2011 Ford Edge Purchase

The used vehicle buying experience was truly exceptional. We got to the dealer's lot late just to browse. We ended up finding a vehicle that we really like. The sales rep stayed with us and we ended up buying it and driving it home that night! Everyone that supported the deal was very friendly and helpful.

I arrived at the dealership just to look. I was so impressed with the staff. Trey Miller was the salesman that worked with me. I had never been to a Mitsubishi dealership and had lots of questions. He listened to all my concerns and answered every question I had. He was able to assist me in choosing a great vehicle that is Perfect for me. I ended up purchasing a Outlander Sport that day. He also walked over to the financing building with me. Checked on me periodically, until I was finished. He even delivered my vehicle to my home. unprofessional experience

I had a very kind sales representative, James Jackson was the best. My poor rating came from the process after dealing with James. It was my first time entering into the contract I did and it seems I had too many questions or took too long to read a few items for the male in charge of the financing office, Silas, that day. He lost his cool and the worst part was his outburst was abrupt. He first told me to ask as many questions as I needed, to claiming I was challenging and accusing him of changing the numbers around. He even went as far as saying I was being rude and "don't do this" in regards to my surprised reaction. While I'm satisfied with the car and my sales rep, I will not be returning due to Silas' unprofessional customer interaction. I wouldn't want anyone else going through the feelings I felt after leaving the dealership.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Problem when first arrived about vehicle to look at. They worked quickly and offered me the next best vehicle I wanted, negotiated price and gave amazing offer for my trade in. Great overall exoerience with Chris (salesman) Car was sold wholesale. There was a tire balance issue, but it required a simple fix and was resolved I am very satisfied with the car getting 37 miles per gallon.

I have always been a Ford or Chevy woman, until now. I really was not expecting much, but because I had gotten a good price from Truecar.com at this dealership I figured why not stop in and check the place out. John Coldewey was the main reason my husband and I talked and the reason we bought. John was up front on every question we asked. We bought a Lancer but we took it off the lot different than it looked on the lot. We wanted a lancer with a wing. The Lancer on the lot was the right color we wanted but no wing. John ordered a wing for our car and had us to come back at our convenience within a week to get the new wing installed. The service dept. even brought the wing out before installing to make sure we would be happy with the way it looked. That was 01-06-12 and we have been happy ever since. Several people from the dealership have contacted us since to make sure everything is good. I would recomend this dealership to anyone wanting a new car at a good price and very friendly staff. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Salesman,Venson Lett and Lee Williams Pre-Owned manager, were friendly,and informative. Took lots of time showing the Toyota RAV4's. We talked cars of course, but we also talked family and felt like we were dealing with friends. When it came to prices... there was none of the usual BS that I had encountered with previous car buying experiences. I felt we got a fair price.

I took my vehicle to the Mitsubishi dealership for repairs. It was not serviced to my satisfaction. I took it back and they found other things wrong it that should have been mentioned the first time. I feel that this was done purpose so that I would have to pay another exhorbitant labor charge! My husband and I both have Mitsubishi vehicles, but we will not return to the dealership for maintenance.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Service department was NOT friendly at all. I visited the service department about 6 months after the Mitsu dealership was moved to Bill Penney. As I said I did not feel welcomed at all in the service area. The previous Mitus dealer service dept was excellant.. They did NOT have a courtesy car available to take me to my office which was only about 5 miles away.

I had dealt with the service dept at Bill Penney Toyota dealership many years ago and the service was lousy then also.

I would not recommend this dealer.
