Quick and easy

Jaime was extreme knowledge and friendly. I was given a loaner car, was notified when my car was done and how much it would cost. I will definitely recommend and bring my car back for more service.

From the moment of first contact, (this was my first service experience), I was treated with friendliness, confidence and assuredness that the work would be done professionally and expeditiously. Laura checked me in and took care of the rest. The service dept. performed as promised and after speaking with Spencer Shipley my sales rep. I walked in with a vehicle in mind. I was looking through the internet and I found a vehile that fit me. I wanted to see it in person and test drive. I had my budget in mind. Xavier spent hours with me getting me the best deal. He didn't pressure me into buying an upgraded Equinox or a newer one and also they gave me a good price on my Redboy. Service on my car was great

I gave you a review on Google. Thank you so very much for being great! Your device department is great!!! Review: If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would! I bought my 2012 Chevy Cruze from them in October 2012. I always take my car to them to get routine maintenance done. I also get the few other unexpected repairs done here too. Keep in mind, my car is not under warranty, but they do such an great job, that I don't want to take it somewhere else. The service department is always honest, very friendly, knowledgeable & fast! THE BEST!!! Today (Saturday, 9/17/19) my car would not start. I discovered this problem as I was about to leave for work at 7am. (Luckily I was able to use my husband's car to get to work.) I called them at 8am. Their service department was open!!! They said they may be able to look at it today, but most likely it will be Monday before it can be looked at. I totally understood. My car gets there around 10am. They call me at 1:30pm & tell me the problem & say they can fix it today. Luckily they had the parts & I guess it wasn't a huge job. I had to get a new battery & some wires or something with that replaced & they noticed I needed an oil change soon, so I got that done too. I was shocked!!! A Saturday & they were able to get to my car & had it fixed for me! They closed at 4pm, so I got the call a little before 4pm to say it was ready. That's awesome!!! The service department is awesome!!! THANK YOU BILL KAY SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!

First online car buying

This was my first time buying a car online and also 1700 miles from BillKay Needless to say our Sales man Alex was very good and worked with us to the very end until our classic Porsche was ready to be picked up and deliver to Boise I must admit I was kinda reluctant to buy any car online let alone a Porsche But it was BillKay who had the right car and at the right price I would definitely consider buying my next classic car from BillKay and Alex S Thank you all again Lane & Margaret

Great Experience

My wife and I were unsure if we really needed a new car. Going into the dealership, we had a dollar amount in mind as far as monthly payment. If it wasn't met, we would be ok with walking away. From keeping in touch with us daily, to seeing what it would take to make a deal, Connor treated us not as a sale, but as humans. He was very fair, extremely friendly, persistent (but in a good way) and worked with Finance until the monthly payment was where we wanted it. Because he was true to his word, we purchased our 2019 Equinox, and are glad that we did. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience, the Bill Kay Chevrolet dealership and him.

It was initially a service visit but the repairs on my 2015 Sonic were too costly. And the warranty was insufficient. Decision to trade in and purchase a 2019 w $100,000. Warranty

The team at Bill Kay was very easy to work with. They did not attempt the typical dealer games with the internet listings. The price of the car I found on the Edmunds site was the price of the car I paid. There was no mystery line items added to the offer sheer for such items as dealer installed options, floor mats, delivery, etc of which other dealers try to scam. There was no bring the sales manager over or attempt to direct you to a different model. For true a no hassle experience I would definitely recommend them. You do your homework and find the car of your dreams on a web site like Edmunds or cars.com located at one of Bill Kays locations and that is what you pay.

Awful

Went in for oil change and tire rotation They couldn’t get tires off-finally did Ended up with $2200 bill because something else was broke—coincidence? Car ran fine when I brought it in.

Handled perfectly

From the starting point of crash landing my car into their service bay til the time of pickup was handled beautifully. Laura was able to get everything in motion quickly and answered all questions I had at the given time and even got me a rental the following day. I got lucky and all was covered under warranty, which Laura did keep me fully up to date on status during its repair. Long story short this lady should be in management if not already. Car works great again, possibly better than it ever did and I have no doubts that the incident will repeat itself.
