Dealer didn't do what they said

I will make this shorter than it should be. A mutual friend had worked with the local sales manager to find desired vehicles and sort of verbally arrange a deal. I was purchasing for my son and had a two hour drive and time constraints. The sales manager didn't bother to be present on the day he knew we were coming. He also left no information with anyone else. The sales person we had didn't even know if they had any similar vehicles on the lot. We did make the purchase but we were very disappointed in the way it was handled. Basically we were promised something that didn't happen. This information has been provided to this sales manager three times and he doesn't care enough to respond. This was a typical car deal that I hate. We were promised all this great stuff that didn't happen and the deal we received wasn't that great. Many, many dealerships closer - I will NEVER go back there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone for any reason. There was also some information from the finance guy that we weren't made aware of either. And, I'm not too thrilled with how that was done either.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great Overall Experience

My wife and I have been dealing with Anthony and he has been such a pleasure. We have been there 3 times and have driven a few different vehicles due to not being able to make a decision yet. He has been very patient and extremely helpful. We are close to deciding and will purchase from Bill Gatton Honda and Anthony Nuckols when the time comes.

I would recommend this dealer.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Obviously they must not put their used cars through a tight inspection. Bought my used Tahoe,next day check engine light came on and discovered within a weeks time, it needs new struts and shocks and other minor repairs, a couple thousand dollars worth of repairs .. Unfortunately, after we argued and went to the General Manager, the whole situation was very unprofessional.. they wouldn't fix anything or work with us.. the passenger mirror was broke and in the contract they were suppose to fix, brought to dealership 2 separate times and they kept telling me either wrong part, or after 2 days still waiting on parts.. so finally.. we settled with $750 and no repairs, ( in good faith) just to be done fooling with this horrible dealership!! Be very careful almost all of there USED CARS ARE SOLD AS IS , but they won't explain that to you, well I wasn't anyway, and the car was still a $20,000 vehicle and the salesman kept telling me you got a good deal!! It's a money pit dude!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Beware of the $499 processing fee!

Did not care for the extra processing fees that popped up at the end of the deal. Non-negotiable and the fees vary from dealer to dealer, with this dealer charging the highest I've experienced.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Absolutely terrible!!

I called about a car on the lot. They showed the car on autotrader.com an their own website for 22180. Car was priced for 27 something on the window. Plus they pulled the factory interior out of it an put in leather defacing the value of the si, yet charging more when the car is worth less now. I talk to a salesman one day an he said he would call me back after seeing if the factory interior could be put back in it, he never called me back, an the next day when I called he hung up on me. Then I talked to the sales manager an he never called me back either. I found the same car except It was a 2015 instead of a 2014 and they also dropped their price from 24479 to 22180 to match bill gatton Hondas price. The other dealership obviously wants to sell cars not run a museum like Bill gatton.

I would not recommend this dealer.

The Bill Gatton dealerships are some of the most honest no bull people I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. The Honda van we just got was as it was advertised and the salesman was truly professional and accommodating. The price we agreed upon satyed as it was agreed no trying to add on things to up the price. This is the second vehicle we have bought (the other was a chevy truck) from them and I will not go anywhere else in the future to look for new autos. My wife has been back to the service dept. and could not have been treated better. What a pleasure to deal with honest people!

I would recommend this dealer.
