Recall service visit

I had an appt for a recall software update. When I walked in the service area, the man sitting closest to show room door (older person with glasses) was the only one available to help, but he was texting and said (without even looking at me) that he would “be with me in a minute.”. I waited for a couple minutes while he continued to text. It was rude and unprofessional. I almost went to the front desk to ask for a manager! Luckily a nice man (with a beard) came in to help me and was very pleasant and efficient. Car was done in time frame promised.

Oil change...tire rotate

All service departments have to be more careful not to scratch or chip paint & get grease on seats...I think they get too hurried and are not careful.

Cabin replacement filter

the service representative was quick to give service, he failed to warn me that the problem was not solved! There had been rodents in the in filter cabin filter and although they replaced the filter, and cleaned the ventilation system., That did not mean there were mice still in the car! There were!

Basic used car buying experience

Went into experience with open mind but ended up disappointed. Billion used the same old tactics - salesman promised things manager would not honor, then came the back-and-forth haggling price and packages with shifting totals. Hard to understand where numbers were coming from. Should've walked away but they played the quintessential waiting game until we were worn out and ready to give in. Left feeling taken advantage of but like it was our own fault. Combination of buying experience and follow-up service experience makes me want to never go back, but am stuck with ValPro service contract that had to be done at Billion. Wish I never had to deal with them again.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Not Great - Go Elsewhere

We got our first car through Billion a couple years ago. After going through the process at Billion and then having a much better experience this week at Randy Kuehl, I feel comfortable saying that the Billion transaction was your stereotypical sleazy car dealership experience. We hated going there for maintenance on our leased car and didn't ever come away from a conversation with our salesperson feeling great. There isn't anything I can pinpoint that was bad, just an overall vibe. Friends of mine have certain salespeople at Billion that they swear by, so maybe we just had someone inexperienced.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Billion Honda provides excellent and efficient service! My car was ready on time, and I was able to work comfortably on my laptop while waiting for servicing. I always bring my Honda to Billion for any service needs. I highly recommend them.

What I like about Billion is the attitude of the employee's. When I had a problem with the radio they took the time to explain. Took the time to explain when I should change the oil. Repaired the front of my car and did a great job. I highly recommend Billion

A Good Experience

I made an appointment and went. I stayed at the dealership. The waiting area was very nice with comfy chairs, coffee and breakfast food. As I asked, the associate confered with me before doing anything major. Everything was done well and I didn't wait very long. Everyone was friendly, explained things well and even ran my car through the car wash!!

I was on a road trip from Florida. (Was thinking of moving to Iowa and wanted to explore the different areas) I had my car serviced right before I left........ However, my car started making a grinding noise after being there for a couple days. I was in a panic! Had a baby with me and two teenagers. And our trip was limited funds, and I was on my way to head home and I was scared of not having a safe car for the trip. Not only did Austin make sure to have it looked at right away. He was also very honest about the issue let me know I could make it home if I wanted. Or he had the parts and can do it right away! It was cheaper than I would have paid in Florida, and I wanted to feel safe driving with my baby so I had it done! The waiting area was nice, and clean. Had a separate play area for children, tv for adults, coffee, and snacks! Everyone was very pleasant! Not just Austin, but all employees, and even the customers. I was trying to decide the area I wanted to move to, and I can tell you that experience made my mind up for me! I will be returning. Thank you all!!!
