I traded vehicles at Bill Gatton Acura in Johnson City, TN on 11-4 17. My salesperson was Jeremy James. Overall I would rate my experience as excellent. Everyone at the Dealership was courteous, professional, and very helpful The used vehicles were priced below other dealers in the area. The offer for my trade was also very fair compared to market values. At no time did I fell pressured. It was a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. I have traded vehicles at many dealerships over the years and Bill Gatton Acura is among, if not the best I have dealt with. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Jeremy James to anyone who is considering buying a new or used vehicle. When it becomes time for my next vehicle I will certainly use Bill gatton Acura again.

Sold me a Lemon. Dismissed all of my attempts to get help

I purchased a used car from T-Gordon, a sales man at this Mazda dealer. They sold me this car telling me that they knew it was a good used car for me (a single mother) and my daughter. In less than a month the car had broken down more than once. Several electrical problems revealed themselves spanning the spectrum from minor to dangerous. Car won't turn on, headlights flash and sometimes fail, dome lights get too hot to touch, windows won't go up/down. If it's electrical- it's a problem. I tried to let the mechanics fix the issue that their dealer had sold to me but after driving it almost a thousand miles (without my permission) they said that they can't fix it. When I turned to the general manager of used car sales he told me that they were "in the business of making money" and wouldn't do anything. Next I turned to the general manager on duty who claimed he would "give me a good deal." To my dismay he offered me the absolute baseline trade in value. Essentially offering me the chance to make two car payments. I had not made a single payment towards this car before it failed me and the staff at Mazda couldn't care less. They show it in their constant refusal to own what they have done and live up to their reputation. If you are interested in customer service do not go to this dealer. They are liars and cheaters. If you get screwed it's your own problem because they are "in the business of making money."

I would not recommend this dealer.

Beautiful Ride

I was unsure of the Colorado, but soon realized this was the vehicle for me. Doyle was there when I needed the assistance from the moment we shook hands to when I drove off the Bill Gatton lot with my newly purchased truck! It was great deal and the service was spot on aside from the knowledge of vehicles; Doyle feels like that buddy that'll piggyback you to the end. Overall highly satisfied with this place and will return for my next vehicle.
