The required work is done on time and explained fully. A multi point vehicle ispection is also done to let you know the condition of your vehicle to ensure safety and the maintenance required.

Our salesperson Tiffany was great. Didn't feel pressured and got exactly the car we wanted. Would definitely buy from them again. No surprises, the monthly payments we were quoted were exactly what we paid. Felt good to go sign paperwork on a car and not have extra unexpected fees.

Jaycee Manzano - Awesome Service Advisor!

This is my second time visiting Birchwood Honda on Regent for an oil change and even though it's far from home, I will keep coming back because they always make you feel welcome. Jaycee Manzano saved me a lot of money on my second oil change. I had a recall to be done and the oil change was partially covered under that so I literally only paid for the oil itself! I also signed up for a tire rotation (as dictated by the notifications on my dash panel) and he said they found that I didn't need it so it wasn't done saving me even more money! Other places I've gone to in the past would have just done the tire rotation but here, they care not just about the car but for the people as well and I felt that when I was there. I left feeling like Jay and I have been friends for years :) Thanks for the wonderful experience! See you again in six months :)

Awesom team to work with - New Honda Owner

I have never owned a Honda, or had anyone in the family drive one. After reading many reviews online - we knew that the CRV was likely the best vehicle for our family. Russell was so great at explaining all the features to me, without getting too technical and losing me in the "car talk". He highlighted the comparisons between the CRV and my old vehicle, and sold my 8yr old on the heated back seats! He also was reachable by text, when I had some new questions a couple days after. We went back the the dealership, worked out some numbers - and it was a done deal. The hardest part was choosing a color, everything else was easy! Farrah was very good at listening to our finance questions - and made sure we didn't sign any contracts until fully aware of all the information. Nicole did a fantastic job showing us our new vehicle, and all the little tricks for it. Thanks Birchwood Honda!

Great customer service. Paolo was a pleasure to work with in the purchase of my new Honda Pilot. I've never purchased through a dealer before, and expected the experience to leave me feeling unsure, or frustrated. That was certainly not the case. Jaycee, Garth and Candice are always personal, cheerful, informative. Work is completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I never have a fail - having to go back and rework the job. A few perks, like shuttle, fancy coffees and free car wash are really appreciated. (I do miss the free carnations they used to give.) Overall, I have complete trust in the service at this location and never hesitate to return.

Excellent honest service

The service advisor and assistant manager were both very helpful. The cashier was friendly and efficient. I have been taking my vehicles to Birchwood Honda since 2000 and have never been disappointed. Great staff and friendly atmosphere.

Poor Communication and lies

Just finished with the absolute WORST sales experience with any dealership. If I could give "0" stars, that would be more fitting than 1 star! We arrived as soon as they opened on Friday morning at 9 am to look at a used vehicle for sale. The salesman handed us the keys after a quick review of the vehicle. Test drive it and decided that was the vehicle we wanted, hands down. So to the showroom floor we went to discuss the sale. After a bit of typical back and forth for pricing, all written down and initialed (approximately an hour this took) we got the " congratulations on your new vehicle" with a handshake and a big smile. (Pretty sure that's a verbal contract...)We even put our names on the sold tag for the salesman to hang in the window. Very pleased with our decision, one of the sales managers came back with the salesman and said " I have some bad news. The vehicle was actually sold yesterday. But financing hasn't gone through yet". The funny part is that the sales manager who broke that news to us was the same one we were going back and forth with and agreed about the price!! All written down and initialed...hmmm contract?.. Taken back and upset about the loss of the vehicle and by the lack of communication between the sales "team", we asked if there were any other options or vehicles available with what we were looking for. This is when one of Birchwood's finance managers said to the sales manager that she was trading her same vehicle in that we are looking for! Wow what luck we thought! Really the only difference was color which were still pleased with. And it was 1 year newer. Apologetic about the confusion, we were assured that if financing did not go through on the first vehicle, this vehicle was assured to be given a great deal on, but we would be "guaranteed" one or the other. Yes GUARANTEED we were told!! So we put down a substantial deposit to ensure we would have one of the two vehicles. If the financing fell through on the first, we would be first in Line for that, and if the financing went through, we were first in line for the vehicle being traded in by the finance manager. Which we were told would happen Monday. Yes once again, we were "GUARANTEED" by the sales manager!! So now I just recieve the phone call saying the financing went through, bye bye vehicle number 1....and in the same phone call, the GUARANTEED vehicle number 2, the finance manager is not trading it in now...bye bye vehicle number 2. Yes I was refunded the deposit after all this disaster -Poor training of procedures -Lack of communication between sales staff -Broken promises and contractual obligations -Zero integrity of sales staff -Poor management -Poor attention to customer needs I asked for the dealership owner to give me a call regarding this manner. I guess we will see how much the owner of Birchwood Honda values a customers feedback regarding the performance of their sales staff and managers
