Bill kay team doeant car about the customers

From managememt down its obvious the only concern is to move cars. They dont care how they get you to sign. They're not up front with pricing, and i would recomend buying anywhere but here. Ended up with an acadia slt verbally agreed at one price then told by managemnt later its not their concern the price was different on paper work( that was looked over because we verbally agreed to another price). Yes i should have gone over the paperwork better but this should have been fixed by management as soon as it was bought to their attention. I was told i had signed so too bad. Zero customer care! So i recommend this dealer ZERO. Tom keane and Noel Rivera are responsible for not helping me

Shady Salespeople and Manager

We recently bought an Acadia from this location. My husband was at the dealership for 3-4 hours negotiating price, back and forth on the phone with me, when he finally got the salesman, or rip-off artist, down to the monthly payment we were comfortable with. He signed the paperwork and had came home around 930 that night. We received the paperwork in the mail yesterday and the car payment is more than what they agreed upon. My husband went back and looked at his paperwork and sure enough, they snuck that price in there. Yes, my husband should've looked over the paperwork before signing it, but he was exhausted and they agreed on the price they agreed on, so I guess he figured everything would be ok. He called them and they asked him to come in-- just for the shady manager to tell him "oh well the paperwork you signed says this" knowing good and well what they agreed on. My husband asked to speak to someone above him and he said he was supposedly the sales manager. This is a crappy way to do business and is super shady...all just to get a car sale. Bill Kay Buick GMC are a bunch of sheisters and will rip you off. We will never go to any of their locations ever again in the future! They will just tell you what you want to hear, and apparently don't care how their salesmen, especially Tom K., get sales.

They broke my dashboard

This was a poor experience from the get go. it took over 4 hours to actually buy the vehicle. And nope financing was not the issue. We came in with a loan from another bank already in hand. slow staff was to claim here. No big deal here yet. We found the vehicle we wanted so we would wait. 2 days after the purchase we get quite a bit of rain. And we have water leaking in 2 locations of the vehicle. This takes them a few attempts and almost 3 weeks to correct. Now that they say the vehicle is finished and ready to be picked up, we arrive to find a broken dashboard. several breaks around the airbag. We are now told, that they didn't do it and this is a common problem. So they will not cover the cost but they will give me a deal on repairs. This is where we currently stand. And yes I will also be reporting this to the BBB. Good luck everyone and I would advice staying away from Bill Kay all together

Worse Dealer Around

Worse Experience every. I purchased a car from this dealer a year ago with my fiancee. that experience went very well and our salesman Tyler was great. Needed to get another car and decided to go to this dealer again. I went in on May 26th. Approved for a car but they wanted more money down then I had at the time. I decided to wait a couple weeks and go back. When i returned the vehicle i was looking at was sold. So applied for another vehicle. Was told i wasn't approved for that vehicle, but the had another vehicle they thought that could work. The girl who was doing financing came out and told me she had a deal on the table. To please put my deposit down to hold the vehicle and the next day come back and pick up the vehicle. I did this and the next day came in and was told that the deal was not there. That she never had a deal. This girl wouldn't even come out and speak to me face to face to tell me this. When i asked for my money back. I was told that i would have to wait till Monday cause the deposited my money and can't write me a check. I called Monday spoke to a sales manager who told me my check would be ready on Monday afternoon and that he would look into things. I went to the dealer Monday around 6:30 pm. to be told that the check had not be wrote out for me yet and that the girl will bring it to my job the next day. Now the next day going on 2pm. I had to contact them to find out what is going on with my check. I was told now they are going to try and return it to my debit card. Well as you can see this has become a huge mistake trying to take business back to this company. This has to be the worse situation I have gone through to get a car. If i could give this company a half a star or no stars i would.

My New Buick Encore

Before we walked into Bill Kay Buick GMC we were approached by a smiling young man asking if he could help us. Joe Komendanchik. was so personable and knowledgeable, I was so surprised at that. He was so at ease in telling and showing us ever detail of the car. Needless to say my husband and I were very impressed. At the end of the day, we had our new car. We came back the next day to sign into all the new "bells & whistles". We are very happy with Joe Komendanchik. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a Buick-GMC.

Great service with no preasure

2nd purchase from Bill Kay a success!

Last Wednesday I bought a used car with Bill Kay and traded in the Acadia I had purchased new 7 years ago from Bill Kay. Both experiences were great. This year, Roger was great to work with and so patient and kind with my daughter and me. I had a few scratches buffed out yesterday and that was quick and positive as well.

At first everything was going great.....Adam was a nice guy, but alexander in finance lied one to many times about my payoff it's been over a month and still has not paid off my previous car loan. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Easy Car Shopping with Taylor

Our relationship started with an email. Taylor took my request seriously (other sales people did not) and made the whole process so easy! She never said she couldn't do something....even find a competitive car and coordinate test drives! She is honest, responsive, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for her customers. She managed to get us the price we wanted with little hassle and located the vehicle for us. She worked with our schedule for multiple visits with two kids in tow without skipping a beat. Our time was valued and she did her best to not waste it. She had documents ready, our car cleaned on arrival and questions answered. We love our new car and would recommend Taylor to everyone.

Everthing we could ask for

We purchased our 2016 Buick Encore from William Cedeno. William was very helpful showing us the features of the Encore. We always are quite deliberate when purchasing a new vehicle and after about our third visit of the week, we new that it was time to go forward with the purchase.
