Best car buying experience!

Best car buying experience ever! Absolutely the best car buying experience ever! Our sales guy David Swanson made the process so easy, he was kind & patient, not something you typically get in a car salesman! We will buy all our cars in the future here. The finance guy was amazing as well, quick and efficient! You have earned customers for life! We ? Bill Holt Chevy!

Very Dishonest

Sales lied to me and took advantage. Refuse to make thing right and are now lying about the events when I complain. Have contacted the BBB to complain and the response from the dealership was a lie as well.

Unethical and deceptive

I bought a used car for my son that had bad brakes and a host of issues that we found about 2 weeks after buying. Repairs will be close to $2,000. List price was almost $7,000 and I paid $5,000. Went back to talk with Freddy, but he wouldn't speak with us and sent Matt to do his dirty work. Matt said, "that's what you get for $5,000." So I guess that is what we would have gotten for almost $7,000 then too? I thought this place would be ethical and honest since they are a dealership, but that is not the case. We had problems getting the tag too, paperwork and emissions was never processed and sent to tag office. The emissions DID NOT pass so they did a quick fix on the car to get it to pass and then it was never retested (we didn't know this until 30 days later). Spent 4 hours one day going back and forth from tag office to dealership before finally getting an emissions done and getting a permanent tag. I suppose if you buy a brand new car from them it will be fine, but don't go there expecting to get a good used car. You will end up with a lemon.

Great Experience

This is the only service center where I will take my car...I always feel welcomed and I’ve never felt that my issues are a burden for them - from test drives to listening to my concerns, this team actually cares and wants to solve your problem. This experience was no different from my others. As always, attentive advisors that call when they say they will and give you honest feedback. Love the service team here!!!

Dealership lied and took advantage then ignored.

Was promised an upgrade to what I needed in the vehicle in order to get me to purchase. Once purchased, was told that upgrade was not possible. When I tried to get the issue resolved, no one would return my call or speak to me. They lied to get the sale then changed story. Places like this give dealerships a bad name. No customer service or integrity.

Smartass sales manager, poor service after the sale.

Made an appointment to see a specific car, when I showed up nobody was expecting me, car was still on the line, battery was dead, and I had to Google how to get into a Corvette with a dead battery. You would think their own techs would know! During negotiation (that did not happen with the salesman, he got his manager immediately), sales Manager (who I was told was Freedie, introduced himself as Freddy, and who on the website is Fernando)) claimed to have over $3000.00 more than his asking price in the car. Yeah right!! If true, Mr. Holt needs to fire him for incompetence, if not true Mr. Holt needs to fir him for lying. Because I wanted this certain car (these options, features etc.) I stuck with it and we worked out a deal. The finance person we worked with smelled like an ashtray from his smoking habit. We told him to use our mailing address for the paperwork and several weeks later some things showed up at our home address instead of our secure P. O. Box. I became concerned that my tag had not been sent to me. So, 5 days before my temp was to expire I called. I had to leave two messages with "the person that handled that". She called back and after me giving her the same information I had left in my message she said " Oh, this is one of the ones on my desk" I guess if I had not called it would still be on her desk. She got it ready and two days later I went by to pick it up because I was needing to go out of town. When I arrived there was nobody at the front desk, a lady finally walked out from the back and was able to get I out of the drawer that contained a dozen others. You pay them to process and send the tags, but they obviously don't do it until you force it. I picked up a card that said "Please review us" they want feedback from my sales experience, the website it refers you to doesn't exist.

I would not recommend this dealer.

New Hign Country

New High Country My experience from the website to driving away was great. I was looking for a 6.2 engine and found Bill Holt in Canton had 2. With out an appointment I walked in and was introduced to Brandon. I told Brandon what I was looking for, A Black High Country with a 6.2. With in 2 minutes he brought the High Country up front and handled me the keys. We took it for a test ride for about 20 minutes, not just a spin down the street like others. We sat down talked about my trade in and price of the truck. We drove away happy with the deal we made and I believe Bill Holt was happy as well. This was a win win. Thank you for a great truck and a great deal.

We had just returned from a trip to Wisconsin and our car started making a noise when we eccelerated. I brought it in and Dean said they would check it out. Within less than 30 minutes they said it was the timing chain and it would to be replaced. He said it would be covered under the Power Train Warranty. He asked if we could drop it off on the 26th of December. That worked perfect for us. He said he'd call by the end of the week.. He called on Thursday afternoon and said we could pick it up Friday am.

oil change

during oil change the filters were checked and a chewed one was replaced. we had to pay more than we expected but it needed to be done.

I give Bill Holt Chevrolet a five-star rating because the sale representatives provided me with great and exceptional customer experience, last week while on my endeavor to purchase a car. Their services began at the time I submitted the application online. I received a phone call in a timely manner as to where I wanted to shop for a new car; followed by a communication from the sales associate. Mr. Padue collected information about my preference that included the color, the make and model, and the best time for me to come to the dealership to view and test drive a variety of cars. Mr. Padue was waiting for my arrival, I was greeted with a firm handshake. All the associates I meet on the way in was very friendly and polite, as well. I was presented with several automobiles to choose from and test drive. Mr. Padue listens to my preferences and leads me to an awesome 2017 Chev Trax. It took no time for the loan officer to approve the load. It was an amazing experience, they took the nerviness, and edge off by giving me an amazing financial offer, low payments, and some great warranties. Every time I have brought in my 2500HD truck in for anything to include oil changes, I have nothing but good things to say about Chevrolet. It’s Chevrolet that stands behind their product certainly not their rival Ford. Ford will pee on your leg and tell you it’s raining. Chevrolet will not only tell you it’s raining but give you an umbrella. Enough said.

Amazing Kindness by Chase

Chase is an example of how to care for your customers. He was kind and courteous throughout the process of diagnosing and fixing my car. I never once had to worry what was going on or how long the process would take with my car repair. He called my every couple of hours with updates and reassurance that all was on going to be ok and the repairs would be completed. Chase has renewed my faith in the service industry.
