and I chose both the Infinity QX60 and the team at Beshoff. My buying experience was so great I am actually looking forward to replacing my wife's car so I can work with the Beshoff team.

This company is diligent when it comes to the sale, but the service after the sale is poor at best. If you purchase a pre owned vehicle from this company be forewarned the follow up will come with tons of lip service and no follow through. I recently purchased a vehicle with a seat issue. I was assured that the seat could be fixed in house after a quick patch the seat failed to work. The sales associate then referred me to a local dealer as the car was still under warranty. Two weeks later I am now waiting on the parts for the repair which may be completed a month after I was assured it could be fixed easily. Note to self and others make sure the work is complete before you sign on the dotted line.

This review is for both sales and service. We bought our Infiniti new here and have had it serviced with Joey Tipton as our Service Advisor. Besides the great price, friendly personnel and great looking dealership, Beshoff did everything to make us comfortable with our purchase and service. What other General Manager would remember your name after 6 months? Brian did. I arrived with an appointment and was given a very specific time when my car would be ready...and it was ready at that time while I waited in their comfortable waiting room with a great cup of coffee. When we purchased the car, I asked about a missing tray in the console. Six months later when I returned for service, Joey checked and found that I did not have a tray and he had one waiting for me at the end of the service. This is a Dealership that will go the extra mile for its customers.

I have already recommended your dealership to others. I would have to say that this was a very good car shopping experience for me. Great Work Team. Need I say more.... Well I guess I do. I do have one suggestion, this section should not be a mandatory 250 character length.

I really had a great experience in buying a car. no pressure sales, very straightforward. It was the most fun I had in buying a car, which usually can be a stressful experience. In terms of the dealerships I visited during my search for a new car these guys were by far the most in tune with the ways in which people research cars (online), the cared what people thought about their dealership and we even had some interesting conversations on the use of internet in this whole process of researching and buying a car.

I loved my experience at Beshoff Infiniti. I got to the dealership at about 7:30 on a Tuesday night, looked at some cars, took a test drive and had the deal done by 10:00. No pushy sales tactics, no nonsensical options that jack up the price, just good guys providing friendly service. I did a lot of research before I got there and I knew what options I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I was really surprised when they were within a few hundred dollars on their first offer. It made it really easy and an enjoyable experience. After I bought the car, they gave me a tour of the facility. I was most impressed with the service center. You drive into one of two big bays so even if it is raining, you don't get wet. The lobby is very nice and clean and they provide free coffee and WiFi. I don't think they've been around that long, but if my experience is any indication, then they will be a mainstay in the Bay Area for a long time to come.

I bought a used Lexus RX400h. I made an offer on the website and received a reasonable counter offer promptly from Alex Kerr, the General Sales Manager. When we went to see the car, we were received by Ben Ly. He was very friendly and answered all our questions and concerns well. We noticed a few parking scratches on the bumper and elsewhere on the car. Mark Nessim, the used car manager said he would get the bumper repainted and the other scratches touched up for us. We decided to drop off the vehicle a week later at the dealership for the touchup. The touchup work was done very well too. Overall we had a great experience with the service offered to us by the Sales team. As with every dealership, the finance guys try to sell you a bunch of stuff like extended warranty, LoJack etc. We had the same experience at Beshoff too. But we decided not to opt for any of the options presented to us.

Working with Linn is a very pleasant experience. I would feel comfortable referring people I know to him. From the outset he was helpful, without being overbearing. He knew his product well and was able to address specific questions we had concerning available features, options and prices. Negotiations were quick, without excessive back and forth. We both knew the range of prices being paid within the local area and quickly came to a mutually acceptable deal. When the time came to deliver the new vehicle, Linn's explanations were helpful without being overly long.

I am delighted with my new 2009 G37 replacing my Porsche Boxster. It is fast, agile and easier to get into and out of. I took it in for its first service yesterday and received VIP treatment. The General Manager personally took care of it, and while I enjoyed the gourmet coffee, checked my stocks and emails on the free internet terminal they completed the service in 40 mins even though they squeezed me in without an appointment. The biggest surprise was the miniscule price! Get ready to have your nightmares of rude service, dirty waiting rooms, high prices blown away with VIP service from Beshoff Infiniti. An old Auto enthusiast.

One of my favorite quotes of all time is Marlon Brando's Zapata ruefully waxing, "A monkey in a suit is still a monkey." I knew Beshoff Infiniti was an exceptional dealership when I purposely wore a plain shirt, shorts and flipflops into its absolutely stunning showroom AND there was nary a reaction from any of the staff. I'm sure my fashion sense or lack thereof may have pained some of the staff but the fact that it didn't show is testimony that they are very disciplined and professional, that's something I can't say of other Infiniti dealerships where the snot factor hovered above 10. In any other luxury dealership eyebrows might have popped off, but the charm of Beshoff is that to them the superficial doesn't matter. Good service is The Service and rightfully so. It seems they understand the golden rules of good business, courtesy and care makes sense, and sense makes money. Very simple. As someone who works in sales I appreciate Beshoff's high professionalism. I'm a fan when I see people strive instead of just trying. Strip away the cars, the well manicured grass, and architectural glass, and you have Great people. This is where Beshoff excels with aplomb. After my Oct. 26 visit, I wrote the following email to Brian Aghajani, Executive Manager, Beshoff Infiniti: "Dear Brian, I took my car in for headlamp reconditioning today and the service I received was first rate. Every single person was knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant; far from the usual dealer experience I've had in the past. Juan did an awesome job on the lights. I seriously doubted it could come out better than the description but it surpassed my expectations. Joey and the guy with the forearm tattoos and glasses (forgot his name) was just great. Next week I'm coming in for a full detail since I had little time today. But in closing I'm grateful and ecstatic for the wonderful team you have in place here. Exceptional people is a rarity." All my life I've never been a fan of any dealership. I am now.

I bought 2009 convertible from here initially I had great response and I would say overall this is a good dealer but once the they got the money it took weeks to get the issues like shipping the wind deflector (should have been with car), correct delivery check sheet and clear bra warranty. Over all this dealer gets only 4 from me. I wanted to get extended warranty & service maintenance plan but Alex Kerr did not respond to my last request of providing me completed application as I wanted to see the completed application prior to paying due to initial experience of not receiving items that should have been provided with at the time of delivering to me. So Beshoff Infiniti lost ($$$$) Elite Extended warranty and Elite maintenance plan business. I got the extended warranty and maintenance plan from another Infiniti dealer (great price and absolutely fantastic service all up front before asking for payment). Too bad Beshoff only get 4/5 from me on this purchase of Newest of Infiniti- 2009 Convertible. I have owned Infinitis since 1991... all various model great cars.

I just bought a car from them a couple of days ago, the experience of this dealership is the best for me so far. If you want to buy an infiniti car, I will strongly encourage you to visit them. There are bunch of details that are impressed me: 1. Very new and nice facilities 2. Very friendly and patient sales 3. Most importantly, they will try what they can to give you a best price!

Very nice experience. Fair, reasonable people. The dealership is well appointed and I was treated respectfully. My only (minor) complaint is that it took a little longer than I had hoped to fill in the paper work. I would certainly buy another car from these guys.

My wife and I just bought a new FX35 from Beshoff Infiniti. Javier (the salesperson) and Alex (the sales manager) were both very professional and helpful. We drove a hard bargain and were able to get the price we wanted. Javier and Alex never came across as pushy or overbearing, and we never felt like anyone was trying to pressure, trick, or take advantage of us. Overall, this was about as good and painless a car buying experience as we could have hoped for. The showroom is the nicest I've ever seen. Even the restrooms are cleaner and more modern than at many upscale hotels. The staff is friendly and courteous. The service facility is impeccable; I will definitely have the car serviced here. Highly recommended!

This is a top notch dealership in terms of the quality of service and the overall appearance and ambiance of the facilities. Javier made buying my first new car an enjoyable and fair experience. He worked tirelessly to make sure we came to an agreement that was fair and reasonable. Even though we didn't finish the deal until after 10:00pm on a Friday he was still outside with a bottle of cleaner shinning up the chrome on my brand new G37 while I was signing papers with JC from financing. JC was also super quick and efficient at consummating the transaction so I could get out of there and enjoy my new ride on a Friday night with the guys. My overall experience with Beshoff was awesome and would definitely buy a car from them again.

Customer service: Excellent. After the completion of the repair I noticed some issues and pointed them out to the service advisor. The service advisor notified the dealership manager. The dealership manager personally took charge in fixing the problems and threw in several free services which were beyond my expectation (example: a CV-boot was accidentally cut - they replaced both boots for free although the other CV-boot was good but old and I should have paid for it). For the first time I have met a dealership manager so friendly and aproachable and willing to go the extra mile to do the job right and satisfy the customer. Quality of work: The work is done professinally and in a very clean way. There are always some minor problems here and there especially in very complicated jobs like on my car - oil leak at the engine and rear timing chain cover. When the final inspection was done, the problems were identified and fixed, plus they did a bunch of free extra maintenance I did not expect nor demanded (brake fluid, transmission fluid, coolant flush, engine clean, etc.) Great job! Friendliness: It is a pleasure to work with those guys, very friendly yet very professional. My giess is the manager selects his people personally. Overall experience: This is by far the highest satisfaction I have ever gotten for a car repair job - see above. Plus, I got one of the latest Infiniti car models as a loaner car (free) for all the time my car was in the shop. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this dealership applies in their work the concepts that only big companies apply such as the win-win concept, customer satisfaction scorecard, corrective actions, training program in action, etc. Excellent, I would recommend this to all Infiniti customers in the San Jose area. Price: They were able to provide the most competitive price of the three Infiniti dealerships in the area.
