The service department wont answer the phone and their website to book an appointment sucks.You never know if they will return your call so you go online and the website is horrible.

I would not recommend this dealer.

As a small business owner, working with bighorn has been incredible. We have purchased 2 new vehicles from them this past year. Before I was getting similar priced vehicles at Autonation in denver, but after countless awful experiences with their service department, I made the switch to bighorn. We couldn’t be happier every time we walk through their doors and are confident we are going to be cared for.

Bighorn Toyota went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional,they knowledgeable and kind employees. They have a nice shuttle to drop me off at the pool while my car is being serviced. treated like an inconvenience

I have been to many service centers around the country and they're HANDS DOWN the WORST. I have many stories but here is a wonderful one…. I had a question about how my oil gauge was reading and when I asked if someone could just look and make sure it was reading right…. just look, not DO anything. The Lady behind the desk said she couldn't help and that they were too busy to LOOK at a gauge and that no one had the time. REALLY, I said and I got loud enough that someone in the back came out and they looked at the gauge( took less than one minute) and was told it was reading good. 3 out 5 times I leave there, I leave upset about the way I, my wife are treated!! I know it’s not Audi but You should have to get mad to get help!!! This particular dealer really does suck and if I didn’t have to drive 140 miles round trip to the other dealer i would NEVER go there again!! I mean think about that just for a moment…… She didn’t care that my OIL GUAGE WAS READING RIGHT OR NOT!!!! THIS IS THE SERVICE CENTER!!!!!!!

I called to see if I could schedule a tune up on my RAV 4 (2009) and the service department didn't answer the phone. I hung up and called back and I got a SNIPPY operator and I explained I was trying to speak with somebody in the service department to schedule a tuneup and they were not answering the phone. The SNIPPY operator didn't apologize or say a word and just transferred me back to the service department. WOW. AGAIN, I got the voicemail. I hung up and called back and dialed -0- again and my call was immediately sent to the service department (obviously they have caller ID) and AGAIN, I got a voicemail. I hung up and called back again and dialed -0- and then a guy answered the phone, who was clearly confused on how to HELP ME GET IN TOUCH WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, and he transferred me again. Yep....you guessed it, VOICEMAIL. So, I called back for the 5th time and the SNIPPY operator answered. I requested to speak to the general manager on duty. She said, "and what is this in reference to?". I responded, "I would like to speak to the manager in order to get some assistance." She again, said NOTHING, and transferred me to a female general manager (her name was not important at this point, since I was so disgusted and frustrated at their LACK of customer service). I explained that this is my 5th phone call and I was trying to actually speak with somebody in the service department to schedule a tuneup and they are not answering the phone. She flippantly said, "well, if you leave a message, they will get around to calling you back". REALLY??? This is the GENERAL MANAGER and this is your customer service? Stellar! You lost me as a customer and it's not surprising to see the 1 star rating review online regarding your [lack of] customer service. It appears that I am not the only one that thinks your service SUCKS. Shame on you Big Horn Toyota. Shame. I can't give their service even ONE star but I was forced to give a rating. Pathetic.

Stop by Bighorn Toyota ask for Hector he will set you up with what ever you need. He's also probably one of the nicest salesmen I've seen. I would go buy again from them.

Quick and easy repair for warranty issue

I was able to schedule a visit and had a great tech for e replacement of my Throw Out Bearing, which is a warranty job. They took time and were very thorough in explaining my options. Awesome.

Great Used Car Purchase Experience

Purchased a used FJ Cruiser from them last week. Friendly staff made it a wonderful experience and spent time walking me through everything. Their delivery process is really good. Highly recommend them. I even forgot a small item in my trade in vehicle and it was no problem for them to send it to me. Really nice bathrooms also - not something i'd normally mention but I've been to other dealerships and these really help contribute to my rating.

Fantastic dealership

My brand new Tacoma had a very unusual problem that was difficult to diagnose by other dealerships. I made one phone call and I was treated with respect and immediate attention. The service department under the leadership of Don Nesbitt is second to none. My truck was diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes of check in. The finance department is fantastic also as Lynda Field takes time to explain all warranty packages in a simple, kind and straightforward demeanor. I have learned there is no reason to go vehicle shopping or have any repairs dobe anywhere else.

New Car Purchase

Terrible Service in parts

I called in to the parts department so I could order a new key fob. Got nothing but the run around. The parts guys was extremely rude and unprofessional. We will never give them business again!!!

Unacceptable work performed.

I am the original owner of a 2011 Toyota 4Runner and have always had the scheduled maintenance performed at a Toyota dealership. Having moved to the area recently, I have had the last 3 maintenance appointments scheduled at Bighorn Toyota. The last 2 appointments have been unacceptable. My last appointment was supposed to be for the oil change and the 30,000 mile maintenance. I was scheduled for a 3pm appointment and when I arrived, I was told there was not enough time to complete the 30,000 mile maintenance and that I should have made the appointment for earlier in the day. I explained that the appt was made over the phone and the person was told to schedule for the 30,000 mm and that if there wasn't enough time, I shouldn't have been scheduled so late in the day. They said they could rebook my appt for 3 weeks out and I would have to come back, or I could do the 30,000 mm when I got to 35,000. Since the dealership is 30 miles from my house, I chose the second option. For my most recent appt, I made sure it was scheduled for 9am so that I could have the 30,000 mm done as well as the oil change. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed greasy handprints on the side of my car from the mechanic. Although this bothered me, I decided to let it go due the fact that my car was completed and appeared to be otherwise in good condition. However, upon driving home, I noticed when the vehicle was driven over 60mph, the tires were not properly balanced. Unfortunately, due to the posted speed limits, I was not aware of this until I was 20 miles away from the dealership. Instead of driving all the way back to the dealership on a different day, I decided to get the tires balanced at a local service shop and discovered every tire was 1/2 ounce to 1 ounce off. Apparently, this is the local Toyota standard when tires are rotated. Therefore, I will not be returning to this location.

I have purchased two personal trucks here and two for business. I walk in with a greeting by name, my service is done quick and right. The purchase of my vehicle does not matter as much as the ongoing service I receive. I wound not hesitate recommending bighorn Toyota to anybody
