Bought new 2019 silverado!

When I first got to the dealership I was walking around the used car lot for sometime. No one bothered to come ask if I needed help. So I left, but on my way to the next place Lamar Yarbroagh called me on the phone, from an internet inquiring I had done earlier that morning. He was very professional and nice so I decided to go back and give him an opportunity to earn my business. He did what was necessary and took his time to get me in the right truck and was genuinely concerned about my needs. From Lamar to the finance manager it was a pleasure and recommend this dealership and Lamar for your next purchase.

I had such a great experience the first time I purchased a car from here I decided to come back. This time around Carson was the one who showed me the cars in my price range. He asked all the right questions and didn't try to oversell, did not pressure me to buy and answered ALL my questions to the best of his knowledge. What he didn't know he promptly got answers for me. He still checks up occasionally to make sure I am still happy with my purchase. Its not often that a company has such a good impact on me to keep returning several years later. I would definitely recommend Chevrolet Of Canton to friends and family and even strangers.

This service center is the worst Chevrolet service center I’ve ever dealt with. The main guy running the intake is totally unprofessional and has a careless attitude towards customers.

BS FOR OIL CHANGE/MISLEAD

I WAS TOLD AT MY NEW JOB THAT WE GET A DISCOUNT ON OIL CHANGE , WHEN I CALLED BEFORE TO GET AMOUNT OF OIL CHANGE THAN I STATED MY AIR WASN'T GETTING COLD IF THEY CAN CHECK IT RON CAGLE SAYS NO PROBLEM. THEY CAME AND PICKED MY CAR UP THAN I GET A CALL BY RON WHO STATES DID YOU KNOW YOUR WHEEL SHAFT IS ABOUT TO BREAK ??? I SAID NO I WASN'T AWARE BECAUSE MY CAR IS SERVICE MONTHLY WITH HYUNDAI BECAUSE ITS UNDER WARRANTY. HE SAID DO YOU WANT US TO FIX IT I SAID NO I'LL NEED TO SPEAK WITH MY HUSBAND WE WERE THINKING ABOUT TRADING IT IN. HE SAID DO YOU WANT TO DO IT NOW i SAID I'LL MAKE AN APPT FOR SATURDAY. THEN HE SAID OK WE'LL GO AHEAD WITH THE OIL CHANGE AND THAN I'LL CHECK YOUR AIR. ONCE EVERYTHING WAS DONE I GET A CALL SAYING YOUR TOTAL IS $112 , I'M LIKE FOR WHAT ..OH I HAD TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC TEST FOR THE AIR...WTH NOT ONE TIME DID HE EVER ASK ME OR TOLD ME ANY PRICE BEFORE DOING SO I CAN EITHER SAY YES OR NO ... THAN HE SAYS THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY FOR ME TO CHECK AND JUST CALM DOWN, HE REPLIED!!! SO MAKING A LONG STORY SHORT MY CAR DRIVES LIKE xxxx NOW I'M SO AFRAID TO DRIVE MY STEERING FEELS LIKE ITS GOING TO FALL IN MY LAP. BECAUSE YOU DID SOMETHING THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY OIL BEING CHANGE AND THAN CHARGED ME A $90 FOR SOMETHING I WASN'T AWARE OF ... ONLY GOD KNOWS IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME WHILE I'M DRIVING THIS VEHICLE MY HUSBAND IS GOING TO COURT BEHIND THIS MATTER. ***LADIES BE AWARE OF THE SCAM WITH THE OIL CHANGE DON'T BELIEVE IN THE DISCOUNT YOU'LL SUFFER MORE AFTERWARDS***

Door panel fell off...

Buyer beware. No sooner we got off the lot than the door panel of the Cadillac Escalade we bought fell off. It sticks and we have to roll down the window to open the door. Awesome. 2014 model. I feel like I went to a buy here pay here lot versus a real dealership.

No pressure to buy

I was looking for a car online one night and found the car I had seen in a dealership new earlier that day. I didn't want to pay that, amount, so I decided to buy used. I printed the information and went to the dealer. I showed up walked in with my print out, and they brought the car to me. No pressure to buy, just look at the car and go from there. Long story short, I bought the car and Shane and Frank helped it happen. First time I felt no pressure to buy when purchasing a car.

I was an out of town buyer responding to a vehicle on their website. The advertised price was very attractive. When I called, there was no bs about the price. We made the deal over the phone very quickly. I drove in, everything was ready to go. Matt took as much time as I wanted familiarizing me with the car. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Best car buying experience

Went in just to check out a special promo I saw the night before on FB. Met with Tracy the salesman. Her was A great down to earth guy who listened and was not overbearing. With just the first two cars he had for me to look at was perfect for my options I was interested in. So after a little talking and number crunching they gave me a great trade in price and got my payments where I asked. Both Tracy and Mark were respectful of my needs.I couldn't have asked for better service and treatment.

Dishonest folks work here

Cancelled an overpriced $3494 extended warranty. 4 months later all I had was BS stories as to why they hadn’t refunded the money. Filled a complaint with the BBB and Chevrolet. 3 weeks later they finally refunded. The dealership made no attemp to set this BS experience right. I will never shop there again. A bunch of crooks.

Will not honor service they performed 2 months ago

I brought my 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche in to this dealer on or about 6/6/18. The locks, interior lights, transmission, radio , and ac would go on an off while driving. They told me it needed a $175 ECM which they charged me $830 for!!!!!!! It fixed the problem for 2 months. This week I took it back to them for the SAME ISSUES and they will NOT REPAIR without me paying them $120 and hour to diagnose the SAME PROBLEM. BUYER BEWARE...Go to Bill Holt and you WILL REGRET IT!

Sales lied to me and took advantage. Refuse to make thing right and are now lying about the events when I complain. Have contacted the BBB to complain and the response from the dealership was a lie as well.
