The service is always good when I go to Bill Kay. This time I had an oil change on my vehicle but went home with a new vehicle thanks to Geleco "Gee" Marchbanks. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and was extremely helpful with getting the right price and payments. I really appreciate the time and patience that Gee had with me. He even went avove and beyond by answering questions and assisting me with any loose ends days after I got the new car. Thanks Gee!

Zack greeted me promptly- he reviewed what services I wanted. Services were completed and washed car was returned to me within the allotted time. For over 10 years, I have never been disappointed with the professionalism and customer Service provided by the entire staff (Sales and Service) at Bill Kay Buick/ GMC in Downers Grove.

Very Helpful Salesperson

Geleco "Gee" Marchbanks was a very helpful salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I chose. He helped me see the bigger picture and how buying the new car would be a benefit for me. And to think I just came in for an oil change on my 2017 GMC Terrain and left with a 2019 Buick Encore. In and Out...super easy

We purchased a 2020 Terrain and traded a 2012 Terrain. We knew what we wanted, and Roger Nicklaus was very helpful to us in making and closing our transaction. We had a few e-mail exchanges with Roger, and then spent only an hour at the dealership completing our transaction. I believe our vehicle and trade-in prices were fair. We wanted to get to a fair transactor for us as quickly and as easily as possible. We were not concerned about getting the last nickel. We had a good idea of what was fair and what we expected. We wanted a fair transaction for us as quickly and stress-free as possible. And Roger Nicklaus, Tyler Eubanks and the team at Bill Kay Buick GMC delivered our desired experience.. They were cordial, efficient, and and helpful, and we had a sense of honesty and integrity in our dealings. We are delighted with out new Terrain.

Buick Passed the Safety Test - 2018 Regal Sports Back

Well it has been less than a year since I purchased my 2018 Regal Sports Back. I no longer have the car; it was totaled August 29, in a car accident. I was not the driver. However, I am happy to say that the driver and the passenger walked away with minor scratches. Even though it was reported that the car flipped over 6 times, the passengers still walked away. The surrounding airbags all worked, OnStar alerted the police and stayed on the line with the driver, and in the end, everyone was safe. Once I saw the car in person, the realization that these kinds of accidents usually end with death hit me, I knew then that Buick/GMC had built a safe car, and that I would purchase another one. Since the accident, John has closely worked with me to gather all the documentation I needed to have my GAP insurance pay off the remaining balance. It is funny, because I recall being in the finance office purchasing the car and the finance rep encouraged me to get GAP insurance and I was hesitant. He then told me that he respected John, and would never encourage me to do something that he did not think I needed. So trusting John, I went ahead and got the GAP coverage. Although GAP has not paid yet, I am hoping the process is smooth, because I want to thank the person who encouraged me to get it. That aside, since the accident, John has graciously been checking into other options for me knowing that I want to buy a car as soon as the insurance has paid off the Lender. He has taken my calls, sent me pictures, and have answered several of my questions. I am looking forward to my new car purchase and it is nice to know someone is there showing their support. John, thank you!

Buick Enclave lease.

We came in to return our top line 2016 Enclave, expecting that leasing another one would be too expensive. Our current lease payment was, we thought, unusually low. Thanks to G and others we left with a similar payment on a 2020 Enclave with all the features we liked on the 2016 model plus some new ones.

Routine Service

Made appt on-line with GMC app. Was easy. Received follow-up & reminder notices. Service was completed ahead of estimated time. Waiting area was clean but noisy. A lot of employees having personal conversations in the area. This cost the fifth star in this review.

Our car was diagnosed but the issue wasn’t found. However we got charged $30+ dollars for a tire to bE plugged and we were without a car for 6 hours and had to pay za taxi to get home and then bum a ride for $20 which was too much for one day for a newly purchased vehicle. Nonetheless it’s still too early to judge how good or bad the service is.
