ROBOCALLERS! BEWARE! Terrible Management!

I contacted them in June for a quote on a vehicle through TrueCar. They have called me daily, sometimes multiple times in a day, and won't stop despite my asking them very nicely to TAKE MY NUMBER OFF THEIR LIST. Do not do business with them. They will straight up harass you. Too many other dealers in the valley to buy from such a terribly managed company.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I was greeted in the parking lot with a good morning and a smile, and was shown to my sales person, (not just go through there and turn right). Staff was very pleasant to work with, lunch was good, and the knowledge level was off the hook. Probably the best car buying experience I have had, even the finance experience was great. Thanks Brad

The staff was great and made the overall car buying experience very good. They quickly found the vehicle I was looking for, we got to drive it and made sure everything was what we wanted, then worked out a deal (which was quick and easy to feel like we were getting a great price on our new car). Took care of my concerns

Sammy Beardmore was an excellent person to work with. He really understood what I wanted in a vehicle. He kept his eye out for the type of vehicle I was looking for with the right budget and called me to let me know he might have found something. And he did!! We purchased the vehicle that weekend...before it even hit the dealer site. I truly felt like he was listening to my concerns. Del in sales helped with us getting to know the vehicle and she was amazing too. Even another finance person had to step in while another was out and he was great too. We bought our Prius back in 2015 here and now the Highlander in 2018. We couldn't be more happy with the care we've received. And with the stigma of "dealerships," I wouldn't put Big Two of Chandler in this category. Thank you so very much!

Lifesavers!

Came to Phoenix from Albuquerque for the weekend with my daughter and her 1 year old baby in her 4Runner. The vehicle started making a horrible rattling noise coming from the rear. Drive over around 2 on a Saturday and by 3.30 they had diagnosed the vehicle with a rusted screw on the heat panel. Advised safe to drive back to Albuquerque the next day, and sent me on our way. Joe Preciado is a rock star in my eyes! They were so kind and understanding of my situation!!!

Long time Customer

I’ve been coming to this dealership since I left Active Duty (Army) since 2010. I have bought 2 vehicles from this location and have not had an issue. I have dealt with the same service manager (Billy Garlin). I’ve never had an issue and he’s always been friendly and helpful. Also they have given been great advice in the maintenance of my vehicle, which has saved me tons of money on the long term.

I am a FEMALE! I moved from out of state to AZ and have been trying to find a place to take my Toyota. I have been experienced horrible treatment by this dealership. I have been giving the benefit of a doubt. But when you say I need a $700 radiator on a car that has 40,000 miles, I didn't hesitate to get a second and third opinion. SURE ENOUGH, my vehicle is in PERFECT condition. No signs or warning of my vehicle needing that type of service. I even got to see my diagnostic in person. BIG TWO you are full of it!! I really hope someone doesn't get hurt due to your lack of honesty!

I would consider myself a "difficult" customer to deal with, especially when buying a vehicle, and the staff at Big2 was more than willing to go the extra mile to take care of us. Was told I had free service for 2 yrs with purchase of 2016

Very dissatisfied with level of service & feeling like I need to accommodate the service dept anytime I bring in my 2016 Camry-I was told I was getting 2 yrs service with my purchase, but when I try to schedule,I'm told svc not necessary or covered-??!?

While I did not purchase a vehicle from Big2, I did visit with them for pricing and a test drive. They were very price competitive. Their facility is the nicest auto dealership I have ever been in. My reason for buying elsewhere came down to "availability of the color my wife wanted" and to a lesser degree their location - which was quite a way from my home. Otherwise I would have had no problem buying from them. Nick

Low Quality

Dealer damaged my vehicle. Took a fight to get them to take respinsibilty. But, when they did fix it the workmanship was poor. Rather than use a bodyshop they saved a buck and manhandled the repair. Now we have creased body panel. Most likely paint will fail and body will rust. Brand new car ruined. No longer a Big Two customer and have lost faith in Toyota. Maybe autonomous electric’s will bring on new and better msnufacturers and dealers.

I would not recommend this dealer.

The price is good. They give us the lowest price compared to other dealer. And the OTD price includes everything.There is no other expensive. They are friendly and nice. They will even offer us the lunch and give us some give like hat. So nice!
