Don't buy a car from these guys!!!!

It's like a magic trick that you may not catch right away. Their trick is a psychological one that I didn't catch till I got home. The idea is to keep you in there as long as possible to wear you down so not to catch the trick at the end. They start with a fare price on the vehicle you are interested . The service manager and salesman team up to get your trust by befriending you, They get you talking about yourself ie what you do for a living ,your interests and things. The salesman will keep you talking while the service manager goes off to "work on the numbers". This takes far more time then it should. This is to slowly wear you down. Then they bring out basic paper work just to make it seem like everything is moving ahead. Then more with of becoming your buddy and trust building. Again playing the long con. They explain to you why your trade isn't worth what you think it is and tell you why even though you show them like vehicles on the market. They explain how they are actually losing money on the deal. Again with the back and forth drawing the process out slowly wearing you down. They slip paperwork in inbetween wait time to make it seem like things are moving along. Then after 3-3.5 hours they keep waiting a good 20 minutes plus and by this point you just want the xxxx out of there. Now you perfectly primed in their eyes to go into see the finance guy. They told me he was good going in and they were right. This is where the prestige of the trick plays out. He's a personable guy, your buddy right off the bat, the guy who's doing the best job possible for you. They slipped in an extra$500 on the price of the car. When I asked about it he pointed at another piece of paper in the middle of the stack and said he moved that number from hear to there making it "better for me" then he threw in an extra $3650 on the finance paperwork for a 7-year 70000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I asked if I could cancel that at any time in reply he said yes. Technically he is correct because I haven't signed it and I could cancel it at any time up to that point. Being right where they wanted me worn down ,tired ,and just wanting to get the xxxx out of there after four and a half hours at this point I signed. That $500 and $3650 will be paying interest on that for the next 6 years. Used car guys got their xxxxy reputation for just this reason. I got hosed, I know how they did it and can't do anything about it now. Be warned

Pierre Ford - An Outstanding Experience

Just finished with another service performed on my 2011 Ford Ranger. I've used Bill Pierre Ford for the last eight years whose service keeps my 2011 Ford Ranger operating as it did when I first bought it. Their Service Manager Gregg Karras is an outstanding service provider. His knowledge of needed maintenance i is fantastic, resulting in minimum down time waiting for the service to be performed. You can count on Gregg's knowledge to get you in and out with minimum delay, and with fantastic results. I would not feel comfortable at any other dealership performing similar service. Greg Karras and his team let me drive with confidence! I know next to nothing about cars, and they keep me on the road and safe. Things are well explained and I understand what needs to be done, the urgency (or non-urgency) of doing it, what it will cost, and how long it will take. Repairs are thorough and excellent. I couldn't ask for better support, skill, and professionalism. I travel quite a distance to have my car serviced here and it is worth it.

Exactly what I wanted

I had been researching the used car market for 3 months, and new exactly what I wanted and at what price point. Other dealers wanted my business but wouldn't budge on price... I wasn't getting the deal that I knew was a true value. One morning the Auto Sales search engine I was using alerted me to a new deal. Nearly the exact car I wanted, and at the price I wanted. I didn't need to haggle, Bill Pierre Ford and priced it out of the gate as a great deal. Super attention from the staff (she picked me up at the Bus Station :) ) and I was down the road in a couple of hours with my wife's new used car.

Excellent Service

I was phoned by Greg when an appointment opened weeks before my scheduled appointment. I brought the car in the same day, and the work was completed before the end of the day. The work was in the car’s interior, and when I picked up the car, the interior was clean, and in perfect condition. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Sundie Warner coordinates my service. She was very helpful in resolving any issues I had with my new Mustang, The young people, Tabitha and Leslie, connected my cell phone to my car. Sometimes we older customers are challenged by new technology, so we need some fresh eyes to help us, Also, Thomas, with Dealership.glass, was able to fill a small chip in my windshield. He spoke to my insurance company so there was no charge. I've been a Bill Pierre Service customer for 17 years. Always I have received good care.

Paul has been our service contact for years. He is a pleasure to work with and although we always seem to spend money we don’t mind (so much) because he is fair and efficient and helpful and gives us options. Yesterday I just showed up with a punctured back tire - he ordered a new one to arrive in a few hours, put on my spare so I could go about my life, and squeezed in an oil change. This is classic Paul. I wish everyone in my life was this easy to work with and accommodating.

New vehicle purchase

I had been searching for a particular vehicle and was referred to Bill Pierre Ford in February of this year. At that time I contacted Jason Anucinski and Alex Marks. Both of them answered all of my questions and concerns, ultimately locating the particular vehicle out of state. The third person I contacted was the Finance Manager, Charles Kim. All three of these gentlemen are excellent representatives of the dealership through their knowledge and their professionalism in customer service. Having purchased no less than 14 Ford vehicles from another dealership I can commend Jason, Alex and Charles for their part in my new vehicle purchase. Friendly honest service

I have have had a leak and HVAC issues for over 6 months. Twice I took my car to another place who wasted hours of my time and then finally told me they couldn't fix it. Took it into Bill Pierre and within two days they diagnosed and fixed both problems. They also told me what will need repaired next, when I'll need to do that and how much it will be. Bill was friendly, listened, and had a great sense of humor! It's not fun getting repairs done, but Bill and the service team makes it as painless as possible. Ford cares!
